      I will not renew my membership next year. I've been waiting on a tow since Saturday night(11/23) and here it is Sunday(11/24) and I'm still waiting. I pay all this money for a year to get the worst service every and on top of that you canceled my tow without calling me. I don't even want to give you one star, but I got to.

      Needs our car towed to mechanic for repair. In a 24 hour period I spoke with customer ********************** three times and filled out request online. No resolution! Weve been with AAA for 16 years. We wont be renewing!

      I got a flat tire on Thursday around 2 p.m. while driving on **************. I pulled onto a side street, and called AAA Carolinas. I submitted my request for assistance on their automated system and was told that a service *** would call me. After 40 minutes with no call, I called back and a live person said my request had been submitted and I should continue waiting. After two more hours, no one called. Giving up on ***, I called several towing services until I found one that could tow my car to their shop. While the towing guy was on his way to me, I finally received a call back from ***. By then it was 5 pm -- THREE HOURS after my initial call. I told the *** *** to forget it. A friend drove me home from the towing place and a mechanic changed my flat the following morning. I had to pay $100 for towing and $50 for the tire change. My AAA plan was totally worthless!!

      11/10/2024. If I could give less than one star I would. Needed my car towed - used roadside assistance app. No response after 4 hours - app said still looking for a technician . Still no response so had to call a friend . Terrible customer ********************** and as I recall Im a paying customer !

      I waited 22 hrs to get my truck unlocked. At 532pm yesterday they told me it would be 1hr40min its now 218pm the nxt day and it was just done. They dispatched the call to a place that didn't have a vehicle to get to where I was. I didn't know that til like 10am today. I called them had them redo it and guess who they sent it to the same dam place. So I called another place and asked if they had a guy available to do an unlock and yes they did and were also aaa affiliated. I called aaa back now for like the 6th time and gave them the actual shop #of the place that was available. They said ok that it was dispatched to them. Got a message that someone would be here by 12:40pm. Waited til 12:45 and called aynor tire back they said they haven't received anything from aaa. So back on the phone with aaa went through the whole thing again and said I'm not hanging up til it's actually dispatched to the right place. Finally at 2:15pm I'm in my truck. Seriously wtf is wrong with their system or dispatchers.

      They run ads for their service but the service is awful! Couldn't even get a membership card

      Im very disappointed in AAA first is horrible customer **********************, on Saturday Oct. 26, 2024 I call for roadside assistance 5:26 PM in Tar Heel NC and I received a message the service has been scheduled to a technician, second message was 8:02 PM it was a repeat the first message, then finally I called my friends to come and help me and that was a flat tire not a big issue, but I was left stranded for over 14 hours despite having made four separate calls to confirm that help is on the way but never happened then the worth is I received a called from AAA next day 8:15 AM asking me if I still need assistance.This is a joke, disrespectful and unreliable service Im very frustrated from what happened and this is not the first time, Im very disappointed

      AAA messed up our location. We told them multiple times where we were. Then our request was cancelled when they gave it to someone an hour and 30 min away. Its been 3 hours and now they have someone coming in 45 minutes. It will be close to dark on a very busy highway. I give no stars for this level of incompetency.

      *** really need to go out of business! They are worthless. I called yesterday at 5:17 pm. because of a flat tire. They kept telling me they were on the way. Nothing! Someone finally called me back at 2:13 a.m. asking if i still need help. I said, yes. The lady then said someone will be out there at 8:30 am. It is now 9:30 am and no one is here yet. I will never renew my membership again. I wish I had read their reviews before renewing this year.
