The worst!!! Never again will I put Trane in my home! I paid over 8k for the unit in April 22 & last summer and this summer I have had to have the motor replaced on ******** extremely loud. Complete POS!! I am still waiting for the 2nd motor to get put in and its been miserably hot in our homeI understand warranty cover parts but should cover labor as well, this is not my problem something this expensive should default like this in less than a year! Completely feel like Im being robbed.

I purchased a Trane AC unit about a year ago. It broke and I have been waiting for parts from Trane that are on backorder. There is no estimated timing. In the *****************, Landlords are required to fix AC units within 30 days. We will surpass that date on Friday 5/5/2023. Trane has exceeded a reasonable amount of time to provide parts to fix our less than 1 year old unit.

I bought my unit in May 2022. Been having problems from day 1. I was ghosted by company who installed unit. Paid another company to finish installation. The unit makes a horrible noise when running at different times. Been calling Trane since July 2022 trying to get help but no help as of today April 26 2023. I know the system will eventually stop working and I will have to pay to get it fixed. Trane should step up to the plate and replace with a new unit.

Trane is terrible. DO NOT BUY. We spent $6500 on a Trane in 2018. In 2022, we had to spend over $2100 to replace Trane's shoddy coils. Eight months later, that coil needs to be replaced AGAIN. Another $2100. We are not the only ones, and other victims of Trane's shoddy designs and manufacturing are reporting that they are on the third coil repair (both inside and outside). My guess is that it keeps going, over and over. I'm not going to pay $2100+ a year to keep a lousy system going. Even under warranty, it's only parts, not labor, and labor is the most expensive! Appliances of this expense level should be required by law to have warranties that cover both parts and labor for at least 10 years.

Do not pay their vendors. Contacted them 6 times for overdue payment. Accounts payable said to send in invoices, which had been sent in twice. Asked her to look for it and while on the phone with her was found. Turning over for collection.

Trane AC unit 3,5 ton is the worst HVAC I have ever brought. It is broken down at the major part in only 5 years so I have to pay the cost for repairs almost equal of the price that I bought It,so sad about that. No recommended.

Trane is not dependable as advertised. Bought two new units in 2020. Had problems with both units, less than two years old.I have spent $1500 on labor for repairs. Parts that fail are covered not labor. How is it legal to sell defective products and not warranty the cost of labor to repair? If you buy a vehicle and it breaks down while under warranty, you don't have to pay for labor or parts. Why are HVAC systems not covered under warranty by the same standards. Especially when the units are faulty because of poor workmanship. It's not like you can abuse a HVAC system. Always thought Trane was one of the best brand you could buy. But that has been far from my experience. I would not recommend Trane at all. Especially when Trane is one of the most expensive HVAC systems sold and seems like the least reliable. Workmanship and quality is not up to par. The brand name sold me on this purchase. Won't happen again. Avoid Trane. They are not unstoppable as advertised.

Trane is not honoring it's ***************, the fan was replaced. A few weeks later, the control board needs to be replaced but the part has been unavailable for MONTHS.If Trane is still selling new units like mine (which it is), THEN TRANE HAS REPLACEMENT PARTS! They are forcing me to live with a malfunctioning unit so they can continue to profit from manufacturing and selling new units. They should just replace my unit with one of those since the claim they can't get the parts.

Worst business ever. I bought a house and the units are 4 and 5 years old. They wouldn't honor either one of the 10 year warranties. Please don't waste your time with this joke of a big business.

All had defective parts and though under warranty, still waiting for parts to be delivered to our service provider for over 4 months. Took turns having no heat or c for months. Terrible company, terrible to non-existent customer service. WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND TRANE. LET THE ***** BEWARE!!!!!!
