      I only put one star because it makes you put something in order to add your review. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator delivered 3 weeks after purchase. Used dishwasher 1 time when it flooded and ruined my kitchen floor they sent service tech out and there was a hole in the tub. The parts were not available to order so they said they would replace it . Here we are 3 weeks later and still without replacement that they said would take 24 to 48 hours, I also wanted them to pay for my floors to be fixed. Can not get anyone to do that either. Refrigerator also has issues doors not lined up right the seal in ice maker was not sealed properly so service tech for that arrived and used my hair dryer to fix the seal problem he thinks. The door issue had to be another service tech which ordered the parts, the parts arrived and now the tech can not get here to fix that until later in March. Beyond frustrated. I asked for corporate phone number and got put on hold to be sent to risk management **** who had an automated system you had to go through just to hear a recording say they are not available leave a name and number they will return the call in up to 24 hours. So I am again on hold for an hour for the 2nd time today trying to get someone on the phone. Worst customer service ever worst appliances ever. Do not buy them. I have missed 3 days of work, ruined kitchen floors, 2 appliances 1 of which you cannot use because it will flood the floor and the other that has issues as well, over ******* dollars later and still can not get this resolved. You have 30 days from purchase date to return them for a refund. They purchase date. I didnt even get the appliances until 3 weeks after purchase date, and I honestly expected the problem to be resolved professionally and in a timely manner considering they are a huge company that has been in business for many years. Boy was I wrong.

      Frigidaire has the worst customer service ever. It is appalling. When you call, you cannot understand the representative. The language barrier is horrible. I initially called regarding an issue with my refrigerator. At this time, the woman had provided me with a service provider, *********************. I looked them up online and they have horrible reviews. Many customers report that they do not show up on the service date. Other customers report last minute cancellations. And of course, they blame COVID. COVID is OVER, deal with it already. It's never going away. So, I ask the woman from Frigidaire to assign me a different service provider based on these awful reviews. I live in ********** mind you. The woman assigns me a service provided from *******, **********. I couldn't believe it. I demanded to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold as you can expect. Then the call mysteriously cuts off. And of course, no calls back from Frigidaire. Totally unacceptable but not surprising. And I had purchased 3 Frigidaire major appliances too, and i totally regret it. I will never recommend Frigidaire to anyone. PLEASE stay away. Horrible from start to finish. Totally disgusted and dissatisfied.

      If I could give them a "0", I would. Since my refrigerator was installed in 2017, I have had something go wrong with it and have had multiple technicians attempt to fix my issues. And yes, I had more than 1 issue over the past 5 years, and none have been fixed, only a band aid put on it for a time period. The issues that occured involved, improper temperature ************** in the back of the fridge was freezing up, the freezer would ice over in the back and cause temperature problems within the fridge and the ice maker, and the biggest issue was a rusted and leaking back panel, that we were told by Frigidaire is unrepairable. I have attempted over the last MONTH(1/4/23) and only recently (2/3/23) actually was able to speak with a person in customer service. The person in customer service was not helpful, disrespectful, condescending, and not understanding of ANYTHING that I said and refused to connect me with a Manager. He finally connected me after the 4th time asking and the MANAGER that I spoke with did not care and would only repeat that it was 5 years old and they could do nothing. Terrible customer service and backing of their **********************.

      This is the worst appliance I ever got.it is a frigidaire fridge. I only had it four months compressor is gone cannot be fixed. Have been waiting 5 weeks still have no replacement. **************** is just a bunch of stupid people in another country who do not know anything. Worst product ever. Worst customer service ever.

      Dont buy this. Oven will mess up in 6 months and their service is terrible. They have been to my house 3 times. Replaced a thermostat three times and the board once. Still doesnt work and the refuse to replace it. I have been without an over for over a month. They want to send someone else to diagnose it further.

      On 12/31/22, in the early morning hours, our three year old Frigidaire refrigerator (model no. FFSS2615TS2) spontaneously caught on fire. We smelled a horrible burning smell, and in the morning realized our GFCI outlet tripped and cut the power to the fridge. After we plugged it in to another outlet, and within seconds of it kicking on, flames erupted near the compressor. Multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact them led me to file a complaint with my states consumer affairs agency. Frigidaires only response was that the fridge was not under warranty. While I dont expect compensation for this, my only hope is that with enough reports this company will be investigated and/or they choose to do the right thing and issue a recall. Our toddler was asleep in her crib when this defective product caught on fire in our home. My family was very fortunate that our GFCI outlet did its job in the middle of the night or who knows what might have happened. This refrigerator is a hazard and its only a matter of time before something truly awful happens. The company is well aware from other reports that there is a defect in design yet they do nothing. We will never purchase Frigidaire/Electrolux again.

      Purchased not 1 but 2 Frigidaire refrigerators. Worse decision of my life - since the purchase ive had warranty at my house over 10 times since the purchase. Today again same issue which they are telling me that its no longer under warranty and that I have to pay. Between the labor charges and dealing with Frigidaire and Brandsmart I'm done. I dont know how they have a rating of A+ with 1 star. Buyer beware Frigidaire **** CuFt Side-By-Side Refrigerator Model: FFSS2615TP | Sku: FFSS2615TP-WW They refused to replace it with all the issues. Should have been covered under a lemon law

      Beware of a known defect. Frigidaire refrigerator, FPGB2278UF5, has French doors with a mullion that is heated to avoid condensation between the 2 doors. After 11 months from installation the mullion stopped working, the wire was broken. It was under warranty so it was repaired at no charge. Exactly 1 year later the mullion stopped working, wire broken again and again the wire was broken. Frigidaire wouldnt pay to repair because replacement parts are covered for 6 moths. I at least got them to cover the part, I had to pay labor, $150 for less than 15 minutes to swap it out. The repair guy told me that Frigidaire is well aware of the defect and havent done anything to correct it. This is definitely a design flaw and theyre making money off of it! So every 11 to 12 months it will need to be replaced! Thats $150 labor plus $200 for the part. I did ask them to send it to me but they wouldnt. $2200 for a piece of junk! We will never buy anything with the name Frigidaire on it. The company doesnt stand by there appliances.

      On 10/2/2014 WE installed a Frigidaire furnace in our home. The ** inducer fan went out and online it stated that it had a 10-year warranty. I called the *** number and was on hold for 30 minutes. The representative that attempted to help me referred me back to our dealer that sold us the unit. The representative asked for the name of the dealer. I told her the name of the dealer and she didn't know how to spell "heating" or "plumbing" I had to spell it out for her. I contacted our dealer. They told me that they have tried to send parts under warranty back to Frigidaire and have never been reimbursed for the part. As a major corporation the in ***************** I feel Frigidaire should stand by their warranties What do I need to do with possibly getting a reimbursement for a part under warranty?
