    I had no clue they were going to charge my card for 39.47 It stated pay $1 for a 7 day free trial now my card was charge in that amount and I did not authorize the transaction

    I sought information on forming an LLC for my new business in August 2022. I used their service for this one time and canceled my subscription. Unfortunately I just found out that they have been charging me $39.95 for 8 months following the initial one. It came out of a bank account I rarely use so I did not become aware of it until now. I feel manipulated and scammed. I have been on the phone with them now for 30 minutes with no resolution to my satisfaction. They owe me $319.60

    There was no cancellation made in our records within the 7 day trial.

    We clearly state our billing policy on the pricing page and checkout page in order to prevent any confusion. Customers can cancel their memberships online 24/7 or by contacting a Customer Service representative via chat, phone, or email.


    Please let us know if you accept the refund for three months of the latest charges, so we can proceed.

    however it’s only to get this matter over with. This company makes it very unclear that they are signing you up for recurring charges. Obviously many others have complained.

    I cancelled my subscription 3 months ago and they keep charging my card. I even spoke to a representative and they refunded my money last month but they went ahead and did it again and charged me 39.95 this month again on my account even tho I am no longer subscribed to them. This people need to be investigated and sued for unlawful practices.

    I used a 7 day free trial and cancelled my account on the second day of free trial. Legal templates still charged me 39.95 in US dollars. I contacted the company by phone and they stated they could only refund me 35 dollars. After speaking with Cris from Legal templates they charged my bank account again for 3 dollars and again for 17.55. This occurred on 3/27/2023. After sending a screenshot to Cris through email he stated that I used another currency other than US dollars and thats why it's being charged and stated Legal templates would not be refunding me my money for additional transactions. I live in Texas United states. We only use US dollars for currency here so Cris is not making any sense and they are still taking money from my account after I cancelled. They are stealing.

    I cancelled my 7 day trial on the second day of the 7 day free trial. Your company is a scam and stealing peoples money. You didnt even upload a image proving your statement. Just blatantly lying.

    Agreed to trial on March 13, 2023. Canceled subscription in on March 16, 2023. Legal Templates has attempted to collect $38.95 on March 20, 21st and 22nd 2023. My card is locked. I contacted chat today (March22,2022) at 7:36pm EST. No one has responded. It says the account is canceled but the attempts on my credit card are still posting.

    I contacted the support email and asked to cancel my trial account. I received a reply from a person named Cris who kept trying to sell me packages, even though I explicitly stated I wanted to cancel the account once my trial had ended.

    I did a free trial with legaltemplates.net and I cancelled it on 2/3/2023. My card was charged not once but twice in the about of $40 both times. Both of these charges were unauthorized. I want a refund from both charges.

    I had cancelled my membership days before the 7 day trial ended but “miraculously” my account wasn’t cancelled and I was charged $39.95. I reached out to the customer service team in which I was in communication with Crystal who said I would be refunded. That email exchange took place on the 17th of February. It’s now March 1st and as of yesterday February 28th I have not received ANY refund. I’m not sure what exactly is the angle of the scam when you tell a customer you’re going to refund them in writing but don’t. I even sent a follow up email with a screenshot of my account letting them know that no refund has been made and my email was ignored. I will be calling my bank today to dispute the charge as I was giving this business the opportunity to do the right thing and yet here we are. Chargebacks reflect poorly on a company’s business but this is the route in which they’ve decided to take. I would recommend not signing up for any trials they have as the cancellation of your account is not guaranteed and you can wake up to a charge of $40.

    On February 17, 2023 I was frantically trying to complete the correct documents to file an emergency, 24-hour eviction notice to evict a tenant who had endangered everyone on the premises. I was in distress. I used this service to create an eviction notice, however, the form that LegalTemplates.net produced was the incorrect form and I only discovered this after I paid the $1 fee. I had no idea I would be charged an additional $39.95 per month. I have been charged $40.95 by LegalTemplates.net and have received no service from them. Furthermore, there was no authorization for a charge of $39.95. I did not authorize that. Legal Templates, in affect, has stolen from me. I would like my money to be returned.
