      On May 23, 2021, We bought a Frigidaire moderate humidity 35-Pint Capacity Dehumidifier for $189.62 with a one year warranty. The unit broke down the end of July 2022. This unit is only a year and two months old. We tried to call the company to get a replacement but got the run around beginning by giving us seven different phone numbers to call. All the phone numbers led to the same main number. After several calls and delays, we were able to get an email response to our complaint. Frigidaire stated that they were denying our claim due to the warranty being expired. A dehumidifier breaking down after one year and two months usage, essentially right after the warranty expired, is not right and this unit is defective. We continued to call the company but got the same excuse that our unit was passed warranty coverage. We feel Frigidaire should stand by the quality of its product and not adhere strictly to the one year warranty.

      Frigidaire is the worst company to purchase anything from. They do not stand by their defaulted products. Bought my refrigerator in March and the icemaker stopped working, wasted 2 Monday waiting for a technician, they never showed up, any product that has a recall on them should not be sold. I want a replacement or my money back.

      I bought a Frigidaire and it broke down before the 1 year warranty was up. And they won't give me a new one . I have been waiting ********************************* parts . I called again and asked for another one they said no so I have to wait another 2 weeks or more to get parts and a repairman to come out when they could get me another one locally at ********** where I purchased it today

      Absolutely horrible service and support for their products. My father-in-law and I both purchased a Frigidaire Dehumidifier for our basements 5 years ago. After 2 years, both of them stopped working and continued to display an error message of "F0", at which time Frigidaire replaced it with a "new" one. Now, 3 years later, the "new" unit is not working and displaying the same F0 error message. After numerous calls, emails, etc. with Elecrolux, they refuse to provide any compensation stating that now it is past warranty of 5 years. No apology, no offer to repair or replace. They wouldn't even give me a discount on the purchase of a new one (which why would I want to buy another defective unit anyway). I said I would have to file a complaint with the BBB and the "assistant to the **** named ****, stated: "When you do that it will go straight to me, and I will just have to reference the 5yr warranty policy." Completely disrespectful and rude with all of her interactions. How does a company stay in business with a 1.02/5 rating on BBB?Wish I could give them a 0 out of 5

      A multi billion dollar corporation that does not care anything about the consumer. We have had the run around for 3 to 4 months on a refridgerator that freezes everything. We have lost at least ****** dollars in food and have had at least 6 different repair guys here to never fix the problem. All I want is our money back and take this garbage refridgerator out of here. And get our money for lost food. ******* total dollars. I don't think we are asking to much after months of being ran around. When is enough enough?

      BOUGHT A FRENCH DOOR FRIDGE A YEAR AGO AND HAVEN'T HAD ICE MACHINE WORK FOR 9 ON THOSE MONTHS. FOUR OR FIVE SERVICE REPAIRS. IT SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY ONCE. BANGING NOISE FROM FAN ALOT. NO WATER FOR MONTHS SINCE WE HAD TO DISCONNECT WATER LINE TO KEEP WATER FROM FLOODING INTO THE COMPARTMENTS. IF WE DON'T GET A NEW ONE I WILL SCREAM

      Atrocious customer service and poor business practices. Spend your money elsewhere!I ordered a gas range one month ago, with delivery scheduled two weeks later. Electrolux contacted me two days prior to scheduled delivery, stating they were seeking an alternate company to deliver but assured me it wouldnt be an issue. On the day of scheduled delivery, they informed me delivery in my area was not possible (I live in a metropolitan area with population >1 million) and that my order would be cancelled with a refund expected in 5-7 business days. Its now been >3 weeks and I have not received it. After another lengthy hold time, customer service informed me the refund was never initiated. So, its been over a month, I have no stove, and I am out $900.

      TERRIBLE COMPANY!We purchased a standing fridge - it cost over $2500. After 5 MONTHS it stopped working!They called a technician to come and fix it - so all good - that was covered, but firstly they didn't let me know that we had to remove the trim kit before the technician came and had to waste time doing that - in addition the technician told me that they do not cover removing the trim kit and said I can call electrolux to give an APN number to cover the costs (WHY should I pay anything for their broken fridge which is literally less than 6 months old and cost me a fortune! Electrolux should now pay ME for all the food that went bad AND for the fact that I'm going to need another guy come and re-install the trim kit after we literally JUST had it done!)Ok all good we call electrolux to get the **** Wait 1/2 hour. just to have the woman hang up on me Tried again. waited another 1/2 hour and got hung up on AGAIN.YOU need to fix your customer service and actually help people that need assistance.I will never be purchasing another frigidaire product. This is my second fridge from you guys and I dont know why i thought it would be a better experience. the other fridge the shelves kept breaking even with only 1 item on them and cost a fortune to replace and also NO ONE to TALK TO

      Bought a Frigidaire dehumidifier 50 pint that lasted a little over a year before displaying an error code. I called Frigidaire's customer service, which were not helpful as the item was already out of warranty. This Error Code issue seems to be prevalent with this brand's dehumidifier and it blows my mind that the manufacturer continues to produce and sell this defective product as they should be aware of this issue by now given all the similar negative reviews online.Overall, very disappointed by this brand especially since they rejected my review of their product on their website, which tells me a lot about how they conduct their business.

      This is by FAR the worst company I ever ever in my life dealt with. I bought a new gas range stove in May of 2022. In mid-July I pressed the self-clean feature on the stove. The manual tells you that the stove will be locked and on for approximately 2 hrs. At least 40 minutes into the cleaning, I smelled a strong odor which didn't seem normal and my eyes were burning so I decided to turn off the unit. I waited at least 3 hrs and the oven never turned on nor did the oven door unlock. I called Lowes where I purchased the unit and they advised me to contact Frigidaire. They in turn scheduled me with a service company who claimed they never received the service request. This went on for at least 3-4 days. I called Frigidaire again and asked for them to schedule me with another service company who then scheduled me for an appointment 7 days later. At this point, I've been without a stove for 2 weeks. When the technician finally he pulled out the unit, ran all sorts of tests and was unable to fix the unit. He stated that he would forward his service ticket to Frigidaire to replace the unit. We forwarded our proof of purchase to Frigidaire and wait. After 7 more days, I contacted Frigidaire for the status and all I got was the run around between the service company and them. Frigidaire claimed they never received the service ticket. Again, I'm calling and fighting with the service company to please process and forward the service ticket to Frigidaire since I have small children and no refrigerator. It has now been three weeks and I when I contacted Frigidaire for the update, they claim that the service ticket that was provided stated that the technician left the range in working condition. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! He left without fixing it. It never turned back on, the display doesn't turn on, the oven door is still locked. It does absolutely nothing. I've spent a ridiculous amount of money eating out. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Don't buy their goods.
