1 starI purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes.n January 2022 since I have had this product I have had nothing but problems I contact Frigidaire with the first problem as the freezer sounds like a lawn mower when speaking with the rep at Frigidaire I was told that there was a recall on the ice maker they order a repair company to come to my home and change the ice maker and hen he came he said that he will need to order the nee part and have it come to my home. Well the part took about 1 week to get to my home but it took the repair person 2 weeks to come and fix it. The fridge worked for about 2 weeks when the lawnmower noise started again. We got in contact with Frigidaire again and was told that they will have another repair person come in again well we were rold that it was the door he ordered a new door we waited another 3 weeks for the repair guy to come in with the new door he replace the door and now when I close my refrigerator the freeze door pops open: now we are waiting for a part for the door. Now the lawnmower sound is back, and we have lost so much money in food when we mention this to the rep at Frigidaire Im told that they dont reimburse list of food. My refrigerator does not work I have lost so much money and time trying to get some type of satisfaction to this nightmare. 1 starRe: Frigidaire Refrigerator GRFS2853AF This refrigerator was delivered and installed by technicians from the retailer. They said that the left door was warped and we would be contacted by a service tech in a couple of days. They sent a tech that was rude from the moment he set foot in my house who left telling us that the door might "take a week, two weeks, maybe a year" to arrive and to contact him when it arrived. We received three (3) doors prior to the earliest available service appointment. The service tech missed his appointment without calling and when contacted to reschedule was again rude and insulting. I contacted the retailer for repair options and was told that a Frigidaire-Electrolux Technician would contact us. This appointment was set up but when we called to confirm we were told that the appointment had been canceled and we would need to set up a new one. So far I have set up service appointments seven times since Oct. 22. Today is Nov. 22. None of the appointments has actually happened. In each case I have had to call, wait ***** minutes to talk to a different service representative only to be told that the reference number I was given doesnt exist, the service was canceled and needed to be rescheduled. Several of the reps referred to an incorrect phone number, name or address associated for my account. Every rep asked me for product, phone, address and name details more than once during the calls. I've asked to talk to supervisors twice and have been told they would call me back shortly. They've never called. I believe the Frigidaire customer service department does nothing except mislead and try their best to discourage customers from calling them back. Im very disappointed. I've spent about 30 hours away from work waiting for the arrival of a tech in addition to 8+ hours on the phone with service reps that don't seem capable of anything except frustrating customers. 1 starBought new refrigerator 04-03-22 from ####. Had it installed a week later. It worked great until the end of August when the freezer quit. The unit showed a H1 alarm. Contacted Frigidaire and was advised that they would get the name of a repair service and let me know. After 3-4 days I was given the name and phone number. I contacted the repair company and scheduled a repair. I waited another 3-4 days for the complete to come out. Repair company advise it was a sealed unit problem. They sent the report to Frigidaire. I contacted Frigidaire the next day and they advised me that they would get back to me in a couple days. Frigidaire then advised me that they did not agree with the diagnosis and would send another repair company out. By this time we going into the month of October without a refrigerator freezer. The new repair company advised it needs to order replacement parts. They couldnt get the parts. I contacted Frigidaire and was told that they would get the parts sent to me through Electrolux. Frigidaire scheduled the appointment. We are now in early November and still no refrigerator freezer. On November 15th new parts were installed. The freezer is still not working. Contacted Frigidaire November 16th and advised freezer repair didnt fix the problem. They advised me to contact another repair service and schedule a repair. This new company has yet to contact me after numerous attempts on my part to contact them. And to add insult to injury we lost $350 worth of food that Frigidaire isnt willing to replace. At this point all we are getting is a bunch of BS from Frigidaire. I have asked numerous times to have the unit replaced or refund my money. I dont want another Frigidaire product in my home ever again.Review fromTresa S

1 starElectrolux is the absolute worse company I have ever bought from. The washer and dryer I purchased were returned over two weeks ago, and I have not gotten my refund YET. Nor was it processed per customer service when I spoke with them last week.The young lady I spoke to promised she would get the refund done and it is STILL NOT DONE. I feel like I have been stolen from. this company is committing theft, and I was really excited to buy from them as Electrolux is affiliated with high-end value. This is not high-end. 1 starI am very dissatisfied with my Fridgidaire Refrigerator model #FGHB2868TD. From research, I find out that *********** is owned by Electrolux. I have no complaint with the business where I purchased the appliance from. They have been very good in responding to my service calls and making every effort to repair the refrigerator. The problem is the ice maker. The business I purchased it from has been out to try to repair it five times so far. The service man said he has contacted the company to seek assistant on the continuous problems with the ice maker. Currently, it is not working again. I have been waiting on a part for 3 to 4 months. They repair the problem and within a few weeks the ice maker is not working. I have done research, and found out the ice maker is a major problem with this brand and model. I called Frigidaire but was told nothing could be done to compensate for this problem. I asked to talk to their supervisor and was told he was at a meeting. I feel this is a major issue with this product, and that Electrolux/Fridgidaire owes their customers compensation. 1 starI have an 8-year old refrigerator that is a Frigidaire. The appliance had to be pulled out from the wall for other work that was being done in the kitchen. That's when I found a huge chunk of ice on the back of the appliance, a hole in the wall and damage to the hardwood floors. I called the company and asked them about this model. They said they knew that there was a design flaw and they knew there was a design flaw. As a consumer I was never notified. This will not be covered under my homeowner's insurance. I feel like Frigidaire should have warned consumers about this issue and offered some sort of compensation.Review fromCarol C.

1 starBought a Frigidaire box Freezer ****************** had it 10 months needed to be replaced Called in July of 2022 I received a e-mail saying it was in the warehouse waiting to be inspected before delivery received another e-mail telling me its ready that was in July called at the end of Aug 2022 because my husband needed the freezer for processing meat they said its at the Insaller ready for delivery on sept 4th 2022 that date came and went received another e-mail saying I was scheduled for Oct 4th that date came and went By now I am Irate we need the freezer we paid in full and nothing yet I must of went through7 people since this all started They told me I would here for someone in ***** hrs and nothing This is getting a little too much now I need my property NOW ...BEWARE of this Company This freezer is under MANUFACTURES WARRENTY....Review fromGeoffrey Y

1 starMy Frigidaire upright freezer went out after three months. It would go into defrost mode and never come back on. This happened three times the third time it never worked again. The freezer was fourteen months old at that point. I have been trying for six months for Frigidaire to do the right thing to no avail. Finally there idea of making amends is to give me a forty percent off coupon to buy another one of their appliances. I will never buy Frigidaire again. They do not stand behind their products. Even if I wanted to fix this freezer it's a closed system whatever that means it cannot be repaired. Who designs a freezer you can't have fixed. At this point customer service just hangs up on me. 1 starAlmost 3 months i'm out a fridge...I bought a Frigidaire fridge from ********** and it was delivered to me in mid-August but i didn't get a chance to plug in the fridge right away because I had travel arrangement. I came back from my trip beginning of Sept and finally plugged in the fridge then to realize that it wasn't a working fridge. Called Electrolux beginning of September to report this issue, and waited 3 weeks for a technician visit. Technician said it's a non-repairable fridge as gas was leaked upon delivery. No one from Electrolux contacted though it was a non-repairable fridge. I had to call back to Electrolux to follow up 4 days later after technician visit then was told they didn't get the report from Handy Appliance. Oct 20, handy appliance resend the technician report. Oct 21, called Electrolux and they said their system was down, call back next week. Called back next week, their system was still down. Oct 26, called back and Electrolux system was still down but the rep said they couldn't see the technician report because limited system access as system was still down. Nov 1, called to follow up again and finally Electrolux system was back up and send the request off for approval for replacement fridge. The rep told me to call back in 3 business days. Nov 4, called back, and this time, the rep tells me that the approval takes **** business days. I receive different information everytime i call.. I expressed how upset i was with this whole experience with electrolux and also taking them over 2 months to solve a customer problem and the rep said there's nothing they can do, this is their process. I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager and he said they don't have one, which is a lie, there must be someone that the representative reports to. I asked for compensation and they said they don't compensate. I said well then let me speak to someone above you so i can express my level of upsetness but the rep insisted that there's nothing they can do.Review fromSURINDER A

1 starPathetic experience, bad products, and worst customer service. I bought a new Gas stove in August 2022, In November I am still waiting for someone to put it in order. Sometimes person is not there, sometime parts are not there.
