RXO delivery and installation were the worst experience Ive ever had! My Bespoke 6.0 Cu Ft. Range was delivered damaged, and my dishwasher was not secured on 02/04/25 - RXOC70O0OEDKUVA25. I cant open the oven door, and the bottom of the Range is crumpled. After 3 visits for RXO and many emails and photos, I am still waiting for the replacement for the range, which was requested by RXO on 03/18, after waiting one month for them to evaluate the case. This company was supposed to deliver over many thousands worth of mattresses that are needed for people to have something to sleep on. My husband and I waited all day for the delivery. We were then notified that the delivery was finally on its way. It was still 10 minutes out and they randomly cancelled on us without even attempting to contact us for find a resolution. We have successfully had several deliveries made this week with huge trucks. This company did not have any due diligence or customer services, and they have left people stranded for a sleeping option. Do not use this company for your deliveries.Business Response

Terrible experience with RXO. I scheduled a shipment through ************ using Daylight as the carrier. The pickup was from a small unsecured airport and the driver was able to pull right up to the front of the building without delay and quickly load our shipment. Weeks later I am contacted by a customer service agent, from ********************** about an additional charge for "Limited Access". I explained that we have never had a charge before, there is no security, no fences, no gates, etc. This pickup was no different than driving into a business park to pickup. I was told by the customer service agent that airports are always "limited access". Obviously this isn't true as we have been operating at this airport for 20 years without ever having additional charges. I think it is unacceptable to add an additional charge for "limited access" when anyone can lookup the definition online and see that it does not apply. This was a bait and switch. RXO customer service explaining that it's normal to arbitrarily add this fee regardless of security, gates, airport size etc. was frustrating. I will not use CoyoteGo, RXO, or Daylight in the future.Business Response

RXO delivered appliances and installed the appliances from Lowes. Well they were in such a hurry, they damaged my fridge, then hooked up my washer and dryer. Well they ran a cycle told me and left, I put my first Load in, then I heard water running in the back. So I looked and seen water shooting and running out from loose water hose connected to the washer, and 1/2 inch of water on my floor. I contacted who hired rxo and eventually they gave me a mediator to file a property damage claim to their company for their insurance. The company calls me the phone says you are being recorded they start being intimidating and trying to trick me into saying somthing, I am a 100% disabled veteran and will not deal with this disrespect. All I want is my flooded floor fixed, hire better workers. There have been over 800 complaints through the bbb in 3 years! I also have a video of the leak.Business Response

I ordered a washer and dryer from ** on 4/3/2025. The delivery date was scheduled when ordering for 4/11/2025. I heard nothing about delivery on 4/11/2025 and contacted ** who then said they were waiting on RXO to pick up the order in order to schedule a delivery. RXO said they are still waiting to receive the items. I contacted ** again today (4/14/2025) as we still do not have a washer and dryer and they said they are still waiting on RXO to pick up the items from the warehouse. I also contacted RXO and they said they are waiting to receive the items. I would just like to know when these items will be delivered as I am without a washer and dryer.Business Response

I purchased a fridge from Electrolux Family Store and it was delivered by RXO out of *******, ** on 12/5/24. I purchased professional delivery and installation and paid extra fee to move the existing fridge to the garage.During delivery, my hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining room, and hallway were scratched and severely damaged. They were very careless, unprofessional, confrontational, and one of the two spoke no English. They unpacked my fridge upside down in my kitchen, and then proceeded to flip it right side up! They did not install the water line as they were supposed to. My husband and I had to fix that ourselves the next day. They shoved the fridge, both old and new, all over the floor and scratched it horribly. It's beyond repair. I contacted ********** first thing the next morning. I filed a damage report attached and I sent them pictures and video attached. I was told after 3 months that my claim was denied. Then I got a letter from RXO in ******** saying they had tried to contact me. I emailed ****** ***** with my original claim form and zip file of photos and have attempted to get updated info. Every number I call for the office in ******** has been disconnected and is no longer in service. I phoned Electrolux escalations again today asking for my case to be reopened. I am extremely upset at the amount of time, hours spent on the phone, lack of responses, and inability to talk to a person. My next step will be reaching out to **** ****** and **** ********* and my attorney. I need resolution so I can repair my floors. I purchased a dryer through **, and selected to have the dryer delivered and installed. ** contracted with RXO for the delivery and installation, and I received an email that delivery was scheduled for Monday, April 7. On that day, the RXO crew delivered the driver but were unable to install it because they needed a longer dryer cord. I told them I would buy the longer dryer cord and have it the next day. I called RXO and was told they would contact me with a new installation date and window. When I had not heard anything by April 9, I called and the automated system indicated I was on the schedule for April 11, and would learn the window the day before. I received an email on April 10 saying the window was 1:30 to 5:30 pm. At 4:30 pm when I had heard nothing, I contacted RXO and was placed on hold multiple times before being transferred to another person, who was unaware that no one had told me that the RXO crew decided not to do my installation that day because a street was closed ONE BLOCK from my home. If they had called I would have directed them to a nearby parking lot and they could have walked the block to my house to complete the installation. Now, I am have had a dryer I cant use sitting in my hallway for a week and have NO idea when this rectified. The customer service **** are useless, and I have a $700 paper weight in my hallway and two weeks of laundry to haul to the laundromat.Business Response

I bought a tv from *******. RXO is the delivery company. They gave me a delivery window a week prior of 2-6p. I called them and told them I work and can they deliver after 5p. They stated they could. A few days later I got another email stating the 2-6p time window again. Called them back to confirm after 5p would be ok. They once again said it's in the notes and it will be delivered after 5p per my request. Day before another email with delivery time 2-6p. Called again and they agreed again after 5p is the scheduled time. Day of delivery I get a call at 12:30p stating they are able to deliver the TV now. I explained to the driver I am not home and they said they will have to reschedule then because they cannot wait around. Trying to resolve this with the company is impossible. They only deliver in my area on wednesdays and they don't seem to communicate with each other well. Their call center is in ***** so the English is poor and most have no clue what is going on. Their schedule is based on their convenience with no regard for mine. Every time I call they tell me a supervisor will call me back and never happens. I feel like o am working for them. Ten days after receiving an item to ship to me, there is no information available from RXO about the location or status. Multiple attempts to phone RXO result in them hanging up on me before I actually get to speak with a representative. It appears to me that the hang-ups are intentional and that they don't want to address the issue. All it would take is for them to tell me where my shipment is, and how long it will take for them to deliver it to me.Business Response
