      AAA tried to kill me New Year's ********* I have Neuropathy in my *********** from Frostbite sitting in a ice cold car for 4 & 1/2 hours in the dark in a deserted parking lot in an unsafe area While AAA kept telling me "Help is on the way "

      Don't use this business! Our vehicle became unusable once dropped off for an oil change. I drove it in without any issues and when picked up, it was not drivable and we were told it needed a new engine! We had it towed and another mechanic replaced the timing guide/chain system, finding a multitude of shavings of metal/plastic in the oil pan. They asked if we drove it a while once it broke down. We told them we did not, that it was in another mechanics hands when the issue became known. They suggested we question "What the he** happened 'on their watch? Investigations took us in circles as this center is allowed to investigate themselves!!!! Even the ** Consumer Protection Specialist sent our complaint to the *************** Center for an investigation. No corporate oversight...BEWARE!!!

      I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars!! Waiting on day three through missed appointments, no shows, and finally days worth of excuses as to why we cant get a tow! No driver, No trucks, Cant find anyone, etc... Biggest crock of inexperienced and unprofessional customer ********************** we've had to deal with. Way to much money given to this company to be treated like this. Put on hold, transferred, hung up on, and plenty of excuses. We've asked to speak to supervisor after supervisor. We've even asked to speak to dispatch so we can help them find a tow truck. What else is there to say?! Just TERRIBLE!!

      Car broke down 845 pm 12/23. Did not have anyone tow me until 10:00 am 12/24. They need to widen their search for people willing to tow. No communication except texts that kept changing delaying their estimated time. The tow truck driver experience was great once I was actually towed.

      My experience with AAA Carolinas have been HORRIBLE. Extended wait times, with lack of communication. Had to consistently call to receive updates. Neither of my issues were resolved through AAA, only self help. ******** (supervisor) has been the only help in my circumstances.

      Stay away!!! My battery went dead and when I tried to purchase one from AAA they came out and replaced the battery. Within one year that battery was dead. When I called to get it replaced no one for AAA could find the battery. I was sent through 4 battery replacement trucks for all of them to say they did not have a battery. I was told to go buy a battery and they would reimburse me the difference. After the purchase of the battery I was told unless I renew my membership it was nothing I could do. I would have to contact the company of the battery they sold me to be refunded if they would. Finally a AAA member called me to say I sorry we could not help but I can give you a good deal on a membership. I will never join them again and anyone who is thinking about joining them I will encourage them to run in the other direction as fast and hard as they can. AAA - major scam to take money and have awful service. AGAIN BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

      WORST SERVICE EVER!!I requested a tow thru the app on 12/20 around 12:30 pm and 58 hrs later,Im still waiting for service after being rescheduled and promised twice that I would have a tow truck in the next morning (12/21 and 12/22) between 8:30 and 10:30 am because they dont have providers professional enough to handle simple situations

      They have now left my wife stranded with three children in 30 weather for 10 hours and all they keep telling her is that they need to find a tow truck driver that will drive far enough to pick them up truly disgusting customer ********************** with no one willing to help

      AAA ***** waited 9 hours and a tow truck NEVER came, said one would be there at a time but never showed up. Not going to renew my membership

      I wish I could give 0 stars??I called AAA at 10:45am for a tow. Im in a safe place but needed to get to work. Im at a friends house who does not have AAA. I received 2 status updates that there was no known ETA. The last update being 12:15pm and its now 3:45pm. Ive called 6 times. The fifth time I called I was was told there was no update and there was nothing more they could tell me. I let her know that Im not at home but at a friends house and need to leave. I was told that I had to be there in order to get the tow which I understand but its been hours! I called the 5th time and spoke to someone named ****** who finally gave me an order number and also told me that my order hasnt been picked up nor had it been sent back to dispatch. She stated that she would prioritize it and if I didnt receive a call in 10 mins after we disconnected to call back with the control number. It has now been 20 mins and no call. Ive been a AAA member for over twelve years and the service has always been good til now. I have only utilized the service once in the last five years and dont understand what has happened to how customers are being treated. Ive always been one to speak highly of the service but with this experience, I want be renewing my subscription nor will I continue being an advocate for your services. To wait four hours for a tow with no updates is ridiculous and very poor customer **********************. I can spend my money with a service that appreciates me as a customer. Sincerely, its now ****** and Im still waiting. DO BETTER??
