      My daughter called AAA at 5pm after locking her key in her car and AAA called and told us that we are to wait. She got a text 5 hours later from ***** at ********* Automotive saying he was on the way and now it's after 12am and needless to say no *****. They promise a service based on helping you but there is no time limit on when they come according to ******** and it was recorded whenever they are ready to take care of you so just don't complain because ******** said you guys(BBB) were already aware of this and it's nothing they(BBB) or me the customer who has been a loyal customer for over 10 years and has only used the service less than 5 times can do but wait even if it's a new day now and my daughter has to go to work in the morning at 6am so just stay up all night and shut up and wait. He (********) also informed me that complaints don't work with the BBB because again you guys already know so keep paying your membership and receive services whenever they are ready to do some work. I have these services for my family of four as some security for them but what good are they if you are waiting for services that never show up? Guess what 1am what happen to "expect something more" that slogan needs to change to "expect nothing pay more and shut up we get there when we get there just be glad, we are coming sometime but we can't tell you when nor do we promise."

      On Sunday, 07/21/2024, I contacted a AAA requesting a tow. After one hour of no response, i decided to limp the car home, some 25 minutes away. I got home safely, parked the car and by Monday morning, I had still NOT heard from ***. Today is 07/26/2024, still no response. Canceling today with promptness. What is the point of paying for a service that you can not receive? I haven't had trouble since 2014 when I last used this service.

      The absolute WORST!!!! I would give them negative one million if I could. Need I say More??? They certainly do NOT deserve one star!!!

      AAA left me stranded with their roadside assistance. The *** provided was, apparently, produced from thin air. After two hours, I was assigned a technician two towns south. For 90 minutes, they didnt move from being 40 minutes away. After four calls, someone thinks to actually call the driver who reports a 30 minute ***. I am following their progress on the *** map. They get as close as twenty minutes before going off course and two towns east of where Im at. I call support again. They flounder to give an explanation before finally producing he needed air in his tires. I cancelled this five hour long request and called customer support. Without flinching at the tale I told them, they cancelled my account and issued a refund. No concern that they were losing business. Steer clear of this organization.

      ZERO STARS! AAA is the worst!! But I'm mad at myself for renewing my membership and now I'm seeking a refund! Contact them at 9pm on July 12 in need of a battery check/jump. Thankfully had a friend to take me home after numerous messages from then telling me I was in a queue. I was contacted at 6 am THE NEXT MORNING to see if I was still in need of assistance!!!!!!! Friend took me back the next morning and I called again at 1030 am. Was sent a text and got a message that truck would arrive at 11:10. At 11:45 I called back and was told no one could arrive until 3:30!!!!!! Would i have ever heard from them if I hadn't called myself?!?!?! I ended up paying $125 for a tow truck to a repair shop. This is unacceptable and just BAD business!!!!! What if I had been on the side of the interstate or out of town with no friends to help!?!?!??! And this is a business that promotes safety and "coming to the rescue" when you break down?!?!? WHAT A JOKE AAA IS!!!!!!!!! I will be campaigning for my membership fee back and will NEVER join again and will ALWAYS speak poorly of them to others!!!!!!!!

      Had a blow out on the way home last night at midnight. Pulled off to a side road. Was told they would get to me at 1:20 am. First got a text they were running late. Then at 1:45 I called and they said "sorry, the provider had no one to send" I said shouldn't you have called me? She said sorry, we can send someone tomorrow!!! I said I am sitting on the side of the road!! Told me she would escalate it to a supervisor. No one ever called. I'm 65 with neck issues and wound up changing the tire to the spare myself and got home at 3am. What did I pay them for??? This isn't bad service, it's non-existent! I should be giving no stars!

      Absolutely terrible! Wouldnt be surprised if this business went under soon, poorly ran. I have been waiting for two and a half hours for some fuel!

      AAA have failed once again. I am a plus member. I wanted to ge my vehicle towed going 10 miles and I was charged by the tow company $100. According to the "plus" account anything UP TO 100 miles is "FREE." Which is what they advertise. Why am I paying the tow truck driver an extra $100 on top of the annually fee of $95 to AAA. Nevermind used the services I have been a member for 10 years. The one time I use them I have to pay outside of my annually fee. DISAPPOINTED even more because when you call them to inquire. They making up excuses. "O your over your miles" **** if I am going 10 miles and never used you?"O your address might not match"1. It does match what you have 2. The driver never asked for ID.I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT BE RENEWING THIS SERVICE. I WILL JUST GET THE SERVOCE THRU MY INSURANCE.

      Called to renew my membership and was confronted by the worst customer ********************** rep I have dealt with in a while ! ********************* was short and hung up on me when I confronted her about her attitude . Been a member since 1998 seriously considering cancelling with this kind of customer ********************** . I have always had a good experience with AAA but seems like with everything else , BAD customer ********************** has finally become a part of AAA . Sad times and very disappointing !!!!

      My husband and I live in ******** near ********. We called AAA around 8:30 on Saturday 6/22/24 to request a tow to a tire station after my husband got a s**** in his front driver's side tire. We were told by the local AAA dispatcher that a tow truck would be at our house within two hours. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours, we called AAA for an update and were told that the tow truck wouldn't be at our house until 1:30pm. Still no tow in sight around that time. We called AAA at 1:45pm for another update and were told that the tow truck company they partner with is short-staffed and that there were about 15 calls to ONE tow driver, which he was addressing. We were given no time estimate and basically encouraged to just keep waiting. The tire shop closed at 5pm that day and wouldn't reopen until Monday, which would have caused my husband to miss work that day. We also had plans ruined on Saturday due to waiting most of the day for AAA. We finally gave up on AAA and decided to call a local tow truck and pay a fee. That tow company said it happens all the time with AAA. This is unacceptable service. Perhaps AAA needs to partner with more than one tow company to assist their members on busy traffic weekends. Additionally, the excuses that dispatchers made (i.e. short-staffed, 15 other calls) didn't help. We had called at 8:30am that morning and apparently, many other calls were prioritized ahead of ours and their time estimates were so wrong. Not only that, AAA should have been reaching out to us with regular updates as well as offers to make things right for us so we weren't left wondering and waiting for 8 hours! t's a good thing that my husband wasn't stranded somewhere on the side of the road in the middle of the night. No one from AAA even called to follow up with us once we cancelled the tow request hours later. This is not how AAA should be treat members. If you pride yourself on providing dependable roadside assistance for years, you MUST improve in this area!
