      I purchases a brand new side by side on February 20th 2023 two months later I noticed the refrigerator side as freezing, the next week the water filter was leaking, and just recent I have a puddle on my kitchen floors that is destroying my floor. They sent a company Electrolux repairman out who said himself it as a bad unit but the company rather replace parts than to replace a defective unit.As a nursing mother I have lost all my breastmilk, over $500 in food for my children, I am constantly mopping water from the leak. They sold me a bad product and the repair company keeps rescheduling. This company does not stand by its products. I advise never to buy this brand. They have become very cheaply made and customer service is terrible. Anybody willing to join in a class action suit? I need a working refrigerator for my home and they don't have a care in the world to fix it. As a consumer and mother I don't have money to waste.

      I bought a 50 pint Frigidaire Dehumidifier on May 16 2022. The unit coded an EC code on June 2023. Just over the year for warranty. Called them they told me to take to a repair place and get it fixed. I spent ****** for a product made in ***** and it is a piece of JUNK! I will never in my life ever buy a Frigidaire product again!!

      Horrible products with poor engineering that have built-in design flaws. Their fridge quit working after 7 months and ruined my hardwood floors. Their solution is to leave my family of 6 without a fridge for 5 weeks minimum. Out sourced customer service that some misplaced the info and pictures that repairmen send to them. Unresponsive and rude.Sent multiple repair men over until one said the product was repairable.

      We purchased a Frigidaire French door refrigerator in May 2021. The fridge was built in March 2021. Since that time we have nothing but problems with the fridge. We have called for service 8 - 10 times already. They have replaced the ice maker, the computer board (twice), the solenoid, and now we have been waiting almost a week for them to replace the fan for the compressor motor. In addition, they have been out several times to service the ice maker and other issues. This is totally unacceptable. It is the Summer months, we had to throw out a lot of food several times and have to keep spending money to buy food because we do not have storage. This is totally unacceptable, we are elderly people and shouldn't have to deal with these ongoing issues with the fridge. We need a replacement fridge, but they tell ** that the technician has to say the fridge is unrepairable before they can give ** a new fridge. Please Frigedaire/Electrolux DO THE RIGHT THING and approve the replacement fridge.

      If I could leave a zero star review I would. We purchased a Frigidaire Upright Freezer Model # FFUF2021AW for $989 plus tax from ********** on 04.01.2022. The first freezer came severely damaged and was returned for a replacement. The 2nd freezer came also damaged but it was minor cosmetic so we dealt with it rather than replacing it. Approx. 90 days after purchase I came downstairs and discovered the door open and all the contents thawed and rotten. My husband and I thought that it had been user error and perhaps the door was not shut properly. (This was not the case as hundreds of other reviews will attest) We lost approx $1k in groceries that time. About six months later it happened again and we lost approx $800 in groceries. But I learned to triple check the seal and the light before going to bed each night. We have an adult only, no kid, no dog home. So imagine my surprise this morning after checking it at 8 pm last night to discover the door open and the contents unthawed totaling about $500. It turns out there is known issue with this freezer - there are hundreds of reviews indicating the EXACT same issue. Yet there is no recall or any help when you call Frigidaire except for you to pay for a technician to come out and TRY to help the problem. There is a known issue with the condensor over freezing causing the seal to open - which opens the door. It's appalling that a ten year old chest freezer I own is still working that cost less than $200 but this one which was just about $1k with taxes didn't make it 90 days. We wanted to support *** manufacturing- but now I know that there is a reason we are not top in appliances anymore. Horrific products with known issues and no customer service to speak of. I will never buy Frigidaire again. Frigidaire is not a company worried about the reliability of it's products because of their almost non existent warranty or customer satisfaction. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!

      My Frigidaire 70 pint per day dehumidifier failed with "F0" error code. Frigidaire replaced it per their 5 year warranty with a 50 pint per day unit - which is only 70% of the capacity of the failed dehumidifier ! Frigidaire rep stated Frigidaire warranty replacements are made with a similarly priced unit - not a unit with similar capabilities ! Based on that logic, when inflation is included on my original purchase price, Frigidaire owes me $57.00. I am due from Frigidaire a 70 pint per day dehumidifier.

      Tried to use their website with 3x different browsers. It failed every time at the point where you would pay. I called their customer service and the agent lied and said the appoint would be filled that day. I check back later and it had been auto-canceled I assume because no payment was made. By the time of the next working day the next slot had been filled and now I have to wait to the end of the week.When I complained to their customer service agent again about the website not working, she stated because Frigidaire is closed on the weekends the site does not work. For a business the size of Frigidaire website to not work over the weekend is idiotic and it shows how little they train their employees, even if they are overseas somewhere. That response is just plain dumb, lazy, just straight lying. I only have this brand because it came with my house. Just going by the name alone the brand sounds bottom bargin and after dealing with their products, my assumption has proven true. Why would anyone ever buy their c*** BBB why does this business have an A+ Rating? Are they paying you for that ratings?

      We purchased a Frigidaire induction cooktop in February 2023. Three months later, we noticed several cracks within the biggest cook ring of the glass top of the cooktop. We called for a service through Frigidaire customer service. The technician came and confirmed the issue and filed a claim report with Frigidaire. After a couple of weeks without any updates, I called Frigidaire customer service again and found out that they denied the claim and said that was a cosmetic issue and they only covered the cosmetic issues within seven days of delivery. I stated that our cooktop was not cosmetic issue and it is manufacture defect. They still wouldn't authorize the repair.

      Sent me a non working washer and dryer. No one can fix it. Looked up the parts myself and still under this warranty no one can install them. Dont go with this brand ever! Have had to deal with dirty clothes for 3 weeks. Im disgusted with their customer service its a mess. They shouldnt be allowed to sell anything.

      A ZERO is generous. Horrendous products and the customer service is ridiculous. I have a new range I cannot use because the oven does NOT turn off. Potential fire hazard. The only thing this company is good at is the run around. Should be investigated by a consuimer group/government agency.
