      I bought a brand new frigidaire refrigerator and it doesn't get cold. ***** asking the store for a new one the said I would have to call the manufacturer. So I did and explained my problem. They said they would have someone sent out in the next few days. Days past and no one showed up, found out the company wouldn't come out because of the mileage, so I called back to see what is going on. The manufacturer stated that the company they used wouldn't indeed come, but they would have one of their own techs come out in a few days. That day came and no one called or showed up. I called them back again asking what happened. This time they couldn't find out what happened because there was no notes. They said that someone will call me back in 48 hours to get something scheduled again so Monday I'll be waiting for a call, but I have a feeling nothing will be done. I've had a broken refrigerator going on a month and no answers. This is unacceptable. I spent over $600 for something I can't use that is still under the manufacturer warranty. I recommend not buying from them every. This is my own experience.

      Purchased a front loader from a local appliance store 4 years ago, and recently had an issue with the machine not pulling warm water (hot or cold only). Called on May 9th, and learned I'm "out of warranty;" the Electrolux *** reviewed the service call options, and I was scheduled to have a tech come out May 16th between 8-12. I received a Ticket Number, and was assured that they had technicians in my area. My credit card was charged on May 9th. I called on May 16th to confirm the tech was coming since I never received a confirmation or a reminder, and after the *** put me on hold for 5+ minutes, I was told that Electrolux has no technicians in my area!?! I never received an email, text or phone call letting me know that no technician would be making a service call (even though they have all my contact information). The *** told me that Electrolux would issue a refund to my card, however the charge never should have been made in the first place until Electrolux could confirm they had a tech in my area. Absolutely awful customer service experience and scheduling protocol.

      NO STARS FROM ME! Purchased approximately 9k in appliances in 2020, so far fridge has been fixed and waiting on 2nd replacement stovetop. When I call them for help, advise, compensation, I am advised to contact ****** where I bought it from. Is Electrolux not the manufacturer, not sure why they don't stand behind their product and consumer. I guess they don't want a repeat customer. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM ELECTROLUX OR LEONS.

      Im extremely disappointed with my experience ordering directly from Electrolux.I purchased appliances from Electrolux specifically because the website stated that all required parts for installation were included. That turned out to be misleading. When the installers arrived, they didnt have the necessary stacking kit or 3-pronged power cordmaking installation impossible.I spent an entire week on the phone with Electrolux customer service. I was repeatedly told the parts had been ordered and sent to ***, the delivery partner. I called multiple times to confirm, and both Electrolux and RXO assured me the kit was in hand. I even took a full day off work to be available for installationonly to be told by *** that they never received the *********, Electrolux claims the stacking kit wasnt included in my original purchase. This is unacceptable and directly contradicts what I was told by multiple representativessomething clearly documented in the chat transcripts.Because of this miscommunication, Ive lost a week without usable appliances, hours on the phone with no resolution, and a full days pay. I cannot recommend ordering from Electrolux, and I hope they take accountability and correct this situation immediately.

      Called and made appointment for service technician to repair a faulty refrigerator. Technician no shows and says Electrolux did not send them the order. Electrolux blames someone in a different department of Electrolux. This happened twice already over two weeks. I paid hundreds for my extended warranty and can't even use it. This company is awful. Please avoid at all cost. If the BBB can help force Electrolux to honor their commitment after taking our money, please do.

      Ordered a induction oven and worked for 2 weeks before an error code appeared relating to the control board. First request for service was submitted 03/26/25 and technician then came to diagnose 4 days later. After diagnosing was told part would be ready in 7-10 days. Waited 10 days and followed and was told the same story of parts were ordered and would have to wait another 7-10 days. Followed up on the 7th day to ask for update regarding service and was told there was no record of parts being ordered. At that time we ordered the parts directly by passing their 3rd party vendor. We were told to contact their service provider for scheduling once parts arrived. Parts arrived 8 days later and we then reached out to the service provider who told us he would be by the next day. Next day we waited and were continually told he would be there in and hour to two hours. Service provider never showed up and then told us the following day we were on schedule for the next day. When followed up with services provider was told he was now unavailable because he had to attend his sons prom. I reached back out to Electrolux to request a new provider. They provided us with a new provider who then scheduled us 4 days later. Today was the day of scheduled service and when I followed up with their new service provider was told the appointment was canceled by Electrolux. I then called Electrolux to inquire what the new issue is. Electrolux then told me I had canceled the appointment. I am now almost 2 months into a covered repair and no signs of the issue being resolved. I am now paying out of pocket to cover the repair to have a working oven that I had only used for 2 weeks. I am out hundreds of dollars in wasted food I could not cook and more money on food I had to order. Avoid these products at all costs

      Frigidaire is a horrible brand and horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THEM. IT FEELS LIKE DEALING WITH YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE. We have been trying to deal with a problem with our refrigerator for over a year. All we have gotten is the royal run-around. After spending over a $1000, they still have not resolved the problem! Don't buy from them. The refrigerator appeared to have been dropped upon delivery. We were told they could fix it. This never happened after Lowes repeatedly sending their repair person who reported to Frigidaire that it could not be fixed. Very shabby treatment and tons of frustration later, there has been no reparation on their part.

      I purchased a microwave from Frigidaire, I requested warranty work on the appliance. Their technician came onsite 3 times. The first was assessment, the second was that he didn't order enough parts, and the third he dropped my appliance and broke it. Their repair technician has ghosted me and I have been calling Frigidaire for a month trying to get the appliance fixed or replaced without any luck.

      I bought a Frigidaire induction cooktop (which is an Electrolux brand) because it was rated as reliable.After 2 weeks, it completely stopped working. Now for the last two weeks I've been trying to get Electrolux to replace it. They won't. They completely refuse. Instead they keep sending an 'authorized service repair person' who doesn't know anything about induction cooktops to 'fix it.'After 2 visits of a total of 7 hours and 3 different parts ordered, I've now spent as long with a broken non-functioning induction cooktop as I did with a working one. 2 weeks of being able to cook on the inducation cooktop. And 2 weeks of having to cook on our camp stove outside.And Electrolux doesn't care. They tell me they 'have to follow the process' and keep sending out unknowledgeable repair people to attempt further repairs.
