      FRIGIDAIRE IS A SCAM!Purchased a brand-new top freezer refrigerator November 2022. January 2023 the unit stopped cooling. The Frigidaire company claims to have effortless repair and skilled associates. Do not under any circumstances fall for their false advertisement. They outsource their repairs, and they have a lack of communication between their company and the repair company. They have sent four different technicians from different repair companies and refuse to replace the refrigerator. At this point they are wasting more money sending technicians than it costs to replace the refrigerator. For two months now I have been calling and been on long holds only to be given the runaround by their skilled associates. I ask to be transferred to their supervisor and they place me on hold, and they claim they will call back and dont. Frigidaire is a joke! We are at a loss of money not being able to eat at home because we dont have a working refrigerator. Take your business elsewhere!!!

      I would give this place a 0. Tried calling customer service for specifications on one of their models and got the run around. The fact that this place does not have a document management system of models and parts is concerning and is a red flag for quality assurance.

      I bought their refrigerator on January 7-2023 and didn't get It in my house until **** due to issues with the delivery people even had a disrespectful guy wanted to know why I bought a new one was rude and and made excuses why he couldn't bring It in the manager I talked to told me to tell him to bring It in I looked after I got off phone he was gone and I didn't even know.this was second delivery person then the third guys came took off doors and brought It in very polite patient guys .then I woke up next morning It froze all my vegetables,I had a gallon britta full of water frozen,called them they told me to turn freezer up and fridge also until they came out so I threw those veggies and bought more they also froze along with Pepsi and etc.technician came had to order parts ,parts came they didn't make the app at all when I called.I called a and e repair directly and they didn't have a app for me I have talked to ge 4or 5 times and they are rude and liars I asked to speak to supervisor and after 40 mins they said they would call in 20 minutes and they never did I will never buy their products again I have spent over a ****** on veggies only and other food only to throw away.I would not recommend Frigidaire products to anyone I have 3 family members love it and want 1 I told them to turn their heads and run and at the end of the conversations they said I could leave a review and concerns and when they hung up it went to a hang up so I cannot voice your opinion with them the guy I spoke to yesterday even snickered when I asked about it

      We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes in August 2022. The refrigerator has never worked properly since we have it. The temperature is set to the recommended temperature and eggs still freeze on the top shelf of the refrigerator and vegetables freeze in the crisper. A service company has been out and said the refrigerator was not made correctly and needs to have the compressor replaced. So far Frigidaire has not been able to supply the required parts and has refused to replace the refrigerator with a working unit. I have been calling Frigidaire every week and get the same answer. "We do not know when he part will be available". We have been without a refrigerator for 6 months. I regret purchasing a Frigidaire product as their customer service is terrible.

      My husband bought me a new kitchen suite for our anniversary. April of 21. Refrigerator needed replaced in August. Lost food and had to fight them to get a replacement. The replacement finally came and it died 3 months later. Whole new fight with them and more food lost. Horrible. Two refrigerator replacements within 8 months. Hundreds of dollars lost in food. They dont care. **************** is horrible. Bunch of foreigners that read a script. Hours on hold with no help from them. Traded out for a Whirlpool. Still have Frigidaire **************** suite unfortunately. HUGE BUYERS REMORSE!!!! Totally dissatisfied with this company. Very sorry I didnt stick with Whirlpool. I will tell everyone to not but anything from this company. Even the repair people said they hate dealing with them. Shame on you Frigidaire for being deceitful and uncaring about your products and customers. Hope somebody does something about this dishonest company.

      Wish I could give a zero. Awful product and even worse customer service. ******* didn't even last 3 years before breaking. Cost of repair is half the cost of a new freezer. The repair is a know issue but Electrolux chose not to do a recall because it would be too costly. DO NOT buy anything from this company. It's garbage.

      Worst Appliance i have ever bought. **************** was horrible and just gave me the run around. Purchased a freezer in oct of 2020 for $900, stopped working 3 months later. They said they fixed it but a year later did the same thing. I paid out of my pocket to fix it again. Last night came home to $900 worth of meat ruined. In 2.5 years the freezer has stopped working 3 times. Since the freezer is out of their worthless 1 year warranty they will not do anything. What kind of product are you making if you can't make something that won't break 3 times in 2.5 years. It is the same issue every time. This is a product flaw and all they want to do is get to the 1 year **** and put the repair fee on the customer. Never in my life will I by a ********************** product again. This company is blatantly s******* over the customer. I would hope a freezer that cost $900 would last longer than 3 months. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Everyone stay away from these products.

      Bought (September 2022) a refrigerator for my custom new build home. The water dispenser leaked. ************ done by ***** out of Huntington, IN. Problem was worse. It's now FEBRUARY-Waiting on *********** to come fix it!!! Cannot get in touch with a real person. Live chat is hit or miss. DO NOT BUY A FRIGIDAIRE!!!!
