      Delivery was great, I could follow my delivery, they called to let me know when to expect them, showed up on time, hauled away my old mattress and installed the new one in less than 15 minutes. Amazing service!

      My chairs arrived in perfect condition within the delivery window. Delivery men were pleasant and efficient. I was kept informed every step of the way via text and email. Good delivery experience!

      I had a delivery scheduled for 5/30 through RXO. RXO's last communication prior to the date was via text on 5/16 but with no delivery window time. That morning at 7:11am, I received a text message stating that my delivery would arrive between 7am - 11am (who delivers before 8am?!). At 7:19am, I received a phone call from a delivery driver stating that he was 30 minutes away. Only problem is that I had just landed at the airport which is 20 minutes from my home. I explained that and requested more time, because I was only notified at 7:11am of the delivery window. After speaking with 3 RXO reps, no one could arrange my delivery to a later time in the day despite only being notified that morning of the delivery window. Apparently, the distribution manager stated that I was called the day before with the delivery window time, which was not true, which I have proof of. Please note that delivery called me at 7:19am when I was taxing on the runway shortly after landing. By 8:02am, I called them to say that I would be there by 8:15am (I had just driven my car out of an off property airport parking which I ran to because I knew taking the shuttle would take too long). At 8:18am, I had already reached my home and drove around to find the driver and then called to ask how far they were, but they didn't answer. I took great lengths to get off a plane and get home within ONE HOUR out of a very busy international airport. So, I am highly frustrated that RXO did not properly notify me nor did they try to work with me despite lack of proper notification.Lastly, I was told that I would have to wait until the following day to receive a call or message from RXO about rescheduling my delivery appointment, but that will be based on their availability and not my availability, which is unfair to me given that RXO never communicated a specific delivery window for today until 7:11am. I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication.
