      I would strongly recommend you think twice before Joining AAA. These are different groups across different states. Their customer ********************** is miserable at best. I had AAA in ***** and moved to North Carolina. They told me they would cancel *****. I did not catch the billing error for a year. When I tried to get a refund I am told they don't do refunds on monthly membership fee. They are also different enterprises. Rest assured that once I get done with my current membership I will cancel. I also experienced people telling me they would call me back and that did not happen except once out of six calls.

But I will simplify it, --- they **** Gave notice for help at ----at 11:30 p.m. eta said 12:30 a.m.called back at 1:00 a.m., she said he the tech would call in a few min.2:00a.m. still waiting.......When ever I get home canceling my membership.       Today 3/6/23), I called your Roadside Assistance regarding a dead battery in my car. My initial call was at ****. First, I communicated with *****, I was advised my membership was cancelled on 08/31/21 related to internal review and decision. I asked what am I do regarding my car battery that was purchased under AAA membership on 08/27/21. ***** warm transferred me to ******* with ********************** ******* regurgitated the same information that ***** disclosed earlier. I asked ******* the same question regarding the car battery in question. He was unable to provide a solution. ******* warm transferred me to *****, who was unable to assist. I asked to speak with Supervisor. ***** warm transferred me to *****. She was unable to provide a definitive rationale for cancellation of membership. Inquired what am I to do regarding my car battery. She advised to call the towing company who placed the battery. At ****, ******* with **************************** of *******, advised me she would have consult with Management. ******* returned my call. Advised me she spoke with ***** at AAA Roadside Assistance and they would take care of my battery. At ****, **** answered AAA Roadside Assistance I explained the situation. He advised due to cancellation of membership he was unable to assist. Inquired what am I do regarding my car battery. **** warm transferred me to ******. She was unable to assist. Next was *******, she was unable to assist. Lastly was ***, Supervisor I explained the situation the 8th time today. She states there was nothing she could do related to non membership. Current state, I have a car battery that was placed on 08/27/21 by **************************** while I had a AAA membership. The car battery is faulty. AAA and **************************** failed to adhere to warranty that I received when I purchased the battery. AAA is very disrespectful to customers. Communication is extremely poor.

      Was going to complain of the poor poor aaa roadside service from feb 22 this year in w/***** **.Finally did speak with human on line who could only give excuses like personnel shortages and computer problems.was going to handle on line but saw 91 reviews with **** average. Its obvious aaa does not care about customer *********************** so I decided not to waste any futher time with them.

      Absolutely awful service! AAA keeps selling a service they can't provide efficiently. I waited three and a half hours for a flat tire service. Pitiful!

      Had AAA In ******* for over 25 years and very happy. Moved to ** and was denied service after living here and paying ******* premiums for a couple of years. I was told I needed to transfer service to **. I cancelled covered and a couple of years later I started service with ** ASA. Ive now had ** service for several years. Only used service once early on for dead battery. Being a diesel pickup truck, I have 2 batteries. AAA mechanic said I needed to replace both batteries which I did. Very expensive compared to other places. AAA solicit me to change to AAA Plus, which I did for an increased premium. Several years later I needed service for flat tire. First service since upgrading service. I was denied service since my vehicle is a dually pickup truck.(same truck Ive had for 25 years. They told me I needed to have RV coverage, even though they hadnt told me this while collecting premiums for years. Ill never deal with AAA in ** again. I only wish I could give 0 stars

      AAA has disappointed me greatly after 20 yr. Membership! At 10:07 a.m. placed call, at 11 a.m. a recorded phone message be there at 12:20 p.m.!! In turn, I called directly to local tow *************************** was there in 12 *********** was on my way.Text & recorded messages are not acceptable when you are stranded and depending on them for help.******************* - 2/10/23 Stanly County

      I called AAA for a tow Wednesday night, it was 37 degrees and cold. I waited for 3 hours in the truck and got no call back. I called them to ask what the hold up was and they said they had no drivers. So I left my truck in an empty lot and took an Uber. I called AAA the next morning, as part of my service I had ** coverage, which states it will cover to haul a trailer. I have used it twice in other states and they were happy to pull my trailer in addition to my truck. But not this one, they had to fight with me about the entire situation and ultimately I had to pay out of pocket to move my trailer after paying extra for the ** coverage. NEVER AGAIN!! The customer ********************** people are the ones that talked me into purchasing the extra coverage as is!

      AAA left me stranded on a major highway. I ended up calling a tow truck on my own just to get home, three hours after I requested assistance.. Staff very uncaring. They made it clear they only dispatch. I have canceled my membership and would never consider using this company again for any reason.

      AAA is the worst!! I sat for 3 hours for no one to show up. I called 4 times to only be put on hold each time so they could check with dispatch and never came back to the line to tell me when someone would arrive. I am paying for premium service and get treated like this!! AAA was reliable at one time but now all they do is take your money and could care less about you or your safety. I hate I ever joined!!
