      We set up a service call for our dishwasher and washer, control panel on the dishwasher needing to be replaced and our washer machine leaking water from the bottom of the unit. The first service call was set up for 5/20. The technician arrived and advised that he need to order parts for the dishwasher but that the washer parts should be available. The technician sent an email to schedule the follow-up appointment for which got scheduled 6/4. The technician arrived, and we only had 1 replacement part for the washer and was apparently still pending 3 other pieces. That service call was a complete waste of my husbands time and mine. He then called once we received the last piece for the washer to set up both units and the *** advised that both units were on schedule for 6/12. The technician called today and I asked to confirm that both units were being completed and he advised that he only had the dishwasher. We called to find out what was going on with the service call and the horrible communication and my husband was told by your service ***, that the service for both units would be guaranteed for 6/13. Now after calling 2 different phone numbers, speaking with 4 different people, being hung up on, lied to and given the run around, we are now told that the soonest appointment is 6/17. This is UNEXCEPTABLE!!! We have been without our washer machina for almost 1 month. Each time that the appointment failed, it was due to your companys inability to provide good customer service to your customer. It is pathetic that it should take 3 services call to get our appliances fixed and all of them failed. All wastes of our time. Now I have called twice to speak with a manager to get this resolved, and I have waited a collective hour on hold for a manager to take my call. Now Im on the wait list for a manager to call me back about the poor service experience I have had. Lets see if they really call me. I wouldnt hold my breath.

      Unable to rate it ZERO! I should of search before purchasing, what a nightmare this has been. Purchased on 2/2024 for my parents received it a month later and broken by the *** delivery. When I send pictures and call customer support who place you on hold for 30 minutes then transfer you to another agent that you have to explain the issue to again. Agent informs me I have to contact *** and send them an email so they can get the broken unit, I asked for a refund agent stated they will process it. After a few month I received a new unit and to avoid giving them a call we place the new unit. It work for a few weeks and now it does not turn on. Called them again spoke to 4 different again and was places on hold for ********************************************************* on hold and after I asked why was I placed on hold if they were booking a service repair to go check the unit. He told me I had to pay for the repair, because the unit was purchased on February, I told him if you check my file that is the second unit that was deliver so its still on warranty. He put me on hold again then ended the call. After letting my frustration on the last agent who was kind to help me and placing me on hold just for 5 minutes and then booking me with a repair person this week and providing me with a number just incase I need assistant. I appreciated her professionalism. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ********.

      I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in 2023 and it now makes a loud noise and no longer the freezer isn't working had to throw all my food out it all defrosted. The refrigerator no longer gets cold and it's not even 2 years. I called customer service all they can tell me is I'm sorry yes you are I will never ever buy this product again Whirlpool will be my next product hoping that they will treat me well. Model FFTR1835VB BLACK nobody got money to just throw away I purchased it at ********** don't bother with what I went through. THANKS FOR NOTHING FRIGIDAIRE AND THE KILLING PART OF THIS ALL I REALLY LIKED THIS PRODUCT IT HAD EVERYTHING THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WELL I GUESS IT DIDN'T LIKE ME.

      ****************. All they have to do is provide a tracking number on a part they sent wrong to return. I was willing to reorder correct part but they still wanted me to pay for the return. I pray they get sued, put out of business for bad business practices. Oh and I need to pay a 10% restocking fee, I will make sure o ruin this company! My new project.

      I purchased a stackable washer six months ago and the basin suffered catastrophic failure of no fault of ours. A piece of plastic broke of the basin and during the spin cycle, broke another piece of plastic out of the basin drum. The machine was unusable as water just flowed straight through and onto the floor. The machine was covered under warranty and an agent said a tech would reach out with 48 hours but it has been four weeks of silence. Every time I reach out, they just "escalate" and I never hear anything back. My family doesn't have time to waste hours (and dollars) at the laundromat so I bought the part and had it repaired at my own expense.

      I had purchased a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator, supposed to be warranty for a year. It broke after eight months had called Frigidaire they said I had to wait one to three business days for them to find a repairman. They never called back. I had to call them again and they said they cant find anybody in my area who could come out and fix my refrigerator then I had to wait another 1 to 3 days. They never responded. I had called back and they told me now I have to wait two days. Meanwhile, I am without a refrigerator for two full weeks. Im beginning to think this is all a scam they have people from ***** answering the phones and they are no help whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for over a half hour and no one answered the phone then I was hung up three times by three different operators. I am livid at this point a horrible horrible company never buy anything from Frigidaire.

      They completely lied to me when I placed my order over the phone. They said that delivery and installation would be completed on all appliances, then when the delivery people showed up they said they would not install. They did nothing to try and help, and they overcharged me by $124.79 from the cost I had on my original receipt. If I do not resolve this issue with them directly I'm going to place a credit card dispute. This is completely wrong.

      I ordered a brand new stick vacuum that arrived not working. I had to call 5 times before they even got the replacement process going. I had to resend my proof of purchase and other information. Each time I called to find out about why I haven't received my replacement vacuum I waited for over an hour on each call.I was told that someone would call me but no one ever did.I kept having to call to find out what is going ***** has been over 1 month and a half and I still haven't gotten a replacement or a tracking number. This has been the most ridiculous worst experience with any company I have ever experienced. This one star isn't even deserving.

      //purchased a fridge/freezer on 8/29/2024, 5/25/2025 stopped cooling, do service ticket for them to come look at it tuesday, they did not show called frigidaire rescheduled to today , no show again. called them and they said that company does not service frigidaire anymore. asked to reschedule again, told them I already missed 2 days of work and lost alot of food, unacceptable, asked to speak to supervisor, said no one is available will have one call me, still no call. purchasing a ** Fridge and having this one hauled away, piece of junk will never purchase frigidaire again.

      I lost over 1k in food. Com. Said fridge was working and it actually needed a new compressor. Compressor was changed and now again fridge not working. Lost a lot of food and no one wants to assist.
