After more than 12 hours on the phone, 3 technicians out and fourth scheduled but cancelled by them i am over this. After 8 months without working oven they still refuses to replace or refund me or even fix the unit. I have never felt so scammed and bullied by the company than now. I don't even know where to look for help anymore.

The home I purchased was a flipper house. For the most part they did good on it but they decided to install fridgeair products. Due to the "good" discount they got on a trio package. They're basically cheap in one word. They get the job done but you'll be super frustrated after a few years of owning them. Now that I'm at the 5-7 yr **** I'm replacing them instead of waiting for them to die. The dishwasher is my biggest complaint. It gets so hot it melts plastic ****** wares. If things shuffle loose and start to spin and land on the heating elements they literally burn and melt! I've had lost good silverware to this dishwasher and had to replace multiple ****** wares. If the heating elements are melting true stainless steel cutlery the heating elements get to about ***** degrees. What's boiling 210 degrees? A we bit over board don't you think? Which would also explain why a few bowls and plates have cracked. It frequently builds that sludgy smell. I frequently empty/clean the trap in the middle. (which is difficult to remove and I've resorted to using cut gloves because the sharp innards have cut me a few times trying to remove it.) I've vinegar washed my dishwasher, purchased cleaning tablets and nothing is removing that smell which now seeps onto the dishes. Now that my dishwasher is at the 5 yr **** I am highly considering on replacing it this year or next. No I would not recommend these products. Please invest in a higher quality dishwasher.

I didnt have a dryer for 2 months bcuz they sent me the wrong part (under warranty) 3 times over 7 weeks until I finally just called an outside company and paid. A house full of ppl and pets cant go 2 months without a working dryer. Outsourced customer service is oblivious to the needs of customers, and just sticking to the script. Oh, theyre all the supervisor as well. How is this company still in existence?!

If I could leave negative stars there'd be ****. This device is horrible. The customer service dealing with this junk has been horrible. This whole experience has been horrible. I've used this thing 4 times in a year. Even after having it serviced; it holds water in it, it doesn't clean properly and the buttons you have to dang near beat to get them to work. You cant reach anyone. I can't count how many times I've called in a year and I've reached someone once. It's the appliance set installed in my new home. Save yourself the headache and go to ******* or Whirlpool. Heck an Insignia works better than this mess. Just Horrible Smh.

We purchased a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Its been two years and currently only the microwave works. The other appliances had to be replaced due to computer board issues, pump failures and various other problems with all of the appliances with the exception of the microwave. I will never buy any Electrolux appliance as long as I live, customer service was as non existent as the availability of replacement parts. Its sad for a company that used to make quality for it to just not care any more. I wish I had the ability to start a class action lawsuit to try and give some Justice to all those people who have had similar issues to mine.

I purchased a Frigidaire Dishwasher less than a year ago. The Dishwasher stopped working correctly so I contacted Frigidaire about the warranty issues. It took 4 days to finally make contact with the company due to the computer answering service just ended the call. Finally after making contact, I was informed, and promised I would have a repairman out the next day. Due to my job, time is limited, so I took the day off from work loosing valuable money to be home so repairs could be made. The following day I was contacted by the repair company and informed they do not do repairs in my area on the day promised. After contacting **************** of the issue, I was informed by the supervisor that they would not do anything about the broken promise made to have a repairman at my home at the time they set. Now I have a broken Dishwasher and out more money than the dishwasher costed due to missing work. The warranty of these products and the service team is unreliable. Why buy from a company that can not offer any trust? It was found in the end, it would have costed less to just throw the dishwasher away and buy from a company with trust.

Bought a fridge in 2019. In 2020, it struggled to keep the freezer cold. It was serviced several times and servicer even stated the fridge was beyond repair, but Frigidaire would not replace it. Eventually, in the summer of 2022, a repair was again scheduled. Servicer rescheduled service for a month later. That was cancelled by the servicer. This went on until December when Frigidaire stated they would review the warranty for replacement. The decision was made to replace the fridge. They offered one that was 25% smaller, $2k cheaper, and with none of the features. After rejecting that one, they admitted they had one similar to the one being replaced. I agreed to that one but no one ever replied to my email. Eventually, I got an email stating that I should have paid the delivery fee and didn't, so my replacement would be cancelled. After finding out that the logistics company didn't send me an email, I got that sorted out and scheduled installation. The logistics company and their subcontracted servicers missed two deliveries with no notice. Frigidaire customer service will only tell me that it is in the hands of the logistics company. They do not care that their contractual obligations are not being met. Don't buy an appliance from them. Poor quality and worse customer service.

DON'T Buy Electrolux!!!!!!!!! BAD, BAD, BAD Company!!!!!!!! Can't get to speak to a customer service rep.on shore (in *******) nor anyone who knows what they're doing when/if someone answers. I spent several days calling and I've hit every tab thinking a live human would talk. NOT! My refridgerator froze the entire back of the unit. It's now known as a defective product and (on ******** one can learn HOW to try to fix the freezing BUT you need to buy a repair kit for over $500. unless you cry and plead. Well I didn't even get that far! I have to junk a luxury $3500. item and buy a new one NOT by Electrolux/Frigidaire (same company!). Horror show!!!!
