    Horrible company! Don't order from them. I ordered a laser etched tumbler from them a few years ago and I absolutely love it. Tried to place another order in the last few weeks and it has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with the customer service department. My last order came and 2 out of 3 cups were wrong, wrong color, wrong laser etching which was not laser but a print from a computer and stuck on like a sticker, font was wrong color and type, the label was misspelled. First replacement cups came in a different color that I didn't want because they didn't have the correct color in stock and again misspelled label font size and color. Second replacement cups came in yet more wrong color and font. Third replacement cup came with wrong font and again misspelled label. Asked for a full refund and to stop sending replacement cups. They refused a full refund, only refund the amount for the cup and I still had to pay for their employees mistakes and they are sending another replacement cup. Quality of the cups have gone down since my first order a few years ago, I am lucky if my drink stays cold and the ice doesn't melt fast for 3-4 hours. **************** doesn't care about anything and if they do respond, it's just a routine apologize statement. They really need to go out of business or learn how to run a business. Don't waste your time, money or energy into this company! Don't deserve it and the products are definitely not worth it!

    Hello,I never submit reviews but I must let people know to watch out for this company! I have sent three emails about my order that was placed on June 16th and still dont have a tracking . Three times they stated I should be patient. When I tried to cancel on July 7th they said no because your order left the warehouse but I still dont see tracking for the package. This is the second time I have had problems. The first time they shorted me to hats.I gave them another chance and now this. This order is large and for a cancer patient. So disappointed! Dont buy from this company.

    Ordered 2 (40 ounce) tumblers, customized with Nurse sayings. One purple, one pink.Order confirmation said life is better in flip flops!Cups were green and pink.I called to cancel.Woman at call center at first refused to cancel their mistake.I had to threaten to call and have the transaction blocked to get their mistake resolved.I will not recommend them.

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. And after 38 years in a customer facing job, I was completely appalled at their lack of complete disregard for their customer. They dont ship when they say will, nor do you receive the product in any kind of normal time expectation. Mine has taken almost a month and after repeated back and forth via email, I never got a valid answer. All they said was the website says 14 business days. Well, I am on day 25 and its not here yet, although it supposedly is out for delivery. I will never purchase from here again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I see most have had the same issue so you would think they would figure it out and fix the problem. Too many other companies with great service out there to settle for this one.

    What a fiasco this place is! I placed a pretty good size order with them on April 21, 2023. It is now May 24, 2023 and still hasn't arrived. They claim it was mailed on May 10, 2023. Tracking number says it is still sitting in their warehouse in **************. Piper *** **************** says it left there; however, that is where the tracking ends. And, not one person at Piper *** can tell me where the **** package is. Terrible Company. Save your money and find another vendor. I have asked them to cancel my order and return my money and have reported them to my credit card company for fraudulent business practices!

    When I made it said 3 to 4 days for shipment. I was like surprised. That's great. I recieved my order very quickly. I made a few order since. No problems. Until recently, made a small order only 2 items. Still said 3 to 4 days for shipping. After a week I emailed piper ***, they replied within takes 14 days. I sent them my screenshot. They then replied back it takes a 14 days but they will supposedly put my order uphigher for more priority. I then when to long online where it says the updated shipping dates. It says after covid! Covid is gone! It doesn't take 2 weeks to get an update! After I get my order I'm done! I know all businesses whodoes the same thing! Very disappointing that a once customer friendly company is all about their money, not the customer.

    Poor customer service and delivery information. I placed my order on April 15th for mother's Day presents. On April 29th I received an email stating that my delivery was on its way. I began checking the tracking information later on in the week and found that the product was not showing up in the *** or **** system. I called customer service and was told after waiting for about 10 minutes before someone answered that they would have to take 24 to 48 hours to investigate. I never got an actual email stating what the issue was but miraculously the day that I called *** showed that the item had been picked up. I pointed this out to their attention and they said it was on its way. What really upset me was that there was no real remorse or admitting that there was an issue on their end. Upon looking at some of the reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated event. When a company spends as much money as what they do advertising, they should be able to substantiate their 4.9 star reviews. Obviously communication is lacking in needs to be looked at. Do this fact I probably will not use this company again because they really don't care or at least that's the way that the customer service department comes about.

    Took 5-6 weeks to get my order and once it showed up the design on the cup couldnt even be seen . It was like blackish worn off writing on a black cup . Horrible. Contacted customer service and they said they would send another cup and for me to pick a solid color( even though I paid for the sparkly color). I picked a color I would like and they responded saying they only have purple. Funny, o their very own website it lists all the colors as being in stock. The back and forth with customer service only through email is frustrating, and they take their sweet time in responding in the first place. I will never do business with them again. This experience has been mentally exhausting . I have asked for a refund. We will see if I get it ( most likely not).

    Poor customer service. Takes FOREVER for an order to ship. Ordered on 4-18-23 for Cinco ******* and as of 5-2-23 order has not even shipped. Will not be using this company again!

    Placed an order #******* 4-10-23. Received the order conf via email. Delivery states 5-7 days. It is now 4-20-23 and still states unfulfilled. This was ordered for a special occasion 4-27-23. When I called today they can not tell me when it will be fulfilled or delivered and they can not make any promises.Truly Disappointing! Had to cancel my order. This is not a way to conduct business. People are counting on their items for special events.
