      If I could give them half of a star I would. Been a member for 30 years. Always good service until last year. I needed a tow twice this year and was denied both times. Do not waste your money. To many great companies out there. Bye Bye AAA

      6/20/23 : I had travelled from ** to ** and unfortunately my battery died out after I had reached **. Being a premium member for close to 5 yrs, I had rarely used AAA service. This time around I had to call them to send me a dispatch to check on my battery. My worst fears came true, I made my first call around 2:45 pm , and got notifications 3 times that some one would be stop by at an appointed time, but to my horror nobody showed up. I had never a received a call either and I had to call AAA to find out and only to realize that they are trying to reach out to the dispatch . I got a call at around 9:00 pm EST that they would be dispatching some body the next day at 8:30 am EST to check on the battery. I am not sure if this is the service that any one would expect after being a premium member for close to 5 years and hardly using AAA service. Is premium service really worth the money, if some one waits for 17 and 1/2 hrs to get some one to address your battery issue. Thanks,Vinay

      My son had a flat tire on Saturday, July 18 2023. Contacted AAA around 8 am and was put in line. Received several messages that there was high volume and he was still in line. Finally later that evening spoke to a person who said someone would be here at 9:02 Sunday morning. No one came. He received a call from AAA asking if problem was resolved. No it was not.So he was put back in line. Finally, he received a call stating that no one would be **ming. No apology, just a statement that they were unable to perform the service.Why is a **mpany allowed to advertise and charge for services they cant provide I will never re**mmend this **mpany Why do you pay for a service the **

      AAA is no longer reliable. I have had to call twice in a short period of time. Both times I was told ***** minutes. After 45 minutes I get another update and its ANOTHER ***** minutes!!!! The poor drivers arent getting the notice until 45 minutes AFTER I call! Both have shown me their notification. AAA needs to get their sorry system FIXED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

      I would rate this lower than 1 star if I could. A contractor rejected our tow request and closed the request. We waited over 5 hours and had to call to check on the status only to find out this happened.

      6/11/23 my vehicle broke down in **. I called AAA for roadside service, up to prevail no tow truck was available to tow my vehicle. My family and I were stuck on the side of the road. I had to use my son-in-law progressive insurance to move the vehicle off the road. I had to get my family in ** to recuse me and my grandkids from the highway in SC. I been trying for day to get my vehicle move to another shop, but no help with dispatch I spoke with a rude supervisor in ** (****) who then transfer me to ** to (*******) was no help. she stated that I had to be with the car in order to get help. So you are telling me I had to stay in SC for days in order to get roadside assistance. First of all they was no tow truck in SC for road service. Second of all my family and I were stuck on the highway with no way of getting home. Third I still dealing with the problem and AAA don't get a ****. I have been a member for 22 years and this how AAA treat their customer. I will be cancelling my ************************* and get better service some where else.

      I put in a request to unlock my car yesterday at 7:17am for having locked my keys in my car along with my pocketbook with my extra car key. That was totally my fault however when Ive paid for a service and have been given the time of arrival of 8:49am, then the time was updated to 9:06am and 7 1/2 hours later still no service, no updates by text, no phone calls with approximate arrival times, nothing, pretty frustrating!! This was also with me calling customer ********************** 4 times & being told they would contact the ************** would receive a call in ***** minutes- which no return call ever happened. I was blessed to find friends able to help me get in my car so I canceled my request. Very disappointed & aggravated is an understatement!! I have been a member for 30+ years, well no more!! Buyer be ware - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

      I have been a member of AAA since **** and have had very poor service over the past two years. Once in June 2021 and in Feb, 2022. The issue that upsets me is I subscribe to the ** Premier service and called for the first time for help with my **. The first company denied service as they don't provide it and the second service never came. The incident happened at 11:00 a.m. on June 10th and it is June 12th and AAA still has not responded that no one is coming. I hired a mobile service company to repair the ** and we got home that evening after canceling our trip and losing our deposit for our campsite.When I called to cancel my service I had to wait on hold for 10 minutes to reach a representative, The upside is it was the fastest response I ever had with AAA was canceling the service.I can't express how dangerous it is to sit on side of an interstate waiting hours for service.

      My boyfriend literally did everything but drive the truck. The guy smoked my car cables, banged the s*** out of it trying to load it on the truck. Not to mention he didnt know where my battery was or how to even start my car. Once it was on the truck the guy even forgot to turn it off and made my boyfriend go up onto the truck and do it. Not to mention I had to PAY THE GUY an extra 50 dollars to let my boyfriend come with me when he literally couldnt have un loaded my sports car without my boyfriends help. He wouldve taken off my back bumper. Absolutely horrible. Would rather pay the extra couple hundred for GOOD AND EXPERIENCED SERVICE.

      I have called AAA twice for a tow. Once in May and once, so far in June. They did not respond either time. I kept calling customer ********************** and they kept giving me the run around. This service is horrible. I am canceling my membership.
