  ****** was great. I got the couple days before delivery call and 30 minutes out call. He also was able to deliver it early as i requested. They were on time and very polite. Overall a great delivery experience.

  The only problem I had (hence the four out five stars) was the fact that when I placed my order, I had a delivery time between 6am-9am. Unfortunately, the day before delivery I was told my delivery time was 3pm-6pm. This was an inconvenience because I wasnt going to be available however the drivers called me when they were on their way and I explained my situation and we were able to work it out to where they could leave the item. The person was very professional and kind. They even provided pics after the delivery was made. In addition we were able to see via camera how they carefully placed our item.

  RXO completed the final leg of delivery of an Olympic weight set. Drivers were polite, friendly and on time. Item was in perfect condition.

  The young men that delivered my item were prompt and courteous. Amazon sent the wrong item but these guys were great.

  Small-ish delivery from Amazon I had to reschedule once. Rep who took my call to initiate the reschedule was pleasant. Then there were issues on their end and another rep called to say they couldn't come when planned. No big deal except this second rep dude was strangely oppositional and attitudey about a second reschedule which was clearly beyond my control. Again not a big deal, just laughed with my coworkers about it and figured dude had a twist in his man *******. The actual delivery service was executed by a contracted company I assume is a local business. Two guys trying to unload my gazebo and me rerouting them to a back alley = they were more pleasant than the second RXO **** **** Tipped 'em $20, no fuss no muss. All the moving parts came together between Amazon's ordering app and two hard-working Hispanic dudes with RXO facilitating (albeit at a somewhat, singular cranky interval) all the while.

  Package was delivered early and driver was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Driver opened box to view contents and photographed top panels which were visible. Box had several holes on that side; all looked great.
