      I have a window A/C unit with a 5 year compressor warranty , but then again the A/C unit has worked 4 months out of the year and then it gets removed and stored . In reality the A/C unit has worked for 16 months ... This year when I installed the unit it gave out warm air and the elements would freeze and fill up with ice . I followed their service instructions and still didnt work ... To make a long story short , after numerous attempts to get through to them they agreed to replace the unit but now they claim on a technicality issue with not being able to read the receipt that they can't replace unit ..The invoice is very clear , they just don't want to Honor their Warranty Policy !I will Boycott anything and Everything from this company and will warn others too ...

      A several technicians came to my home to repair my refrigerator. It is freezing my produce and other items in the refrigerator. My 1st visit were 2 technicians 1in training, this was in the beginning of the year February or March. The replaced a part inside the refrigerator but it did not work. I began contacting my extended warranty company again Im **** about my refrigerator freezing my food. Electrolux sent **** out he came with the 1st technician. He checked my unit made several calls and said he was going to order a part and come back to install in the freezer this time and it will fix the issue. Well someone else came to install the part who had no idea what was going on. He asked me questions that I could not answer.(not 1 time did I get any paperwork about the repair appt) The technician left and said he would send **** back to install the part and left, **** came back re order the paper appolgized for the prior tech and said he would be back to install. Well **** did not come another technician came and I did not even know anyone was coming. This technician installed the part that was just a small foam strip in my freezer and left the back inside freezer panel out. I asked him about that he said the panel would not fit because of the part. Well that didnt work either and items are still freezing. I called warranty company back they send **** back and what do you know **** advised my I was not under warranty and Electrolux could not fix my refrigerator. I have made several calls to get them back out to take that part out of freezer and put panel back and I found out in there report that I never seen said my freezer door was broke prior to doing the job. That is not true and no one ever mentioned that to me. I cannot believe how they are unprofessional and lying about my refrigerator and left me hanging. I will send letters and reviews on this company so no one else will experience the lack of service and hopefully put a end to this type of service.

      They sent a technician to my house who was very unprofessional didn't do his job came to my house to check out my refrigerator which he didn't do.he was very lazy had a attitude didn't want to work he takes my ice machine down tells me there are roaches in there when there wasn't because it was the end of he didn't want to do know work.***** needs to request them to come to your house they don't work to work they lie about the insurance with your appliances so u can't get your warranty worse company ever

      The worst customer experience of any such companies in my life. Very bad product as well.I bougth a brand new, expensive (~***** $) Electrolux Dryer at ****** (**********, **) in March, 2023, and bought 3-y insurance. From the first use few days after the delivery, strong grinding noise form the unit and no inside light. ****** would not replace as it was more than 48 hrs (!!!!) after the purchase. Told me to, instead, call EL services. They first said it may take few cycles for noise to resolve on new units. It did not. EL sent their local service technician. Motor failure, control panel defective. EL did not have parts for the technician. Second technician came in June, diagnosed the same problem, came back in July, fixed the light, replaced the motor. Even worse noise still heard. The tech recommended replacement of the unit. After one use the unit is now not working at all. EL review team would not accept the recommendation and want the 3rd tech to come. I guess, EL does not trust their contractors, and they do not care about its customers. I made >15 calls with long discussion with EL, and few hours lost from work as the tech can come only during regular work days and hours, that is, when I work. 4.5 mo after the purchase I still have no dryer and carry my laundry to laundromat, spending time, effort and money unnecessarily. I would never recommend any EL product to anyone ever. Damir (**********, **)

      I bought a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator on 4/30/23. The ice dispenser does not dispense ice since the day we purchased it. Service came out on 5/5/23 and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part, and estimated that the part would arrive to my house in two weeks. To this day we have not received the part, we contacted Electrolux twice and they stated that the part was on backorder. We also noticed that our refrigerator's upper shelf on the right side disconnects.

      Would not cover fridge under warranty; even though it definitely is. Said it was more cost effective to replace but a cost benefit analysis proved otherwise. As a retired Director General of the Federal Court of ******, I think I know something re: warranties.

      I bought my refrigerator in March 2023. In April it was replaced due to the ice machine not working correctly. I have had somewhere around 7 repairs since then. Now it doesn't work at all. On top of that it has frozen my refrigerator busting my water filter and I have water leaking under it. I called to see what could be done and they are sending the same service repair team out again. This is my very first appliance purchase and I am referring it.

      In their concept of customer service, not only do those 2 words fall into their lexicon. It took two days, 1 day on hold for 1 hour twenty-five minutes; 2nd day it was a bargain, only forty-seven minutes. While on hold all they repeat is, "Have you changed your water filter...", over & over. Then I explain in great detail since there was no previous record of last week's appointment which no one showed up, nor a phone call, it was mysteriously canceled. The agent doesn't know by whom, but then he tells me he doesn't see any appointment for 7/12. I asked him which was it, a canceled appointment by nobody knows how, or there was nothing on the books. He wasn't able to answer. This process started on April 10th, I was told by the service representative that the parts had to be ordered. I waited 9 weeks, called again and no parts were ordered, but they might have them in the warehouse. Fortunately, they were, I called to book an appointment for 712, and nothing. So two days of terminal hold, answering questions that have already been answered at least 4 times, I have to call the service company to set the appointment. More time on hold, I can hardly wait. Is this how they do business in *********, where headquarters is located?

      *If you could give zero stars, I would.We bought a dishwasher and fridge. It took months to get them out when our fridge had a shelf break week 2 and the door wouldn't close. Fast forward our dishwasher started having issues 8 months in we called to have someone come out, they sent someone who fixed some issues but it took months. It hit one year and the company tried to tell us in the middle of the repair process, that because it was now one year, our warranty was up and we would have to pay for repairs. After, fighting we got them to agree because the claim was started before the warranty expired. Now our dishwasher quit the pump, which was going out months before, has officially gone out (after warranty conveniently). Our fridge shelves continue to break. The person they sent to fix the door, well even after coming back twice it still doesn't close right. Stay away unless you want a product that only last a year. **************** is trash, in fact this company knows their products are trash which is why when you try to find anything to leave a review on fridgaire products You'll find Electrolux, doesn't even advertise them. Tell me you're a shady business, without telling me you're a shady business. Do yourself a favor run from their products. Pay the extra few hundred get a different brand.

      Issue is : repair guy didn't show up today ..would be the 5th time that someone has come out to work on the Frigidaire refrigerator..it was only the freezer that didn't work and the last repair guy made the entire unit shutdown. I have a refrigerator that I spent $2070.18 that only worked for 2 months..and even with a valid warranty it has not been fixed or replaced. My warranty is going to expire before it is fixed, which seems like thats their goal.
