      Delivery guys were awesome. Scheduling and automated system *****. You rescheduled my delivery multiple times, but told Amazon that I requested the changes. I did not. Again, delivery guys were awesome.

      Delivery drivers were very professional and quick. I only wish I had received my call 30 minutes before delivery as text message stated I would. Luckily my son happened to be home next door to me to accept the delivery as I was 5 minutes away at my place of employment not knowing what time they would arrive.

      They are denied my claim for my damaged wall. Which is a very small bill I didn't even get a quote in pursuit of scratched floors from the negligence of your employees. ******************* is the gentleman. Who sent me a email with a improper contact to even contact him back. Also, the letter is a joke it it doesn't have a letter had a company address or anything.

      Very terrible delivery experience. We ordered kitchen cabinets from IKEA and they were delivered through RXO. The delivery drivers delivered several items but did not have a packing slip. The delivery seemed to be missing items so we asked them to wait for a few seconds so I can confirm with my emailed receipt. They took an image of the items and just left without saying anything, and without our approval. Its an extremely unorganized system where they have no packing list information so they cant verify if all items are delivered yet they **** the delivery as complete. We called their customer service and they originally said they would contact the drivers and ask them to turn around (as they were just at the end of our street) and that the drivers would call me. Its been a couple hours and obviously they did not turn around and I never received a call. **************** later said they have a schedule to keep, but this could have all been resolved within a few minutes. We were placed on hold many times and their customer service is outsourced so there is no real assistance. They just read a script and tell you to contact the company you ordered from, despite the fact that this was an error with their delivery drivers. Its a terribly managed company.
