  I called for a tow truck to jump my vehicle at 4:29 p.m. eastern time. It is now 11:15 p.m. eastern time and I have not heard from anyone other than recorded messages telling me they have yet to find someone to help me. When I called and spoke with three to four customer ********************** Representatives they we're all very short with their answers they did not sound like they wanted to help me. They kept telling me once they found someone they would let me know. Their service has gone straight to you know where. I called last Thursday also for service and after 2 hours they still had not found anyone that could assist me. I ended up calling a friend and he showed up in 20 minutes and jumped my vehicle. I do not suggest anyone use AAA. Their service has gone to you know where.

  Been a member for years. We've barely used AAA over the years except a handful of times. Blew a tire 2 hours from home at 9pm and didn't have the key socket to get the old tire off and put my spare on, couldn't go anywhere to buy a socket either. Called AAA to get a *********** change and they told me they can't help me because we don't have the service to include trailers/RVs, even though it's just a simple time change, not to mention I already have a **** and all the tools minus the socket. I would never recommend AAA to anybody if this is how they treat their customers. They'll really just leave you stranded on the side of the road. Unbelievable.

  AAA has got to be the worst!!!! if you dont care about identify theft then this is the place for you. my experience has been the worst dealing with them. just be warned you will not get the same answer twice you will not get to talk to a supervisor and you wont get your questioned answered.

  Been a member for 1 year, had an accident that was not my fault, and not only did my insurance skyrocket to $500 (from $233 per month) but they had the nerve to charge me 3 times my normal amount for this month, after my initial payments being declined those 3 times. Definitely going to look for another insurance company

  Today my brakes went out & I needed a tow. I called AAA at 1:38 & still by 3p.m. Nothing! I called back multiple times & finally they told me to find my own tow and then submit a receipt for reimbursement. That's not w what I signed up for! Another tow company wanted $200 cash and I'm a widowed mom living on a Fixed income and had My Severly Autistic Son with me 30 miles from home! So Upsetting!!!*********************************** South Carolina

  They are the absolute worse. I filed a roadside assistance claim at 11:53 a.m. I never got a text but the app said they would arrive at 12:12 p.m. No one showed by 1:42 so I called back to be told the driver, **** would call me. An hour later, I called back because I had not got the call to be told that the driver was not coming and they had to find someone else and I should get a call whenever someone else picked up the work order. I advised them that I have a special needs child with me and I needed to get him home. I was told I couldnt leave the vehicle even though I had to work in the next hour and had a special needs child in the car. I will never use them again. This is the first and last time.

  Locked my keys in my car. Got the fastest response for roadside assistance ever!! ***** from ******************* out of ***********, showed up within an hour. Got the car unlocked quickly and his customer ********************** was excellent. Best service ever from AAA!

  Car broke down in ********* **.Called AAA at 730pm. None came til almost 11 pm.Today AAA said everyone declined to come out at nite. Bad way to run a business.The man that came was all the way from *******..

  Mother-in-law Drove her car into the ditch at the end of our driveway today. AAA would not cover it because one of the tires were 3in off the ground. the tow truck driver charged us $120 for literally 3 and a half min of work to pull it out. she has been a plus member since **** and only used it once before to get a jump. Myself, my parents, and all 8 for her children are changing companies. I hear that ***************** is way better anyway.

  We are sorry to hear about your experience. This should have been covered, so we will look into that internally. You can print off a reimbursement form from aaa.com and submit that with your receipt to us.

  I have had upgraded coverage for myself and 2 family members for 20 years with no problems. On 11/27/24 my grandson called road asst. with a flat tire and no one arrived for 2 hours. On 1/30/24 he called at 7:30 a.m. for a tow to the tire store that opened at 8 a.m. at which time he had an appt. with them. 2 hours later he called again and they had the wrong car. At 12:30 or 5 hours later they finally arrived for the tow. They definitely owe him and me an apology before I cancel my service.

  We are very sorry to hear about his long wait time, we are working on securing more providers in the area so we can bring down our arrival times. We strive to be there within an hour, but we are struggling to hit that time. Our goal is to provide excellent service to you, and we didn't hit that mark.
