The reason why Im giving this review because multiple times Im getting charge for a service I dont receive. They want to bill me and stated that I wasnt home when they came for the service and that is a lye. I work from home and have cameras all four corners of my home and know for sure no one came to do any service. Thai have happen many times and when I let them know they say you still have to pay your bill. I cant pay for something that I didnt get any service more any one came to my property. When I call to talk to a manager they say you cant speak to one. That is insane that they dont care about the client and if they get the correct service all they care is to collect money for services not provided and on top of it they dont want to cancel your service when you are asking for that all they say why are you cancelling just so they could keep charging you.Aruza Pest Control

We have reviewed the account, and see that the local manager attempted to call yesterday with no answer. The account in question has been past due on it's balance, and was requested to be cancelled only yesterday (May 28th) for financial reasons. Customer was offered and accepted a lower payment, but then refused after being told the balance would still need to be paid. At that point the customer stated we never came out without any prior mention of services not being rendered. Our records show that we have been performing bi-monthly with it's most recent applications being on April 11th and February 2nd and continuing back to the start date of June 29th, 2022. For those reasons, the balance will not be waived. We would be more than willing to schedule a follow up for any services once the balance owed is paid.Review fromDavid S

Only experience was with salesperson. They were pushy, didnt let me get in a word and was trying to sell while having not reading the situation (crying toddler at dinner time).Aruza Pest Control

1 starSCAM ALERT ARUZA PEST signed up for a service with this company with them telling me I would have the best package available and went over with them exactly what my issues were and what needed attention to the first few months were OK after that is when it started going downhill they stated they would be here every month except for the mosquito treatment would be quarterly they never treated the areas agreed to he told me I would be billed every month even though they would not be here in the month of December and January but if I did need something they would come out they always had a different technician never knew what package I had you would think when youre going to do a routine job you would know what package that customer has so you know what treatment to do this past eight months has been nothing but the worst of my life they showed up two times out of the past eight months but yet kept billing me $90 a month they have ripped me off for $450 and the only time I got a phone call was because I put a freeze on my credit card so they could not get their money now all of a sudden There concerned and what the problem is do not I repeat do not use this company they are nothing but a bunch of crooks I do not recommend them whatsoever they were a bunch of scam artist in ripoffs I have actually gotten my lawyer involved in recent days to try to get some of my money back because theyre charging me for months that have not even been here they came here in February then came once again in April and thats the last time theyve been here but still wanted to keep billing me $90 a month when it was stated it would be $90 a month a technician would be out there every single month except for December and January but if I didnt need them they would come out and this service did nothing at the time the technician sat in the driveway for 30 Minutes and then would leave and state my service was completed and it shows on my home cameras they didnt even get out of the vehicleReview fromRick O

1 starthey only get 1 because there were no negative stars available. paid in advance after the sales person (*****) assured me they would refund in full if not satisfied. They tried to bill me on first visit when they had already received payment. That raised suspicion and upon checking they had billed more that my signed agreement stated. The first treatment tech was very lazy and spent half an hour and the result was basically no change. Called to complain and they waited a month to respond by sending another tech. Second treatment tech spent nearly 2 hours but within a couple weeks we had roaches (killing a couple every other day), ants all over the yard, mud dobber and wasp nests and the doorframes and eves still had cobwebs. Called over and over, so many times tge number is now memorized but no return call. Finally they sent a text to schedule another treatment so I called and got someone. Relayed the whole process and issues and they basically told me tough c*** The manager that finally returned my call promised to have his out to lunch supervisor call but he or she did not. Got voicemail from the manager ******************** within a couple of minutes saying they dont do refunds.Horrible product, dishonest employees, disrespectful toward customers (once youre under contract) and lazy staff. 1 starIf I could rate zero stars I would they put me under a contract for 2 years and did nothing the poison they spray does not kill any bugs there are spiders insed and out side of my house all the time ants outside roaches and when I call all they say is that they will send someone to re service and the problem doesnt stop I told them that Im paying them money for a solution that is not working and they dont care they are very rude and what ever they use doesnt work to kill or keep any bugs outside your house. I wish they would have never knocked on my door to offer there service do not use them!!Review fromLeShun J

1 star9.10.23 Update...Its been almost a year, and i was really afraid ppl would call me crazy but at this point i honestly dont care. I have caught severl of them around late nigh5 with containers one dropped them on himself, got em on video. A group of us saw them on bikes with a green wagon. And most recently they, i assume, used a drone because it hit my window. They have caused me a few trips to the ** because they sprayed pharamones through my window and i was inside my room and became unable to breath. These people have attacked my neighborhood for over a year with their lab roaches. I posted this in hopes to help someone else because this is an unprovoked attack on my family as the pest control i use works and has worked for many years. I find it unfair that you create a problem to solve when people tell you no. I will continue to post until you stop attacking my family causing us to be sick.** A guy came to my door, made an offer I told him no after a series of questioning. I told him I had trouble with ants. Either way I chose not to use the service.I have been battling roaches suddenly after encountering them...good thing I was raised in the country and I can get rid of them on my own. I just find it odd to suddenly get a pest problem after have a simple conversation . I hope you find better practices to get clients. We canceled with Aruza 2 months before contract ended. I called and sent an email. The lady tells me later I have to pay $79 for last months service. I always PAID automatically and suddenly I'M expected to send in a check! And now they tack on extra ** its late! This is ridiculous. You try to do everything by their rules. Call early to cancel. Send a letter to cancel. Then they GET YA. They charge you anyway for last month PLUS interest ** you didn't know you had to send it in until it was too late! WHY DONT THEY SEND A LAST BILL? Wouldn't that make sense? The whole reason I canceled was ** we can't afford extra payments right now. And they do this to us. This is why we dont answer our door to salesmen! After reviewing the account, I see the customer requested to cancel the service at the end of the initial 12 month period. That request was made on 6/20, and the customer was notified at that time there would be 1 more charge of $79 for the month of July, and at that point the agreement would close. There are no late fees or additional penalties, and the only balance on the account is for the standard monthly charge. As to why that was not automatically drafted, we will be looking into this internally to see why that charge wasn't processed as it should have been made before the account expired on 7/31. As of now the only thing due is the normal monthly charge for July and there will be no additional charges or penalties. We do apologize about the additional steps needed by the customer to mail in a check.Review fromJENNIFER D

1 starVery dissatisfied customer. Have complained twice to CS ***** ***** and ***** to no avail. Second visit the technician only sprayed the flower bed based on the camera. The tech did not walk to sides or back of the home. Offered to send this video to company,.no one give a darn. Asked for a refund for the payment and refused. Asked to cancel service, refused due to contract. they only way to get these people to go away is to pay them off. this company is a rip off. Only selecting one star as it is required. We purchased the monthly prescription (back in April 2023) to get rid of the mosquitos on our 1/2 acre property, and were told to give it a few months to see if it worked. Well, we gave it time (4 months) and even requested that they come and spray extra to help with the mosquitos. They never really got any better, and my wife, 2yr old, and I still get eaten alive every time we step foot outside. I gave Aruza the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they weren't spraying everywhere we wanted, so I decided to have them come and spray one last time to make sure they were getting everywhere. Told the sprayer guy exactly where to spray, and he did. Needless to say it wasn't his fault we still have tons of mosquitos- the product simply doesn't work! Horrible quality and a complete waste of money. I'll be buying my own pesticides to spray around the yard myself. Seen much better results with the simple stuff you can get at *****************Aruza Pest Control
