    I paid for the 7 day trial and canceled.I was charged with a $39.95 monthly fee for a renewal. When I canceled the account again, I was told I could keep the membership for $9.95. Still canceled.Emailed support to ask for a refund.Support Answer:"Regrettably, our current system doesn't permit us to process refunds for accounts canceled after the 7-day trial period. However, rest assured that you will not incur any future charges as your account has been canceled. A confirmation email regarding the cancellation has been dispatched to you."

    Like multiple others, I cancelled my free trial and was still charged an outrageous fee. They told me it wasnt cancelled so they cannot refund me. This is a scam. I was refused a refund and ** currently waiting for a supervisor to contact me back.

    Company would not refund anything even though they 100% know I never used it once. Apparently I screwed up and signed up for a free trial, but that doesnt explain why they refused to refund any of multiple months of charges afterwards.

    I ordered a receipt in Word document from this company via website (found on ******* for my car sale. There was a charge of $1.00 for the template, which I paid on June 18, 2024 under my credit card, however on 6/24/24 I was charged again. This time as $39.95 through my credit card. I called them and I was told the $39.95 is for the signature of their service, which I didn't approve. I called them and cancelled Confirmation# ******** . I felt I was misled, and I don't think I should pay for this $39.95 for only a piece of paper (no more than 1 page).

    I signed up for a free trial period only. My receipt was for the free trail period only. I was charged the $39.95 and then charged for the following 2 months of $4.95 each month. I cancelled the trial period a few days after initial submission because the services/products/forms did not meet my needs. I was advised by Legal Templates, LLC that my account would not be charged because I had not credit card associated with this account. And this was the same response I received for both the initial cost of $39.95 and the 2 $4.95 charges. However, my card was associated with the account for the free trial, in which I cancelled a few days after. After numerous emails back and forth, this company finally stated my account was closed today 5/8/2024, but refused to refund my money that they had no authority to take. This company needs to be red-flagged or shut down for false advertising, fraudulent practices and theft. Thank you for any/all help.

    The customer's account has been successfully canceled. However, we are unable to proceed with the $4.95 charge as per the customer's agreement to switch to the lower rate.

    A family member with a major learning disability signed up for a Trial period with Legal Templates, LLC using my debit card. She enjoys doing things on the computer and pretending she works as a lawyer, secretary, my assistant, etc. She is a very sweet, child-like girl and meant no harm. I have been ill for several months and have not gone online to view my bank statements. I went online today and was surprised to find 6 charges from Legal Templates, LLC. There were two charges on the same date of December 18, 2023 ($1.00 and $38.95). On 1/16/2024, I was charged $39.95. On 2/16/2024, I was charged $39.95. On 3/18/2024, I was charged $39.95. Lastly, on 4/17/2024, I was charged $39.95. I called Legal Templates, LLC and talked to a representative named ****. She talked me into getting a plan for $9.95 per month for my family member. I decided to do this plan so my disabled family member could occupy herself with something I consider somewhat educational. I learned she never used Legal Templates ALL of January 2024, February 2024, AND March 2024. She did not realize she still had access to the forms until she tried it in April. She had thought it was cancelled after she used it during the Trial period in December 2023, in which I was charged $1.00. Please refund $38.95 billed December 18, 2023, $39.95 billed January 16, 2024, $39.95 billed February 16, 2024, and $39.95 billed March 18, 2024. Total Refund should be $158.80.My mother recently passed away and I have been ill for several months and now need surgery. This has caused me a great deal of stress learning of these charges from Legal Templates, LLC.

     I am rejecting this response because:  I will not accept a refund for just two months.  

    Why is Legal Templates charging drastically higher prices each month if a customer does not call up

    and cancel?  It seems unethical for a business to act in this manner.  Your rate suddenly becomes $9.95

    per month as soon as a person calls to cancel.  I should have been charged only $9.95 after the trial period.

    As I stated, I want a refund for 4 months.

    I contacted the business via their support email after canceling the membership under my account and noticing that they were attempting to charge my bank account still for this membership. To which I received no response and still have yet to receive a response. The company kept trying to charge my bank account repeatedly everyday until the account had money and when it did, they took the full membership amount even though I had cancelled the membership way in advance to being charged for said membership.

    Since November 2023, I've been charged $39.95 monthly without notification that my trial period had ended or that I was still subscribed. Despite not using the service for the last 4 months, totaling $159.80 in payments, when I emailed the business hoping to resolve the issue, their response was dishearteningly rigid: they claim their system cannot accommodate refunds for cancellations beyond the initial 7-day trial period. This lack of flexibility or willingness to engage in constructive dialogue is deeply disappointing as they offered no alternative solutions or room for negotiation. Thank you for your assistance.
