My new stove grates are 1year and 3 months old. just passed warranty .One of the grates I just noticed is loose from the grate which makes for poor workmanship and a defect that can become dangerous . I asked them to replace the grate after checking how much one would cost $66.00. They sent me an email offering me an extended warranty so I don't have to worry about other problems coming up. No, that cost over a hundred dollars.Doesn't make sense .I was ready to buy a refrigerator but they just lost another customer and I hope I can be part of the class action suit against them ************* has gone down in reputation I want a new grate or $67 to order one but it seem like repair workmanship is horrible so I may not get it either if ordered, They need to close the *******************************************

Avoid their stoves at all cost. If you enjoy cooking food, this is not the stove for you.If you enjoy wrestling with infuriating safety features while your dinner gets cold, however, welcome to your personal ****.This Frigidaire stovetop refuses to stay on unless it senses a pot it personally approves of not too light, not too weird, not too fun. Trying to use anything light like Jiffy Pop? Forget it. Itll beep, whine, and shut itself off like a toddler refusing to eat vegetables.I tried everything: heavy pots, tricking the sensor, holding the lock button for longer than it takes to cook actual popcorn. No dice. Every time I removed the heavy pot, the burner shut off like it was personally offended.I didnt buy a stove to attend a sensitivity training course. I bought it to cook food. And this stove fails at the most basic task imaginable: staying on when you need it ******* yourself the headache, the heartache, and the therapy ********* literally anything else.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Purchased a range for a property we own that is unoccupied. Just after a year and completion of the kitchen, I noticed the oven light did not work. I called Frigidaire and my only option was to pay for an out of warranty service call. Before I scheduled it I tested the rest of the options on the range and the warming burner made a popping sound and smoke came out of the back when I turned it on. So now I have a light and a burner that dont work and it seems like a fire hazard possibly. I paid over $300 for a fixed price repair which was scheduled at the time I paid for it repair order number ********. Frigidaire changed that schedule twice after the fact without ever notifying me. When the Electrolux repair man finally arrived, he ordered 5 parts which can only be shipped to the unoccupied home where the appliance is located, and not to my home address. Each time they ship a part with zero notification (the carrier notifies me I have something delivering) I have to go and wait for it. Each part has shipped separately, one wasnt even a part for my range. The wiring harness has been out of stock since it was ordered almost 4 months ago. Frigidaire texted me a while back to see if I wanted a refund for the service I paid for up front or did I just want to keep waiting indefinitely? Because they have no expected arrival date for the part. I am still waiting for them to fix a range that has never even been used. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced anywhere and no resolution in sight. As you can see by the rest of the reviews I am not alone. They should be shut down.

#dontbuyelectrolux We bought an electrolux(Frigidaire) cooktop in November. It never worked right. After a few calls to their warranty department they sent someone to look at it. A part was replaced and that made it worse. Another part was ordered and took over a month to arrive and when it was put in it didn't help. The service *** said it was probably a lemon and we should ask them to replace it. Electrolux agreed to replace it and said they would email the store and we'd have a new appliance in a few days. Two months and hours of phone calls later, the store has still not received the email even though electrolux claims to have sent it multiple times. Today I googled warranty issues electrolux and found many people who are in the same boat and planning a class action suit. DON'T BUY ELECTROLUX! #Electrolux #Frigidaire #FrigidaireAppliances

I purchased my first Electrolux washer a few years back and loved it. So we have added to the appliance family. We installed a Frigidaire Professional cooktop a few months ago. The right side most powerful burner is not working properly : PowerBoil doesn't stay, pot takes longer to boil on that burner than the others. Placed a call. Technician said it was intended that way and gave some ** reason and closed the call.We placed a second call for the same issue, and then a few days later, the unit started to smell like burn rubber, all through the house. Not the burners, but the encasement, that is fully enclosed and is below the burners. We turned off the breaker to avoid fire and placed a call.SAME technician came back, gave us the ** reason again for the burner, and said he did not smell anything, even though my son and his friend could smell it.Then wrote to company that it was a user problem.WTF.We have not been able to use this unit since March 14, 2025. They keep asking for a video (for the improperly-working burner, not for the burn smell!!!)We have requested a replacement unit, and a SECOND, DIFFERENT technician, but that has yet to happen. They keep ghosting us, giving us the run-around, and avoiding the issue. We will NEVER buy Electrolux again. We also do NOT recommend purchasing this brand.Absolutely unacceptable. We have a couple of rental units, so have been mainly purchasing Electrolux appliances, but will NOT be purchasing this brand in the future. They have lost a very loyal customer, and this ex-loyal customer is sharing their story everywhere.Hoping informed people will make better choices than we did for purchasing appliances.

We bought a Frigidaire stove and it should be listed as unserviceable. We had 6 service calls, one guy changed out the fan with the same results. The oven fan is extremely loud, so loud that you can't even hear when the timer goes off. Also, if you have the oven on and you're cooking on the stove top, the fan blows over the top of the stove eyes and almost blows the flame out. This is very dangerous. Also, the broiler doesn't work properly. With the service calls we had from 3 different service places, Unique, **************************************** they tell us that this is a bad design, and Frigidaire needs to fix it, but unfortunately Frigidaire will do NOTHING. Worse appliance we have ever bought and worse customer service; they won't even connect you to a supervisor. Buyers beware Frigidaire is the WORSE!!!! The overall experience is less than zero stars.

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from PC ********. Against my better judgment, I didnt get their warranty only the manufacturers warranty, which covers for a year.. well, six months into having it the refrigerator went down so they sent A&D appliances. The first time they ordered parts that were on backorder for three weeks.. they fixed it. I bought more food and it went hot again.. The second time I waited two weeks for the part they fixed it. It went hot again.. the third time they tried a second company that company ordered three parts, but never called me back again. I called them back to explain now they have the first company A&D coming back today. I keep explaining I have a baby in the house. My food is in the backyard in a bag with ice. I have a baby in the house and they keep saying lets see what happens when the repair man comes.. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated.. I feel so helpless. They literally dont stand behind their product.. I will never ever buy anything with the name Frigidaire on it again. The refrigerator was bought in July. They keep trying to sell me an extended warranty. I said I dont want anything extended of this refrigerator. Its a lemon.
