      DONT DESERVE A STAR *********** advertises that their refrigerators last 13 years mind you I have the professional line side by side fridge and freezer. I have bought two in the last almost 9 years with the same issues . Mainly the compressor then theres just a ripple effect after that with other parts because that just makes sense what it would do . Warranties? yes! First one I bought with 3 yrs , it didnt even last that . Had to buy another fridge oh but they gave me a rebate ;-/ SO thought I learned my ****** bought a 5 yr warranty . Crapped out right after the 5 yr *************** and 5 more other things . Dont have parts in the warehouse dont know when they can get me the parts . In the meantime family with a baby we are storing what we can use in a camping ice chest !

      We purchased the fridge in Nov, and we had so much problems!! Cant get thru no one, cant even use the ice maker, appliance dude come out but now we wait another week ! DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL! HOW DO THEY GET A WAY WITH DOING THIS TO CUSTOMERS?

      I would never recommend this brand of dishwashers. After buying one in June of this year from Lowes, the machine started to give problems in less than a month after installation. The machine would not work at all and just filled up with water. The support service was horrible and kept sending the technician to do repairs and refused to replace the machine. The machine caused flooding in my home and *********** refused to pay for the damagesand also refused to provide a report of the faulty equipment causing the problem. Please save your Money and stay away from ***********!!!!

      Not only are the products complete ****, but so is the non-existant customer service. They won't answer the phone, chat support does not work, they won't reply on social media, etc. There is no way to reach them. I purchased parts for a dishwasher that is absolute garbage and won't provide tracking. I doubt very much if I see my money or the items that I ordered. I will NEVER buy anything from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      The customer service department is absolute trash. I made two attempts to schedule service repairs for the dishwasher and each time they failed to communicate the change in schedule due to technician availability. Each time I wasted time waiting for a technician and on the phone to complain to an agent. They would not let me speak to anyone above a supervisor to stress my frustration with their terrible process. I really wish there was a way to hold them accountable for this terrible customer service.

      Not recommend, ever. WE have been waiting for 2+ months only to suffer through the holidays with a book full of excuses when tech never showed more than 3 occasions, they like to say " oh you have one more part to be delivered, then we can schedule", only to then schedule & they not show AGAin, routinely. Extremely disappointed in the fact that Electrolux was informed that my 100% disabled Veteran fathers diabetic needs for refrigeration of insulin and supplies were urgent! I even asked if they would work with me on getting a new refrigerator after waiting more than a month, the "escalation ****** stated that they promised to be out before Thanksgiving (another lie) and here it is New Years day and still no working refrigerator. ************** was polite and did his best, the issue seemed to have been with the appliance itself. Please do not use this company as they Do Not Support American Veterans and get two thumbs down for horrible business practices.

      Was doinga self clean feature on a frigidaire and the front door exploded on me. Talk about a serious safety hazard. Waste of money

      This is the most horrible brand of dishwasher on the entire planet!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It deserves negative reviews but they don't have that option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not unless you love spending your time cleaning out under the filter, prerinsing and rewashing all of your items. I've had several dishwashers in my life and never had an issue other than hard water which was solved by getting a water conditioner. This is gross and unsanitary on a good day. I've NEVER had to tear an appliance apart and do what I have to do with this $%^&*()P_{ thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Poor product durability. Shelf brackets a drawers broke after 14 months. Model number FFHB2750TS on a Frigidaire refrigerator. Frigidaire representative said that was a cosmetic problem and the repair was not covered.

      We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator freezer on November 6, 2022. However, it broke on November 30, 2022. The refrigerator and freezer were not cold and our food was spoiled. We called Frigidaire immediately. First, they scheduled the soonest available appointment for December 5, 2022. However, the person came but said that they could not service this model of refrigerator freezer. We had to call Frigidaire back and schedule the soonest available appointment on Dec 12, 2022. The contract person sent by Frigidaire came that day and said he had to order new parts, which would arrive Dec 14, 2022 and that he could fix it this week. I called back on Dec 15, 2022 and the contract person said that he could not fix for next two weeks and that soonest would be Dec 28 because the person is going on vacation. We called Frigidaire five times about this issue and the wait time was more than 1 hour each time.
