      The service Ive received today is so bad Id classify it as an astronomical fail. The dispatch workers have failed to tell the truth 3 times in a row in regard to when my tow will arrive. I have been on the side of the road for 3 1/2 hours. Im not exaggerating. I feel unsafe. They keep saying 15 more minutes or driver will call soon. Doesnt happen. Theyve changed my driver twice with no notification. And their maps feature to show location does not work.Im really disappointed as this account is AAA plus. Dont put your money into a AAA account unless you want grief.

      One star only because I can't rate any lower. Put in a tow call at 1:18 pm. By 5:00 pm still no response from tow driver or AAA. Called back to complain and got gung up on. *****. Have been a member for 12 years. Service has progressively gotten worse. I'll find another service for my future needs.

      I have had AAA since 2012. I needed a no key tow. AAA used ARASKI towing and recovery ran by *****************************. My car is now sitting with $3000 or more worth of damages and unable to run. Thankfully, I have comprehension and collision on my paid for vehicle or I would be without a vehicle. She called, *******, us at 6:30 in the morning, screaming at us telling us that we filed a complaint with AAA so shes going to deny any help even though she knew That her tow company did all of the damages. They initially used a no key tow vehicle .. it broke down and they put my vehicle on a rollback and tore the steering completely up brake pedal completely up and on and on and on this goes. Im in the process of getting a Rental vehicle and have been stranded at my home since Monday. Please do not use AAA. There are better services out there and I no longer will use them again. I tried to file a complaint with AAA and they were unhelpful. They could have cared less. I worry more about people who think that this is a safe measure and a good product to pay for to be a responsible citizen. Also to help when they need it. I paid for the premium membership since 2012 for 3 people every year and the one time I needed them they destroyed my vehicle. ARISKI towing and recovery LLC needs to be removed from AAA towing services. If you see that vehicle towing company please deny and ask for someone else.

      I selected this company for insurance because my credit union recommended it. This company's rates are extremely high. I have never filed any claims on my auto or homeowners. Yet every year my insurance increased. As the homeowners increased so did my house pmt. I finally contacted the credit union which advised that my homeowners has increased tremendously. Upon contacting my credit union, I found out that I was paying $1,068.29 every 6 months for car insurance. I am 66 yrs old. I have no tickets and have not filed any claims. Yet every year there is an increase. Needless to say I have advised them not to renew my policies. And I have also filed a complaint with NC **** of Insurance asking them to investigate this. There is no way this is legal to charge someone this much. And I drive a ******!!!!

      Might as well not exist, no one ever comes out when I put a customer ********************** request in. Left me stranded on the side of the road for 7+ hours while I was pregnant, finally said they were coming then canceled a minute before they were scheduled to arrive. Got a tow from an independent company. My request a year later, I get a snarky reply from their customer ********************** when I ask how long I should expect to wait for an update "what it's only been an hour"

      Horrible service called last Monday to have my ethical towed waited for 6 hrs with no ride then call back at 4 to he told of it was canceled it was a gmc ************ mind you there are no logos and I have the premium plan with Rv coverage they said ok we will re dispatch waited another 1.4 hrs then called back to say I had to go home and I could wait **** longer requested first am pick up when no one showed by 9am I found my own two I have been a customer for 3 years or more and will not be renewing my membership and highly advise against joining

      On Sunday my car battery was dead in our garage in *********. Called AAA and requested service / AAA sent copy of a work order / sent a couple of text messages that they were a little behind. Called a couple of times got same message.About 3 PM concerned car would need some repair called service station had the car jumped and taken for service. Had heard nothing from AAA.7:40 PM got a text - AAA repair truck was 45 minutes away (didn't see the txt (no phone call) ... like after 8 a knock on my door.AAA member since 1990

      My daughter broke down on the side of the road and started calling AAA at 9:30AM. By noon we all started calling, it is 5:50pm and they still dont have a tow truck assigned to her vehicle. We had to leave it and I drove 2 hr round trip to pick her up, she missed her best friends graduation and party. And we have no idea how we are going to get the car or when. Talked to plenty of people on the phone, they basically all say they just work there, no help, its not a big deal to them. We just paid almost $500 for our membership, we have been members since 2014 and have used it less than a handful. We are so disappointed and still dont have our car.

      This isn't a direct complaint towards AAA. My complaint is about a service facility that AAA recommended. My 2014 GMC Acadia broke down recently. I called AAA for a towing service. The person I spoke with was very helpful and professional. he asked me where I wanted it towed to. Being new to the area, I asked if there was a AAA approved service facility near by ? He said Beachside auto and tire in ********, **, was accredited by AAA, and offered a $75 credit through AAA, towards any repairs. After the car was inspected, it was determined that the A/C compressor had seized, causing the serpentine belt to snap. Further diagnostics found a leaking water pump and a bad battery. Again, having just moved here, the car being inoperable,and having the car already at an approved AAA facility, I didn't have any options but to have the car repaired. The cost was very excessive. When I questioned the bill. I was told they would do their best to adjust it. A $6000 estimate was adjusted to $5988.10 ... ???. The initial service also included a dye test, to monitor addition problems, that I would have to bring the car back for re-inspection. The follow up detected the need for additional service to replace a rear main engine seal and replacing a power steering pressure hose to the tune of an additional $4515.04. Talk about ridiculous !!!!. Beach side auto and tire needs to be taken off AAA accredited service facilities. As a AAA customer, it's their responsibility to do right on recommending service. Again ... this isn't a complaint directly at AAA, but a complaint on their approved repair facilities.

      My husband accidentally locked his keys in his work truck. He called AAA at 7:35 am. Three hours later AAA called and said they had no one to send. He was missing work all this time. He found a solution on his own. We have been members since 2007 (17 years). One more time this happens, they will not receive another dime from us. And we had just renewed our membership for another year!!!
