      My delivery was scheduled for Saturday and they did not show up during my delivery window nor did they call to share an update. They also did not show or call throughout the rest of the day that they were scheduled. I spoke with RXO no less than 5 times with promises to have the driver call me with an update. The driver never called and never showed. When I called the company to escalate my concerns, I received the same broken responses, which never answered my questions about timeline and expectations moving forward. They would not provide me any sort of timeline stating they needed to escalate to another department. To this point, I still have not heard any update. Some of the most notable frustrations with this company- 1) When I called, the customer service agent asked me to verify my call back number although they never once called back. I am not sure why they verify your number if they do not intend on using it to call you back. 2) When I asked to be escalated to a manager responsible for the business, they said that they did not have anyone to escalate the issue. This is a red flag for me as I work in a company as an executive leader. If a consumer ever had this type of experience, I would want to know. This company clearly does not. I have tried to find a number to call the corp office to inform them of my experience and I cannot find a number that does not take me through continuous loop of pre-recorded options. 3) There appears to be no system for accountability to ensure a decent customer experience. The processes and systems in place are not consumer focused nor do they appear to be focused on business ops efficiency. Not sure how they stay in business unless they have total control of the freight industry.All in all....if you can avoid RXO, please do. It will save you hours of stress, frustrations, phone calls, and home confinement waiting for a delivery that will not happen.

      XPO spun off RXO and changed the name to reflect reliability and outperformance. The only thing reliable about this company is the unreliability. You can always count on them to never deliver. They have failed to deliver a basic item from Ikea for over 3 weeks. They have failed to even reach out to me when they missed the first delivery date of 4 Jan 2023. I had to call **** who rescheduled with RXO. Then they missed the 14th of January and auto rescheduled for the 15th without my consent and then proceeded to miss that too. Then I called back today (16 Jan) as it says over the tracking link that it is out for delivery and they said the truck is delayed and its not out for delivery and that this would have to be escalated. They are fundamentally failing at the sole purpose of their business in a way that affects customers of OTHER companies directly. All operations executives should be fired and replaced with competent individuals who understand how to build efficiencies. Its hard to believe legitimate companies associate themselves with this fraudulent business.

      This company schedules a delivery for a delivery window, doesn't show without any comment, then reschedules. All of their customer service is abroad and they do not know anything about the deliveries. By far one of the worst delivery carriers I have ever encountered.

      Peloton uses RXO as a 3rd party delivery and installation group. RXO reached out and set up there own delivery date and terms. Delivery date set up by them was 1/11/23 between 3pm - 6pm. I schedule my day to be available from 3-6 pm as needed. When I got home I noticed tire tracks on the driveway that appear to be a delivery truck and this was confirmed by my surveillance camera. RXO showed up 30 minutes early and then left. When I reached out to them they said next available delivery was 1/18. I am frustrated because they couldn't wait 20 minutes until THEIR scheduled appointment but I am suppose to accept waiting another week.

      Been trying to get my refrigerator delivered by them since Dec. 29, 2022. First time they said they came and we werent home. Thats a lie. They never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. Complained several times, no one will get back to me other than its been escalated. ******** was attempted again yesterday, Jan 4. Driver is stating we refused the delivery when they were the ones who showed up only with a dolly. That wasnt going to work since our house is. It level with the street. They said you want us to lift the refrigerator? Um, yeah. How else are you going to get it my house? They never even tried. They just up and left. This company is rude and very unprofessional. I dont know why ******* uses this company. I would never recommend them. They still have my refrigerator that Ive already paid for. Now what? Nothing except for them saying its been escalated truly ridiculous.

      This company needs to be investigated. They have taken my money and refuse to complete an installation. They were contracted to haul away and install a dishwasher, and we have scheduled this to be completed 5 separate days and each time no one shows up. Management will not speak with us or help us to find a resolution.

      This company was supposed to deliver my treadmill on the 24th of December 2022 and there was no show without apology. It was rescheduled to the 26th, no show. Rescheduled again for the 27th and no show again. I have missed several days of work because I have been waiting for my treadmill. I have reported to managers and no one is taking this case serious, they keep telling me I would get a call back from the manager which I havent till now. When tracked online it says it couldnt be delivered because I wasnt home which is a lie. When I was called 2 hrs after their deadline for delivery yesterday, I was told driver couldnt make it and this is not the first time. When I call to track it says order has been delivered which is also a lie. I need someone to take this matter seriously because it doesnt seem like anyone is, and have them deliver my treadmill ASAP.

      They were supposed to deliver treadmill since the 24th, rescheduled my appointment without my consent to the 26th, they never came out, rescheduled till 27th, they never came out, they made me miss work and sit at home waiting for them all day. They didnt reach out to me till 2 hours after their deadline and said they cannot come today or tomorrow Wednesday but they would be here on Thursday, now I have to miss another days work. They are very unprofessional and unapologetic.

      My experience is like all others for this company. They will miss deliveries. They will straight up lie to you on the phone. They tell you there is no escalation path to speak to management. I ordered a TV from ** directly, which Ill never do again. Also avoid buying from ******** Peleton, Casper, and big items from Amazon that utilize RXO. I was all set for a scheduled delivery on 11/30. On 12/01, I got notice it was to be delivered on 11/30. I called and had delivery rescheduled for 12/06. I got the confirmation call the night before. They never called or showed during the delivery window on 12/06. I called and they didnt know what happened. They called a half hour later and said there was a system error and they couldnt make delivery. Despite my best efforts, I couldnt get them to elaborate. I told them they could *************** since its on the truck, but eventually they told me it wasnt on the truck. They said I had to wait for the driver to return so he could scan it back in. Now wait a second. Its in the warehouse right? Why does the driver have to come back first? Makes no sense. After waiting 3 days without hearing anything (how long does it take to scan in?), I called ** who gave me a little more information, but was ultimately not able to do anything. I requested to have cancelled my order. Im convinced they lost the item, or it was stolen internally. Do anything you can to avoid relying on this company. You simply will not get anything but frustration. And to be clear, this isnt about waiting for an item; its about honesty in communication. I dont mind waiting weeks but you have to communicate openly with your customers and set realistic expectations. There are literally thousands of reviews for RXO on Yelp where people are being told that delivery is confirmed only to experience radio silence. Not acceptable.

      Ordered from IKEA, to be shipped by RXO. Got a text notification from RXO that the delivery was scheduled on 12/22/2022 b/w 9 am and 1 pm my local time. Nothing happened. Rescheduled through IKEA for 12/26/2022, and got the same result: a text notification from RXO that the delivery was scheduled on 12/26/2022 b/w 9 am and 1 pm my local time. Again, nothing happened. Called them and was told that the notification was system-generated, but in reality, my order has never been entered into RXO system that assigns a driver and a route. Lost time not only for myself, but for might contractor as well. As of this writing, still waiting for resolution.
