On December 4 I placed an order. My order arrived 19 days later and one was scratched. I sent in my review, and was given $17.02. The sale is over. So in order to get what I had originally ordered, I'll need to spend more money and more shipping charges on top of that. I'd rather just have my money back but that's not going to happen. This place constantly seems to send subpar items and it needs to stop. The fact that they only offer store credit instead of your money back on a ruined Christmas gift speaks volumes.Piper Lou Collection

This Company doesnt take no for an answer. I am not interested in their merchandise and have unsubscribed perhaps as many as ***** times but still receive 3-4 messages from them every day! I also ordered thinking 100% of profit was going to hurricane victims. I placed two separate orders on 10/11/24. I have tried to contact to see when theyll be shipped. Havent been able to reach anyone. Called numerous times. No answer! No email address that I can find. Part of my order is a birthday gift for next week. I guess this will be my first and last order if shipping takes this long. Especially being theres no contact ability with customer service. Hoping the donations go to hurricane victims but now *** learned to not trust online sources.Piper Lou Collection

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The shipping is horrible... and according to their website due to COVID restrictions it can take ***** business days before it is shipped. What? Is that still a thing in 2024? I'm at about 13 days and my shirt is still "unfilled". **************** is none existent, but man... they will send you 5000 emails a day to purchase other items.Not worth it. Ordered 2 weeks ago and havent received anything but an email telling me it would be here yesterday. Now the tracking says today. Wont hold my breath. This company promised 100% of proceeds to go to hurricane victim relief. I highly doubt that it will. Sorry to have been taken in by this scam. Should have read reviews first.Piper Lou Collection

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing two shirts. The money is supposed to be 100% donated to *******************************. Now I'm wondering if that is even true. Purchased 10/4. Still waiting to see if my shirts will be shipped. I realize it has only been 10 days. I called the end of last week and was given no information. **************** is horrible. I started ordering the 40 oz tumblers with the handle because it was becoming very difficult for me to hold the 30 oz cups anymore. The first few cups I ordered were great. However, they now have cups that look and feel cheap and I doubt they are as well insulated. Now only 4 colors available and they are dulland not very attractive. I will not be purchasing any more cups from this company.Piper Lou Collection

Wish I had readsome of these reviews before ordering. I ordered on 8/30. On 9/6 I had no updates so I checked their web page, stated "unfilled" I did chat option and they sent me a tracking # and said it had been shipped. The tracking # with *** said they hadn't recieved it. Checked back with company and they said give it 24 to 48 hrs to update. 9/9 3 days later still showed the same thing. Called and was told again to give it another 24 to 48 hrs. Now 9/11 5 days after it supposedly shipped and it is still sitting in ** In the same place it started. *** finally got it Monday night the 9th to then give it to **** on the 10th. In 5 days the package has never moved. But in reality it wasn't "shipped" until the 9th. I can't believe I paid for this delivery to still be waiting around for a package I'll probably never see.
