    I am filing a complaint against LegalTemplates for making multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card over several months. I was not clearly informed that I would be enrolled in an ongoing paid subscription, nor did I knowingly subscribe to or use their service. I only discovered these charges after checking my billing *************** is a list of the charges I was billed for:Dec 18, 2024 $38.95 USD Dec 18, 2024 $1.00 USD (authorization hold)Jan 18, 2025 $39.95 USD Feb 18, 2025 $39.95 USD Mar 18, 2025 $39.95 USD Apr 18, 2025 $39.95 USD Additional charges totaling approximately $199.75 may also be related.I never received any confirmation emails, invoices, or warnings about these charges or any trial period ending. I sent an email to their customer support ************************************ requesting a full refund of all active subscriptions, but they refused to refund.I am requesting:A full refund of all charges made to my account Immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring billing If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate to the *** and my card issuer for a chargeback investigation

    I wont accept it because your customer service team promised to give me at least two months refund, I am not satisfied with your offer especially I have filed a complaint through the platform. If I cant get a full refund, I will suggest my residents and colleagues to use Clio instead of your services. I believe this will bring more damage to your company than giving me a full refund since most of my residents are in business school. By the way, if you want to see whether your customer service team promised to refund, you can ask ****.     The company sends no invoice or receipt and then has all sorts of unfair justifications on why they cannot refund anything while totally avoiding the fact that you haven't used their service since the free trial.I never received a confirmation email on the days Legaltemplate was taking my money, I only received an email the day I was signed up for the account, suddenly my debit card has been charged monthly for $39.95 without any notification from your company, and have been billed in excess of $359.91. This situation is perplexing, as I have not utilized the service since the trial period concluded, and it seems illogical to maintain an active subscription for a service no longer needed. When I contacted Legal Templates today, **** only helped to confirm that the account has now been canceled and can still access services for next month. This is not an acceptable outcome. This business takes advantage of people by not notifying them on the last day of trial then not notifying monthly that they are taking money.

    I was just charged on March 19 and I have ANOTHER pending charge as of this morning. It hasn't even been 30 days. I have attached a screenshot for your review. I will need to be refunded the new charge as well. We are struggling to make ends meet and this company could possibly be the cause of a negative balance and over draft fees because of this extra charge on our account.

    On April 3, I attempted to complete there "free" template. To find our it would cost $1 for their 7 day trial. I did agree to that with the intention to cancel directly following. However, I could not find how to cancel the subscription. And my sign in no longer works. Requests for a password reset support via their website goes nowhere. Now a $49.95 subscription fee has shown up on my credit card. The phone number goes to an unsubscribed toll free number. Their chat says they have to connect me to a live agent who never appears. I want my account and subscription canceled.

    I signed up for a free trial but cancelled the same day. Exactly a week later they charged me. I sent an email complaining and asking for a refund and they reply that I was responsible for any charges that had occurred. This is wrong as I cancel way before my free trial ended. I wrote another email but, have not heard back. Very fraudulent company and all they do is take your money. I was well within my cancellation rights.

    I started a free trial. No where on the very limited thing I accepted did it share that within 6 days I would be charged $38 and then another $1 fee. I tried to cancel the charge. They wrote back a polite email but did not reverse the charge. I liked the service but with that high and quick of a trial it was so scammy and gross. ****, wish companies had some integrity left not just money making greedy entities.
