      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! **************** with RXO for delivery of their products. rxo has promised delivery of my refrigerator and then canceled my deliveries 5 WEEKS IN A ROW now. as recently as last night, they said that they were delivering my refrigerator today. I wake up to a text message this morning that my refrigerator is now LOST. I have had TERRIBLE customer service, only able to speak with a call center in *************** where clearly NO ONE CARES. this shipper is 90 minutes away from my home and can't seem to get me my product. I have spent hours on the phone with them, only to have my claim "escalated," which basically means zero. i have read over 35 complaints with the better Business bureau about this company, all with similar stories of promised deliveries, cancellations, not showing up for a scheduled delivery with no notification, lost items, not enough drivers, broken trucks, and even orders that have been brought to someone's home and then canceled because they didn't want to bring the product up two flights of stairs. instead they noted on their computer that no one was home and they drove away with their order. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!!

      Absolutely horrible company. Damaged stairs in my home when delivering a Peloton Tread. I somehow managed to file a complaint with photos and they opened a ticket. Ticket has no way to inquire about next steps or any way to follow up. Months pass and I get an email stating my claim had been DENIED. ***** received a letter stating they had tried to contact me multiple times and if I didn't respond in 21 days they would close my ticket. Immediately emailed the contact info provided. Almost 2 weeks have passed and no response. I suspect I won't get one,

      RXO has lost the refrigerator that was sent to the hub from ******* and won't deliver the appliance on the set delivery date, so much pain trying to reach out to them and ******* back and forth and no one was able to find where the product went. Even after multiple escalations and doc search RXO couldn't fine the product. RXO Tracking #RXONC70ON5T4WUTC23 No one is helping out, I am struggling here to store food and milk for my kids.I would not recommend any business using RXO for their appliance delivery.

      Peleton contract their work through this company. I paid to have the treadmill moved from upstairs to downstairs.When the guys shows up and looked at it they said they needed 4 guys. They canceled my appointment for Monday and said I had to rescheduled for Saturday. Then rxo canceled the Saturday appointment and said it will be the following Monday. I get a phone call from driver and I ask was they going to to be able to move treadmill from upstairs to downstairs.He said let me call my office , next thing I know he canceled without coming out. I called they office which was no help even talked to someone in there upper management and all they said they cant perform service we will prioritize it for for the next available date which is Saturday. I ask management can they called there works to continue to come out because its in the window *** they gave me and she said no cause that appointment was canceled already. so I have to wait another five days to see if they will show up. I have to wait 1 1/2 week to get a 200lbs treadmill moved. If they cant provide these services why not just tell peloton instead of just wasting people time. I would never recommend rxo to anyone even if the service was for free.

      I’d give them a zero if I could. I ordered a Peloton bike and scheduled delivery. They were suppose to deliver my bike on a Friday between 2:30 and 5:30… by 9:00 pm I still hadn’t heard from anyone. I called RXO 3 times between 5:30 and 9:00 pm and each time was given the same BS answer. They would send an email to the warehouse for an update. Still never heard a word. What company can’t give a phone call to a customer when they aren’t able to deliver something when they said. And what company can’t get in touch with their own drivers! I still don’t have my bike and will probably call for a refund in the AM. So ridiculous. If you are going to purchase from a company that uses them for delivery beware. I wouldn’t chose them to deliver for my company either. They don’t value their customers time and trying to talk to someone at the company gets you nothing.

      Horrible communication, no customer support, miss deliveries, dont listen to the needed delivery time. Been three missed/ messed up deliveries, been waiting 2 months for the delivery. Wont give managers name or contact info. Their service will cost Peloton a customer.

      This company is ******* US's ecommerce shipping partner for large appliances. They completely disregard the reasonable timefrmes set by *******, and continuously reschedule delivery. The first part of my appliance order was scheduled for late September, but after two delays from RXO it finally came in mid November. The first change had no excuse, second was due to a "truck breakdown." The last part of my order was supposed to have guaranteed delivery by December 30th. It arrived at their nearest hub in mid-December, they called stating they can deliver as early as March. When I said "******* informed me I'd have to delivery by 12/30" they stated they only visit my area once a week and the best I could do was the first week of February. That delivery date has passed, and they have once again rescheduled. This time due to "a driver calling off." If you don't want to wait months and months for your order, avoid anyone who uses this company.

      Horrible delivery company!!!! They said they tried to deliver the dishwasher 2 separate times and said no one answered the phone, but they never knocked on the door. They had a phone number that we had never heard of and my step daughter had taken off work both times to be there when they were supposed to deliver it. We don't think ever tried to deliver it. We have gone thru this information with ******* and the shipping company over 30 times in the last 2 months. Hopefully ******* or whatever company uses RXO Logistics will use another company that can actually be trusted with their customers appliances.

      Why is this company still in ******************* a letter in the name doesn't make the company any better. They are still a terrible delivery company. Businesses please stop using them.

      This company is horrible. They have canceled my delivery twice, claiming they couldn't find parking because a police officer wouldn't allow them to double park in front of my building. I live in *** where parking is obviously hard to come by and never an excuse for a company to fail to deliver on a service someone has paid for. The first time they canceled, I did not receive a call. I called the driver, and he hung up on me. I requested that for the next visit a different person be sent as this person clearly didn't care about completing the job. They sent the same person the second time despite this, and again he claimed no parking was available. I pointed out that there are numerous huge parking garages within a block of my apartment, but he claimed he could not fit. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me. I am still awaiting a call. This is AFTER I had 3 terrible experiences via chat and telephone trying to get a Certificate of Insurance from RXO. The first person told me I had to request it by email but gave me the wrong email address. The second person gave me the correct address, but I still received no ***. The third person told me the *** would definitely arrive before the delivery. And the fourth one told me I wouldn't receive the *** for **** business days (6-9 BDs after the delivery was scheduled). The *** did finally arrive on time, but 3/4 people I dealt with were confused and gave me wrong information, wasting hours of my time. Worst experience from a service provider I have ever had.
