Ten days after receiving an item to ship to me, there is no information available from RXO about the location or status. Multiple attempts to phone RXO result in them hanging up on me before I actually get to speak with a representative. It appears to me that the hang-ups are intentional and that they don't want to address the issue. All it would take is for them to tell me where my shipment is, and how long it will take for them to deliver it to me.Business Response

On March 17th, we purchased a washer and dryer from Lowes, with installation scheduled to be completed by RXO. On March 20th, RXOs team arrived to install the appliances. Unfortunately, the washer was installed negligentlythe team completely failed to connect the washers drain hose.After running our very first load of laundry, we discovered that water had flooded our floor and soaked into the carpet in our basement. This caused immediate and significant water damage. Upon inspection, we found that the drain hose had not been connected at all, meaning the water from the washer had poured directly into our basement. This basement area serves as both our young sons playroom and my husbands home office.We immediately contacted Lowes on the same dayMarch 20thwhen the flooding occurred. Lowes directed us to file a claim with RXO, which we did that same day. However, our claim was denied, with RXO stating that we had signed a manifest confirming no damage occurred during the delivery. This is entirely irrelevant, as the damage clearly happened after the negligent installation, not during delivery (which happened on a different day).We submitted photos and videos documenting the flooding and the failed installation. These materials are available upon request.We also attempted to dispute the claim denial and were told ***** **** would contact us immediately. However. We have not heard from this individual.We now live in constant fear as each day passes and this issue remains unresolved. Mold is a serious health hazard, especially in a space where our child plays and where my husband works full-time. RXO is showing blatant disregard for our familys health and well-being. Their team failed to properly install the washer, did not test it, and clearly rushed the job. Ordered a stove from *********** and delivery was approx 2 days after that from rxo. The guys who came were very nice but installed my stove incorrect. During the install, I held up the propane orifices and said hey you guys need these, I told them it was wrong and they insisted it was correct. After reading the owners manual I knew it was wrong so I called them back and they told me it would take 24-48hrs to get someone back to me to fix my stove which was incredibly dangerous with flames coming as high as 6 inches off the stove top. They gave me a time of 1pm, the guy showed up at 1030. So I was freaking out trying to get home. The tech that day told me they weren't authorized to install the propane conversion tips. Soooo I was stuck with a dangerous stove for days while I had to order hot food for my family for almost a week. When I called them, they said they would open up a case and get back to be. What a joke this is, not to mention dangerous. Don't use RXO for anything. They could burn your house down or injure your family.Business Response

I'm going to start from the beginning I bought a dryer online through a major company it was being shipped through RXO they called me the day before told me my delivery would be the next day they called me the day of and told me my delivery was loaded on the truck and headed my way I got text messages saying my delivery is on the way and then they called me again later on the afternoon and said they were running late but it would still be coming that day and then all the sudden no one contacted me again and all of my tracking information updated to almost a week later I was fully prepared to receive my dryer that day so I took my dryer that was old and barely working to the dump and got rid of it so I had no backup whenever this delivery was canceled I called multiple times I emailed multiple times and I kept getting the same answer they actually argued with me and said no one contacted me and at my delivery was not scheduled for that day when I have proof of all of this I did not get an apology or anything so for 5 days I was not able to do laundry and I'm sure everyone knows in a family of five laundry piles up quick I am not impressed with the customer service I am not impressed with the delivery methods all around if I could give the company zero stars I would it's a bare minimum they could have offered to compensate or get the delivery there sooner but they did not care at allBusiness Response

I ordered a TV from ** last mile delivery through Rxo which was supposed to include white glove setup with TV stand in the room of choice. The carrier just asks me when we get it in the garage "did you want it here?" and then I direct to my living room, they take photos and leave. I'm then very upset when they made no attempt to set it up or make sure it wasn't broken at all like I was supposed to receive with my order. I call rxo customer service and they don't give me any hard answers on anything so I had to pay to get help setting it up out of my pocket; I'm hoping that rxo can compensate because I should have received setup the same day as delivery, which was what the contract was for, and should not have had to wait for resolution on this matter. The order was already delayed over a week (although to be fair this was not the fault of rxo)Business Response

The delivery team damaged the walls in my house. They carried the it up the stairs in its box scraping up the walls and had a utility knife hanging on there pocket scratching up the railing, and nicking the wall. Claim #****** - 6 weeks and no resolve. Photos, video and quote have been submitted to RXO and are available upon request.On 2/11/2025 I was scheduled for a delivery (Order #*****E1JB9RYF*****2000) by RXO from **********, ****** (MD tag# 5FH2600, Driver *****, ************). Driver backed into our driveway and upon leaving our driveway ran over our flower bed causing truck to tilt significantly and damage to soil and one of our large rocks. He did not stop. I reported damage immediately to RXO (spoke to ****, 4:50 pm). **** said local office would call me with a claim #. 2/13/2025 I called RXO to get the claim #****** from ***** who forwarded me to ***** *************** Per email received from *****, as requested I emailed photos and video of the truck and damaged it caused as well as quote for replacement. 2/18/2025 ***** Acknowledged receipt of photos, video, and quote. Said they would be forwarded to Claim Handler to send to delivery team. 3/1/2025 tried to call for status; no answer. 3/4/2025 emailed ***** for status; no response.3/10/2025 Called for status, transferred to ****** ************** who escalated the claim. I informed him that I could report to police as property damage/hit-and-run since I have dated photos and video of the incident. 3/20/2025 Called, spoke to ****** who, upon my insistence, transferred me to Lika *************** She saw the claim was escalated. Again I asked for someone with authority to resolve. She transferred me to ****** (said he was at the ************** and gave me his direct #************). He said I should receive an email the next day; none arrived. 3/25/25, Called ****** on the number he gave me previously. Went straight to voicemail and left message; no response. 3/26/25, Call ****** again, rang several times, went to voicemail and left another message; no response.Business Response

I want to speak to someone in charge!! Not a so called supervisor or *** who doesnt do anything to help. I have major concerns and issues with this company. I ordered a washer and and dryer from ******* and paid to also have them hooked u. This was February 14th of last month. Here it is March 17th and still do not have my washer or dryer I work driving at not so I sleep during the day. On February 26th they texted saying they were delivering that day. The say the driver will wait 15 min. then leave. Both cars where in the carport. So they seen we where home. And they could of knocked on the door and my dog would have barked and woke me up. That is what a *************** person does. So they rescheduled me on March 15th. These people where very rude when I called On March 15th it did not start raining till around 2 pm. They called and said my delivery would be 30 min. late.I was up all that day waiting. They did not call or tell me anything. I called them when they did not show up. And I still do not know when they will deliver my order. I called the delivery people would not give me a date to deliver. Called ******* got no date. Mind you I have been with out a washer and dryer for over a month now. They have cost me money because I could not go to work because I drive and had no sleep. RXO is an absolutely abysmal last mile service provider. I bought an ** washer and dryer and RXO was the entity that was supposed to deliver and install the unit. Well, when they showed up, the workers said they didnt have the necessary equipment to do the job and that I had to reschedule for a second appointment. I rescheduled for a second appointment promptly. Today Im sitting here two hours into my appointment window only to see that my appointment has been cancelled without any reason or justification. If I did not refresh the page, I wouldnt have know that the appointment was cancelled at all. Its truly baffling to me how anyone can run business in this manner and still stay in business. And all call agents are unhelpful as well. So here I am, waiting for RXO to finish installing a washer and dryer that I bought in JanuaryBusiness Response
