      Three hours waiting, no call from a tow company. Same script being read to me from call center employees. This service is so substandard. Not worth the cost of membership. Would like to be a part of a class action soit against AAA.

      worst nightmare ever. I have been a member since 1999 and i broke down off a highway with heavy traffic one late night and waited for a tow truck for over 9 hours. nobody came. I spoke with several folks even management and they left me on the side of the road they never came. I hade to call a tow truck the next morning and pay $200.00 to get my vehicle to a shop. Now they are giving me h*** for reimbursement! they are a bunch of LIERS when they advertise roadside assistance 24/7! their *** and management should be fired and prosecuted for false advertisement. imagine if your mom or daughter were in my situation???The ***************** in ** should jump on this and fine AAA NC for fraud! I cannot get anybody to help me I will have to go to a AAA store to find out what kind of receipt AAA wants. if the *** can read this, you run a disgusting company.

      My car was drooped by the aaa tow company on 7/31/2024. I was told this was going on the urgent escalations. She stated I will receive a phone call between 24 and 48 business hours.. As of today I have not received a phone call 8/11/2024. I called them every day because thats the only car I have. I will never deal with aaa again. . I spoke to ***** again she didnt help. How can I get them to fix my car, or at least tell what damage was done to my car. I wouldnt recommend them for anything. I have been treated horrible by the entire company lets remember you DROP MY CAR..

      My daughter was stuck in South Carolina, on the side of the highway for 6 hrs!! She has a AAA number under my account contacted AAA at about 2:30 Friday morning (8/9/24). She and her friend had slid into a ditch trying to get off an exit ramp due to very heavy rains. No one ever contacted her about helping her out of the ditch and changing the tire on her car. I contacted AAA at a little after 7am when i found out that they were still stuck in the ditch. CT AAA transferred me to South Carolina AAA. When i inquired why 2 ************************************************************** South Carolina, i was met with the response we cannot give you any information, she needs to call us. Imagine being a parent to a 20 year old girl, traveling from ******* to ***********, and having your kid stuck on a highway for over 6 hours!!! I asked to speak to a manager and after being on hold for a few minutes, the rep comes back on and says that she has passed the information to a supervisor and that supervisor will look into it. 45 minutes later, i call my daughter, and still no word from AAA. I call the 800# and conference her in. She gives her name and there is a note about my call, but no tow truck has ever been dispatched. 6 hours and no tow truck dispatched. Finally, about 1/2 hr later, I get a call that a tow truck is 20 minutes away. She never received a call. As Im hanging up that call, I get another call that there is a tow truck at her car and she is not there. (After 6 hours, they needed to use the restroom). No one ever called her phone.What should have been a couple of hours turned into 12 hours of chaos. 6 of that waiting for AAA to respond to a call they never ended up dispatching. How in the world does AAA find it acceptable to leave 2 *************************************** a strange state, during a torrential downpour and then tell the mother of one of these girls, sorry, we cant tell you anything, and we arent going to do anything about it!

      I have been a Premier Card Holder for years. I did a lot of traveling in the past and felt that having the security of Roadside assistance put my mind at ease. After years of paying the extra premium to be a Premier Card Holder I finally had to call for HELP. My vehicle's engine died in traffic. I got it started and pulled into a mall parking lot. I immediately called AAA-Carolinas. I was sent a text to fill out my request. After filling the form out, I waited thirty minutes, no response. I called the number again. I spoke with an agent that told me I was in the " que". Another thirty minutes, I get a recorded message that says, "you are in the que". Another thirty minutes, "same recording". By now, I am fuming. There is NO ACCEPTABLE response that would leave me stuck in a mall parking lot with posted signs that state, NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. I had to leave my vehicle overnight, call someone to pick me up, and worry about my vehicle being impounded. I called a mechanic the next morning. They had a car hauler to my vehicle within 40 minutes and transported to my mechanic. Come on.......you have to do better than this. ZERO Stars from my experience. DO BETTER !!!!!

      This is a worthless service! Save your money, stranded 2 older ladies in the heat over 3 hours and NEVER showed up. Offered to pay for us to order our own tow, so we did. Now said "check was sent" never received so "was sent out again", never rec'd and now say "never got the info for refund of ******". This is a scam. They want your money for over ************************************************************* the heat a year ago for over 6 hours. Terrible AAA carolinas service. Save your money and hire a better roadside service.

      Poor customer **********************. I calledc4 tunes to get my car towed and because I was over my service for my car, they said the fee was waived if I took it to AAA by an agent named ******. ****** informed me that I could also get the fee waived if I had my car towed 3 miles away to a AAA location to which she transferred me to a location that would not honor what was said. I have had to wait over night for someone to give me a jump for my battery and now I am told that my plus membership only allows me 4 services a year. NONE of this was explained to me before. As far as customer ********************** is concerned, they are horrible.

      AAA is not at all the company it once was! My wife's car broke down. Called AAA at 10:55 AM asked for tow service. At 2:30 they had not shown up. Gave up waiting. Called a tow service. They were there to get the car in 15 minutes! AAA was once a reliable company. Now I wonder why I pay for their nonexistent service. They were once reliable. Prompt and polite on the phone, and kept you informed about when to expect help to arrive. Must be under new management. It's a terrible shame. Inexcusable lack of service, automated instead of real people. Just plain lousy.

      *** should close there doors for good. Why? Because they don't do what they suppose to do, have my back. I was stranded for 6 hours and had a friend come and rescue me in the middle of no where on a 95 degree day. *** is not the *** that has had my back for 39 years!!!
