Frigidaire does not stand behind their products. Our Professional Series stove was an expensive upscale unit when we bought it new. The stovetop burners stopped working properly, and the unit needed a new control board. We paid out of our own pocket for the service call by a Frigidaire authorized dealer and had the new board installed to the tune of $722.00. 6 months later (with the new board installed) the ovens bake and broil functions went on the *****, giving an error message and either NO HEAT, or at other times, FULL ON HEAT with no way to control it other than to shut off the breaker. ------- *************** call (+ another $140.00), and guess what, ..... SURPRISE, The new 6 month old circuit board has gone bad. Frigidaire will NOT stand behind the new part, and has been evasive using every excuse you can imagine to duck responsibility...... For example, first saying that it's a part that they do not manufacture in house themselves, and therefore it's not covered And then saying that if I had purchased the part directly from Frigidaire myself - (as if I'm an appliance service tech) - they could cover it...... BUT, since their authorized dealers service department had ordered the part it could NOT be covered.Frigidaire is not a a trustworthy company, and their customer service is ZERO help.---- OH, and one more thing.... they request that you GIVE A REVIEW after your interaction with them. It's a joke. In order to even submit the review you have to agree to their terms of service. And their terms of service basically translate into the fact that they will ONLY accept happy dappy reviews from smiling happy shiney people. They reject anything even remotely critical, and notify you by e-mail that your review has been rejected with a list of all the potential reasons why. DON'T PUT YOUR TRUST IN FRIGIDAIRE, OR THEIR PRODUCTS.

ZERO STARS I purchased an electric stove model #LFEF3054TFP and conveniently soon after warranty expires with no warning while in another room all of a sudden an explosion sound and found the glass to the oven door completely shattered. A stove that cost over $700 will now cost me an additional $200 to replace the glass. There response to me "I sincerely regret any inconvenience" Please do not purchase God forbid this happens unexpectedly with your child in the room. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Once good quality Frigidaire products have now become products that you are lucky to get a year out of. **************** now tries to give you the run-around regarding warranty and try to deny or misdirect you so that you get frustrated and give up. They will try to tell you to get a dehumidifier repaired or examined, knowing full well that these dehumidifiers are not repairable and not serviceable. You get the ** error on these and I have not had one last longer than 9 months, yet Frigidaire/Electrolux refuses to acknowledge the problem with this product and prefer to avoid doing anything about it. Unfortunately, it takes a BBB complaint to get them to do the right thing.

My 6 month old frigidaire gas oven quit working in mid May. Since it was still under warranty, we called and scheduled a service call, which took 2 weeks to get. First service call, June 12, they could not fix. June 19, second service call, couldnt fix, June 26, third service call couldn't fix again, ordered a different part. Had numerous calls to customer service, spent hours on the phone, got disconnected at least 3 times over the course of many days. June 29, fourth service appt, tech called me to cancel five minutes before he was expected to arrive due to the part not bieng received in time. He came out anywkay and submitted a report at my insistence for them to replace the oven since they had attempted FOUR times to fix. Next appt. scheduled for July 5th, to have some resoution and replacement. Tech didnt show upk, I found out he rescheduled for a 6th time frame by tracking my service call. No customer service, terrible cusotmer service. Now on the phone again on hold to a service center overseas to see if I will be scheduled for what They now say is a July 10th appt. Have now been without an oven for two months. I have never dealt with a company that obviously hates their customers this much. Buyer beware. tech couldnt fix it. He rescheduled, 2nd service call, he ordered the wrong part, couldnt fix it. 3rd service call

I (like ****) purchased a Frigidaire dehumidifier (model: FFAD5033W1) & received it June 25, ****. The unit coded an EC code on June 29, 2023. Just over the 1 year warranty. I guess I shouldn't complain - it operated 4 days past the warranty!!Paid $217.25 for a humidifier that operated fot SIX months!! Yes, I've had it for 1 year and used it for SIX months!! So the one year warranty is really a SIX month warranty.Of course, they will send me a coupon for my next Frigidaire dehumidifier and I will sell it to any of you for $10 more than it's value OR should I buy another Frigidaire????

Horrible company. Spoke to the customer service and they told me that broken dishwasher that was purchased 1 month ago was not covered by warranty. Supervisor and customer service members are useless and not willing to help. Will be taking legal action

Electrolux gets 1 star only because I cant give it a zero. I purchased my condo in 2019. The Electrolux appliances were included in the purchase price. Upon move-in my dryer sounded as if there was a bag of ******* rolling around in it. It was serviced and not fixed at least 7 times before Electrolux agreed to replace ittwo years later. Now the second dryer isnt working and Ive had 3 different service techs from three different companies come and not fix anything. This company purposely hires young people who lack professionalism for service techs. My dishwasher has never worked and my microwave handle melted from stove-top steam. All of their appliances are cheaply made. ***************-based customer service is a joke! They are rude and dismissive thinking it doesnt translate because theyre using a sweet voice to disrespect you. If youre thinking about purchasing with them dont do it! Pay more money for a ******* or **

I purchase a Frigidaire refrigerator in June 2022. The refrigerator stopped working and we loss all the food. They sent M& M factory out and their tech (had an awful attitude) came out and did something to the seal. Again, we called them again on Sept. 27, 2022, about the same problems. Then they sent out M&M factory out again (same tech) and said the floor was under level. (Needless, to say, we pay for Lowes to install the refrigerator. so why all the sudden the floor is unlevel). We called again, October 27, 2022- they sent out another company A&E. On Nov. 16, 2022, we called again. This time, we talked to the supervisor of M&M Factory. Finally, we thought everything was going to be OK. WELL... it wasn't. We call again on May30, 2023. They sent on M&M Factory again. Ans yes, the same technician came out again with the awful attitude. He came in the house and seemed one dead ***** and said that since the house have roaches that it voids the warranty. Keep in mind that during all the other reports not one report said anything about roaches. He just refused to fix the problem. This company does NOT stand up to the warranty and just DO NOT CARE about the people who purchase their products. There is a whole lot to my story, and I have proof on the timeline. DO NOT purchase anything from Electrolux and Frigidaire. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE.
