Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator in July 2022 that sat in original packaging in a garage until house being built was completed. Moved in new house in December 2022. Refrigerator never cooled correctly but completely quit cooling first of February 2023. Called Frigidaire about repairs. The first few appointments were no shows. This after taking off work for them. Third repair was scheduled for March 7 which was cancelled by them and rescheduled for March 21. Repairman on March 21 said I needed new parts, which he said he ordered and scheduled visit for March 28. On March 28 another tech comes out to diagnose problem. No parts were ordered. No record of anyone being at my house on March 21. This repair also says I need new parts and orders them. Sets repair date for April 28. April 28 gets changed to *** 2. Tech comes out on *** 2 and spends five hours working on refrigerator. It is working when he leaves, but on *** 9 stops cooling again. Now Frigidaire has set up a different tech for *** 16.This tech has never looked at the refrigerator, so he has no record of the previous repairs. I have missed countless hours of work and loss of food. Call center is worthless. You stay on hold for hours. All their emails and chat do is apologize for the inconvenience. Do not recommend a Frigidaire product. **************** is non existent. Still waiting since first of February for a working refrigerator. Will see what tech says on *** 16. Probably the same run around.Company I bought from says they can not do anything, since it is Frigidaire warranty. The top at Frigidaire needs to take a hard look at their customer service.

I bought a new house and it came with frigidaire appliances. In the 8 months I've lived here, my dishwasher has NEVER worked and they are doing nothing to fix this issue. Our fridge came with a huge dent in the door, they replaced that, but now the doors don't even line up, and our oven was missing pieces, so the first time we used it it almost burned our house down because the whole oven filled up with gas and flames. At this point, I just want a credit so I can buy all new appliances. I'm so far done with frigidaire. I call customer service weekly... WEEKLY for 8 months!!! And still nothing!!!

I purchased a new side by side fridge approximately 8 months ago for my daughter's home in ****. On March 13, 2023 the fridge stopped cooling properly. It gradually completely stopped working. My daughter called a local repair person who immediately said he couldnt deal with the fridge, as it did not have freon, but had some other gas that was highly flammable. It took another three weeks to get a Frigidaire repairman out to look at it; supposedly he ordered a new compressor. But he said that this will happen again, because the connections cannot be soldered they can only crimp them, so the fridge will go down again periodically.I called the company on April 7th and was on hold for more than 45 minutes, waiting to speak with a supervisor. I was finally disconnected without speaking to anyone in authority. I mailed a letter to the *** on April 21st, but, of course, have not received a response.A repairman came on May 3rd to install a new compressor, WHICH ALSO FAILED! Fridgidaire should not be manufacturing a product like this. They do not know how to produce it - they are offering no compensation/refund/restitution. Consumers need to know about the poor quality of ***********'s products.

On September 29, 22, I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from *********** with a 2 year extended warranty. On October 6, 22, the fridge was delivered. The top shelf of the refrigerator's contents would freeze on March 25, 2023 A Fridgedaire technician came out to fix it on 4/8/22. He performed nothing at all, instead writing in his report that he "reset a temperate." After seven technicians arrived, over a month's time period none of them were able to fix the refrigerator. The same technician out of the 7 came out on May 4th and May 5th , 2023 but was unable to fix the refrigerator. He produced a video with the master technician and informed us that they would need two weeks to investigate the issue and provide a solution by May 12. They ask us if they may come out again the following Monday. At this point, the technician threw out our shelf and announced that this would be how we would use the refrigerator. One of the seven technicians who were supposed to visit our home and service our fridge left after keeping us at home for five hours because he couldn't find a place to park. The final technician removed the top shelf, told us to use the fridge without the top shelf, and said he would report that the fridge was in good working order . That was his solution to fixing our fridge and that we were picky. I have reached out to ********** where I purchased this fridge and they have not been able to help me saying this is up to the manufacturer. Even though I have a one-year manufacturer's warranty, when I called Fridgedaire to schedule another service, they informed me that My fridge won't be serviced, and they stand by their techs. The manufacturer uses Electrolux as their technicians..Is this legal?

I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery FREE STANDING RANG with an Airfryer om Feburary24, *********************************************************************************** on 11/10/2021 which extended the warranty effective 1025/2022 which will expire in Feburary ****. The first defect was discovered on August 12, 2020, six months after purchased of the range. I've contacted the warranty department for the same issue error code fr-***** because the electrical system is defective. on the First visit they replace the electrical board and the oven light that went out at that time. The second visit they replace the electrical board but not the light that subsequently went out 2 months later. Currently right now I use a flash light to see the status of my items in the stove. December 2022. On Feburary 2023 i came home to find my Oven had started set to 350 it was already at 250. Had I not came home my house could've been burned down. Nothing in the stove who knows what would've happened. I live alone no Adults in the house. On today I attempted to cook breakfast for my Grands before they went to school. The stove top is not working. The person told me today if the repair person couldn't fix the problem, then I would have to pay. I advised her that this isn't a Manufacterur Warranty this is the extended warranty I purchased effective 10/25/2022. I'm beyond frustrastred about this model #GCRE3060AFB. How many times am I going to be subjected to the defective device. Now the price of that particular model has doubled in price to $1449.00? I need a replacement stove or reimbursement for the purchase price so I could purchase another stove. Looking at all the reviews Somebody at the top needs to be fired. ******************************* is he aware of these substandard applicances being sold?

Frigidaire Electrolux IS THE WORST! Yesterday, I was ghosted by the repair service for the second time! Last Friday, I was told they would come between ****. Even got a robo call saying theyd be there between 2:20-3:20. By 5pm. They never showed up. Called on Monday to complain. They said someone would be here this Friday between ****. That morning I called at 6:45am to confirm. Yes, they will be there between ****. At 11:45, I called to say no one has showed up, and they said they are finishing their last call and would be on their way to me next. At 2pm, still no repair person. Called again - and told they are on their way. By 5pm, never showed. I waited ALL DAY and no one showed up. This is all for a brand new gas stovetop that is leaking gas from the manifold. I havent been able to use it for two months. I will NEVER buy a Frigidaire appliance ever again.

I purchased *********************** in May 2020. The dryer motor failed and needed to be replace. I sent Electrolux an email and never heard back from them. I would hope that you would get more than three years out of a new dryer. I would not buy their product again and would recommend you check the reviews for this company before you buy.

We replaced four, 30 year old appliances with new Frigidaire versions from a Frigidaire dealer and had them installed in September, 2022 (so that we wouldn't have to worry about appliance failures in the home of a 90-year old). The April fool's joke we didn't anticipate was a complete failure of the refrigerator on April 1, 2023. Called the Electrolux Warranty # and have had a major headache ever since! Couldn't get a service tech on site until April 11. He determined the compressor needed to be replaced and that he would report it. April 14, I called again to learn it had not been reported to Electrolux and it was now MY responsibility to track down the technician to make the report. Phoned again on April 20 to learn they needed to send another technician to check the compressor to see if it could be repaired and before I was off the line, I figured out they had scheduled the SAME company again. I was getting nowhere with the call center personnel so requested a supervisor who informed me they had escalated the issue and were working to find another company to service (and that they had 3 days to do so). I'm still waiting for confirmation of a service call on May 4 and could not get confirmation when I called again on April 25th. I've been given phone numbers to call the 2nd service company and none of them work. They don't respond to email and their online system indicates the phone #s I give them aren't in the system (though I received a text from them on one of those #s). That company has terrible online reviews (primarily for ghosting appointments). When I called again to discuss frustration, I was told Electrolux's call center ALSO HAS DIFFICULTY REACHING THIS COMPANY. I can't comprehend why they would refer to a company they are frustrated with, while expecting their customers to be patient with the process. We're now looking at 5 weeks without a major appliance that is used DAILY in American homes. I would give MINUS stars if I could!!! 1 star is too high

I have a three-year-old Frigidaire freezer. It stopped working correctly so I called the company service number. They only answer *8am to 5pm Monday through Friday which in itself isn't customer friendly when you have hundreds of dollars of food thawing out in a broken freezer.I got through Monday morning and set up an appointment for a technician to come out Tuesday between 8am and 5pm. I also had to pay $143.99 on a credit card to make the appointment. After waiting all day on Tuesday, nobody showed up . No call, nothing. The next morning I called the service number again. They said it was a very busy day but they would be happy to give me another appointment in two days . I told them that wouldn't work because the food in the freezer would spoil . They said that's all they could do .I said forget it and please give me my $143.99 back .I called a local appliance repair company, and they came over in 2 hours. I will never purchase a Frigidaire product again. Terrible and irresponsible customer service

Never buy and Electrolux! Zero customer service! We purchased an ********************** Washing machine model number ELFW7637AW1 from a ****** in August 2022. The machine worked fine until February 2023, then it started making an extremely loud, scraping noise several times throughout the cycle. We called to have warranty service done and the first technician came out in early March and order a new solenoid valve. Took another 2 weeks for the part to come in and schedule another appointment. Replaced it and there was no difference. Brilliant Electrolux said to order the same part over again because it might be faulty. Waited another 2 weeks. And during all this time I need to sit on a stool in front of the washer and when it starts grinding, I was told to hit pause, turn the water source off, wait 10 seconds, then hit start again. This happens several times per cycle. Second solenoid (third visit to our house) did nothing. Fourth technician visit decided we needed two new condensate pumps. Fifth visit to our house the tech put in the 2 pumps and it still made the horrendous noise. I recorded this visit and I have him saying the machine can't be fixed. Electrolux says they have to send another tech to "write up the replacement order". Sixth technician came out, and said that it needs to be replaced and tried to call Electrolux numerous times, but kept getting "due to the unusually high call volume, we cannot take your phone call." I spent the next 2 weeks being told from Electrolux that they haven't heard from the tech and the tech saying they can't get thru to Electrolux. What a scam! We have wasted 6 days on technicians with a window of 8am to 5pm, and many more hours on the phone with Electrolux. What good is a warranty if they can't fix your machine and won't replace it? I will NEVER buy an Electrolux appliance again.
