      I'm told today ********, though listed on your website, and my itinerary, and **** information spoken of with my agent, is not on this tour. I spent $100 on that **** alone.This entire experience is unacceptable and shameful for AAA "standards"! I should also be refunded for your false advertising of ******** on this tour, by law. Instead of that acknowledgement, ******************** sent me a copy of my signature saying I agreed to the price. However, that was when I was under the impression ******** was included in the tour, and I would receive all the benefits I was told I would ($500+$50 discount+$75 voucher). False advertisement is unlawful. I am writing because on the 17th of April I began making preparation to secure a spot on your **************** Tour. During this time, I was told that if I applied for, was granted, and used your AAA credit card, I'd receive $500 in savings for using the card. Never in my life have I had an unsecured credit card, and really didn't want or need the one I was approved for with your company, but due to the fact that your representative told me I'd receive $500 ($505 exactly) back, and a deferred payment since I received the card. I have been patient with incorrect information, I have been patient with delayed responses, and non-returned phone calls from management. I have been a AAA member, and made substantially larger payments to you all rather than other insurance agencies just for the perks. You all should be more mindful of both your clients, that make sure you eat, as well as your employees, who can cause you not to. On today I received an "updated" itinerary (my third, all with different prices) with a completely different total (+$265). I am a veteran, homeowner, business owner, and now a previous AAA member/client.

      I hate to post a review like this, but I had a terrible time with this auto shop. My car sat there for almost a month (partially due to miscommunications with insurance, partially due to the shop) before finally being finished. The shops mechanics and manager refused to take any accountability for their part in the delays and couldnt get their story straight about what the issue was with delays. It wasnt until I threatened to take my car elsewhere (after 3 weeks of the car just sitting their shop) and file a complaint that they seemed to move into gear. I am beyond disappointed with my experience as someone who has been a AAA member since I was 17. I was offered no compensation beyond a measly $50 off on a $2,000+ repair, and no apology when I finally was able to pick up the car. The person handling my payment at the end barely looked at me and seemed like he was ******* me out. This shop and its employees need to do better.

      Horrible. Workers either dont know anything or are rude. Takes forever to get service, if you can get any. They change policies all the time.Been stranded 3 times in the past month because of AAAs horrible service

      My husband took the morning off to get our car towed. After waiting 2 hours after confirmation of original time they said they couldnt find the order and started new order. Waited another 2 hours with phone call from AAA they were 15 minutes away. Called back after 30 minutes and they said they called another towing service and they will be here in an hour. This has been an awful experience and I wouldnt recommend AAA to anyone. So much for the free towing if they never show up.

      Horrible service. 8 days ago I had my car towed from my house to a local service station. The mechanic couldn't fix the car, so I needed to have it towed to an Audi specialist. AAA refused to tow the car because they don't make a second tow if it's at the same location as the initial tow. They said it has to be a "new" breakdown/roadside assistance request. I asked if they would have towed it if I had driven the car 50 yards off the service station lot onto the street, and they said yes, they would have towed the car. Ridiculous. I'm a AAA Plus member. I get 4 free tows a year. Clearly that's not true since I've only had the car towed once this year... 8 days ago. I've been a AAA member since 2007. They don't care. AAA is not longer interested in providing customers good service, and they clearly don't honor their obligations to members. If I have 4 tows a year, they shouldn't care where I'm towing car to or from. AAA used to be a good company/service. Now they cut corners and don't care about their customers. Buyer beware.

      Did not put my oil filter on correctly and said my battery was not good and I needed another one. That was false. I did not care for the service.

      Needed lockout service; called at 11:31am. Was told service was 45 minutes away. Received phone call that service was 1 1/2 hours away. At 1:30pm called back and was told no ETA was available. After 5 hours, I called back and was told there was a discrepancy and she would have service out in 60 minutes. I cancelled services as I made other arrangements. Customer ********************** was nonexistent to this paying AAA member today.

      I started at 9:06 this morning just needed my truck towed. I have been with them for 22 years. NEVER AGAIN. I was screwed around told oh there 51 mins out absolute ********. When you ask where they are at you just get tossed in the call line again. When you hire people based off Race and not on their qualifications this is what you get. They were rude, had no idea what's going on and didn't want to help. I am sure if I was another person I would have got the red carpet. I work in the Hospitality industry. I will NEVER recommend you ever again. This is a joke and an embarrassment. I will be calling tommorow and will get a refund. A once great company down the drain as well. You might want to look at who your members are before hiring incompetent idiots. You go woke , you go broke. Hope you got that box checked. AAA is s*** Goodbye!!

      AAA gave me a faulty car battery and it's been h*** trying to get my money back!! I was originally told to complete a battery reimbursement form. I did this online. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. I don't even know if my form was received. I've called over 5 times to try to check the status of my reimbursement. All I have been getting is the run around and NO HELP! This is absolutely ridiculous to treat a member of 10+ years this way! YOU gave me a battery that does not work and I want my money back!! I will be cancelling my service with AAA. They're horrible.

      Car needed a tow they told me I used all of my entitlement, but I had to put in two requests for the same incident because the tow truck driver never showed
