      I bought a Frigidaire laundry centre model FLCE752CAW3 from ********* in *******, ******* last August 2022. Since I bought it I have a problem with the lint issue. The lint is not trapped in the lint filter but all over the door panel of the dryer. Since it is under warranty from the manufacture I called Frigidaire several times to deal with this issue. Every time I call they send a technician from *********************. Unfortunately the technicians cannot do anything about it, because it is not a technical problem. I called Frigidaire to exchange it if there is a manufacturer defect, but they refused based on the technicians word that no mechanical problem. If there is no mechanical issue or manufacture defect, why I have a problem with the lint though I am following the standards carefully, cleaning the filter always and minimum amount of clothes. I paid over $1600 for this, but it is a waste of money. On the phone they tell you about how important is your satisfaction with the product you buy, but it is all just talk and no action.

      I bought a new side by side refrigerator: Frigidaire 33 in. **** cu. ft. Side by Side Refrigerator February of this year. I have had 4 different service guys try to fix the noise(too loud to stay in the room) with 8 different visits. Still broke. I had to buy a freezer $400 to store my food in my basement, thrown out over $600 in food and lived out of a cooler to eat. This company will not admit its a lemon and give me my money back to buy a different make and not ever deal with this company again. This refrigerator has cost me two times the amount to try and fix it than the amount to but it( lost wages, 7 1/2 days waiting, over 30 total hours on phone or waiting for fix! Give me my money back !!!!

      DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!! Frigidaire/Electrolux all I can say is they suck!!!! How is this company still in business with the rate that they lie to you every time you call and they do not do anything they promise. I have tried working with them for 3 months now, hours upon hours on the phone, last call was 2 hours long with the promise that they were sending me a part to get my range working. The range is less then 2 years old they go by manufacturing date not necessarily when purchased- remember that! I was live when my range blew its glass out all over my pups-1st thing I should of sued them for- then F10 error goes the next time used now you can use at all. Mined you I use this stove for a business and now 3 months later still cant use. They shipped me glasses and gasket, told me to repair myself since they can not get a technician to answer them to repair. Hmmmmm I wonder why, cause they **** maybe! Now I was told by supervisor that the control panel was in stock and shipped- now its discontinued....on a range less than 2 years old. I guess their stoves are only meant to last a year, gosh I will run out and buy another.....NOT!!!!!! Both issues with my stove were "live" so many many people watched- guess I will do a live when I throw this hunk of c*** to the curb since they do not back their product and offer to replace or do something so I may get another working range!!!All I can say is do not buy from this company that does not do anything for customer service except offer to fix and try to send you parts that are not available to fix it yourself......end story is they have no intention of helping you really. I cant believe they think their appliances should not last more than 2 years at the most. Trust me I will never buy one again!

      My fridgedaire refrigerator is a complete piece of junk. The doorbin cracked and fell off after a few months. Now after 2.5 years of use, the interior wall has cracked. I've never owned a more shoddy, garbagy appliance. I only bought it because our fridge broke during the pandemic and we didn't really have *** options. The best part was when I went to their customer service and they offered me a 40% discount on some new appliance as if I would ever buy another fridgedaire appliance ever again. Don't buy anything from them. They are worthless

      We ordered an Electrolux dishwasher recently. We paid a $120 surcharge for installation and removal of the old unit. I had carefully measured the space and was sure the new unit would fit. The installers arrived, said the unit would not fit, said they couldn't even take the old unit out without cutting it up which they were unwilling to do. They left the new unit sitting in our dining room, left our kitchen a mess, and just plain left. The Electrolux customer service rep, having been told all this, replied with " Do you want a refund of the installation fee." Yes, very helpful. Thanks. We called our plumber who removed the old unit (but had to leave it in the alley as he doesn't have disposal facilities) and installed the new one. Everything fit fine. No cutting up of anything was required and the new unit is working rather nicely. We're out the $400 we had to pay our plumber to do the job Electrolux was supposed to do. We can't actually seem to get the original installation fee refunded and my wife has spent hours on the phone getting a run around and being told they will call back, which they never do, and we yet have to pay to dispose of the old unit, all of which was supposed to be done by Electrolux. I think they should pay our plumber and for the disposal as it is not our fault they didn't send competent installers. At the very least I want our installation fee back. I don't know how to repay my wife for the hours spent on the phone with them getting nowhere. Bottom line: Electrolux customer service is a nightmare.

      I Purchased a brand new Electrolux washer and dryer on Dec 26, 2022. They were still in the box when brought them home. Soon as I plugged in the units the washer did not come on. Had to wait a month to have the circuit board replaced. Now everything seemed to work. But there now seems to be an issue with the spin cycle. My clothes were not being spun out and are drenched after the wash cycle finishes. A month later the washer spin cycle part was replaced. Technician stated everything is now working. Yet to this day still not working. I have made several contacts to Electrolux over the issues and they tell me it will need to be reviewed by the "back office team." I contacted them on May 11th 2023 and the live chat tech stated he sent an escalation to the back office team to review a replacement. He stated they would contact me through email within 3-5 business days. Today is May, 19th 2023, I have yet to hear anything from them. So I joined live chat again this morning to get this looked into. I then was told it would need to be reviewed and would take 5-7 business days and I would be contacted via email. I was not happy with this and called Electolux and spoke to a supposed manager who stated there was no record of any replacement review sent in on May 11th. I then pulled up the chat that i had and read this to the supervisor word for word and yet he said there is a process that needs to take place. I stated that the process was already supposed to be in place on May 11th but he said there is no record of this. So again I have to sit here and wait. It has been almost 5 months since I bought these and have yet to have them work properly and all I get is the run around and wait. I have the manufacturers warranty as well as a 5 year extended warranty that i purchased with these units. This is unacceptable for a company to do this to the consumer when they purchase something and keep getting put on hold for any work or replacement needed. Do not buy from them!

      Awful company response to issue!! Purchased refrigerator 12/31/2022. Icemaker quit 3/23. Company cant replace Icemaker due to no part available. Requested refrigerator replacement with no resolution and no idea when the issue can be resolved. No one in *** have made over 10 phone calls with no resolution. Repairman identified issue but he cant get any response to when part availability. Replaced 7 yr old ** refrigerator with this one evidently big mistake!!!

      I brought a Frigidaire refrigerator in December 2021. June 2022 the bottom of the freezer stop working, therefore, I contacted Frigidaire because I was under warranty, but I was told that no one service my area, and someone will get back with me. They never got back back with , so I paid another person to come fix my refrigerator, just to be told that it better to buy a new one. Now, I call them last month because the top and bottom is not working. I paid over a $1000, and I can not get help from them, and I am being told that someone will contact me, and I am still waiting.

      I bought an Electrolux microwave one year ago. The microwave has not worked for that year. They have sent S&R six different times; the last visit was supposed to confirm the microwave did not work and they were to replace the unit. The Service call was on March 24, I have called WEEKLY to Electrolux, they are not returning calls, not letting talk to a complaints department or management.Electrolux IS THE WORST!

      I been trying to get them to service a brand-new dishwasher. I was scheduled. 3 weeks ago, and they rescheduled me 3 times without even a notice. their customer service person ***** can't even give you a number to a supervisor so you can talk to them about the incident.I will let everyone I know never to buy any products from this company.
