      Lowes contracted with Granite Transformations ** to do our kitchen project including countertops and cabinet resurfacing. Work began on August 14, 2023 and was going well until August 16. The workers were suddenly pulled off the project with work still to be done. It is now October 12,2023 with no resolution yet. Ive been trying to work with Granite ********************************* but still no resolution. I can supply copies of the contract with Lowes and the agreement with Granite Transformations. I also have pictures of what is done and what is yet to be done. Please let me know how to proceed!

      October 2, 2023 ordered from Lowe's TRINITY ********* Steel Base with ********* Steel Metal Top Rolling Prep Table (24-in x 48-in x 38.5-in) Item #******* Model #TLS-0201C. Order# ********* Inv# *****. The ***** delivery person left this parcel at an abandon home wherein it sat in the rain for 5 days and then ***** picked it back up as damaged (saturated). A case was filed with Lowe's on the 5th (day of delivery) Case# ******** and with ***** Case# C124047812. This wasn't the only parcel to be abandon however, Lowe's is the last to issue a refund when they were the first case filed. I received at letter on the 11th of Oct (attached) however, the bank has no record of anything pending. In addition to the lengthy delay of a full refund it has now come to my attention that the price of the table fluctuates from day to day. Oct. 11 - $346.63 Oct. 12 - $357.03 - whatever ********** displays Lowe's matches it. The day I purchased the table with wheels it had a net price of $317.21 (total with taxes and free delivery $342.59) will Lowe's price match?

      Purchased a fridge that was out of the box paid $618.97 for it. They put it in the truck but wouldn't help me lay it out down. My back has been hurting so was to s**** to lay it down. Had to drive an hr my straps didn't hold down and it hit the tailgate of of the truck denting it. It's about an hr from where I was taking it to. So now I have a dented fridge sitting in the garage.

      I had a window installed by Lowes a couple of months ago before. We had not had rain for months after the window was installed. When the first rainstorm came- the window leaked ( 100s of gallons of water leaked behind the wall). Lowes came out to fix the window. They put a line of caulk around the window trim. Window trim is a cosmetic feature at best and is not supposed to prevent leaks. I called Lowes about this- and they said thats all they are going to fix. I told them about how I have a 3 month old at home and I had inquired to them about the 100s of gallons of water that leaked behind the window. They said let me make a phone call and call you back. Of course, they never called me back in hopes I would just let it go.

      April 2022 we contracted Lowes to install new wood plank flooring in our kitchen & a few other rooms in our house. Work was completed in 2 days & once he finished we had a couple issues he fixed & all was fine. Fast forward to 9 October 2023. Our dishwasher was having issues so we called a repair guy. He came out on 9 October to see what was wrong. He found the issue in a hose but needed to level out our dishwasher. When he went to do this, he noticed the flooring installer had put the new flooring over the feet of the dishwasher. Dishwasher guy was unable to level our dishwasher because he did not have access to the dishwasher feet nor could he pull it out. Its literally stuck there the way the wood plank was put down. We paid & thanked the dishwasher guy. Immediately we got on the phone with our local Lowes & spoke to *****. ***** reached out to ServePro, whom Lowes hired to do the flooring installation. ******** reached out to us, asked some questions & said we should be able to help you out. Next day, Lowes called back & said they are unable to help us due to the 1 year warranty had expired & ServePro wanted Lowes to pay them $300 to come & fix our flooring issue, but Lowes told me no, as they wont pay to have this fixed. I said but this has nothing to do with the warranty on my flooring. This has to do with a mistake the installer made & now Im unable to adjust or remove my dishwasher because if it. I said there was no way for us to notice this flaw previously because of a kick plate that was put in front of my dishwasher. We wouldve never found this mistake until we had an issue with the dishwasher. Lowes in ******** showed no compassion nor did they show any interest in keeping us as a customer. So I called the ********************** ************* Line. Spoke to a higher up supposedly named *****. Who said since the manager in ******** made up their mind, they cant go over their decision. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. So now Im reaching out to you for help!

      I just suffered through two months of frustration and humiliation during a dishwasher installation. Then after they got tired of me asking them to correct the problems, they turned it all around on me and voided my warranty. I kid you not. they stated The dishwasher was tampered with and of course, they blamed me, a 60-year-old female who only touched the on/off button. I purchased the dishwasher on 8/19/2023. The first install attempt was on 8/25. Unfortunately, the technician was not able to install it. He left with the dishwasher thrown on the back of his truck. I should have ended my nightmare then. Rescheduled for 9/7. The installer called stating he could not find the dishwasher at Lowes and that they would need to reorder one. An hour later he called back saying they "found the dishwasher shoved behind a refrigerator" He arrived, and after an hour, he told me he needed additional parts and rescheduled. We scheduled 9/8 He left the dishwasher in my living room. He arrived the following evening 9/8 around 10:15 pm. He said luckily for me Lowes would not charge me an additional install fee but his company would. If I wasn't okay with that I could reschedule. Feeling cornered I agreed. He said I could write the check out to him. He hastily installed the dishwasher and left. After a day, I called Lowe's and asked if they could send someone back out to look at the dishwasher because it was leaning out. They sent a different installer at my request on 10/6. My nightmare got worse. Come to find out, this new installer is a co-worker and friend of the first installer. He pulled out the dishwasher and said the drain hose was not installed correctly and showed me loose wires hanging disconnected underneath. I asked him how that happened. HE said Someone tampered with it He left and I tried to run a load of dishes and NOTHING, the dishwasher was dead. The next day I got a call from the installation manager stating My warranty was voided. Sorry, we cant help you.

      Trx Date: 5/5/2023 Three orders: Order 1: cabinets for laundry, spare bath, hallway. Order 2: cabinets for master bath. Order 3: counter tops for laundry, spare bath, master bath.Agreement:1.We had two separate cabinet orders so that I would not be without a bathroom since I only have two bathrooms.2.We had one counter top order. Was told: 1) the countertops would be installed with each separate project. 2) I could change the countertop selection and the price would not change as long as my selection was within the same group.Issues:1.Lowes ordered the wrong cabinet color --- which we did not know until waiting over 6 weeks for delivery. They DID reorder the cabinets with the correct color but because of the delay in delivery I lost my remodeling contractor for the rest of the year.2.The second round of cabinets was delivered however several were damaged and have been reordered- so thats another 6-8 weeks. For the ones that could be installed (base cabinet in the laundry room) I realized they ordered the wrong sizes. I had to personally uninstall and return that base cabinet and another cabinet that was the wrong size. They had made the cabinets smaller without even letting me know.3.Its been almost three weeks since the guest bathroom cabinets have been installed and they have not sent out anyone to measure for the counter tops and they have tried to charge me an additional $3K more because of their mistake of not entering separate cabinet orders. They also are now saying that even though Im selecting from the same grade of D, the prices are different. 4.I have been blown off by the store manager, *******, and passed off to ************ Services, ********** who have not responded to my calls/emails.There is a great deal more to this but I only have **** characters. The definitions of fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, deceit, avoidance, failure to deliver, failure to honor contracts, poor communication, disrespect, seem to apply.

      My complaint against Lowe's ***** ******** store is the lack of working handicapped motorized shopping cart scooters .Over the course of at least one year on multiple occasions they don't have enough scooters in working order for several customers. My wife and I are both disabled and cannot walk any considerable distance in the store to shop and rely on the store scooters but at best they only have 1 working scooter that has a charged battery so we can both shop with 2 different scooters. We have complained to their customer service counter on every occasion and asked them to contact the manager but we have never gotten to speak directly to the main store manager about this problem. They have about 6 motorized scooters and all of them except for 1 at any given time is available with a full charge on the battery so one of us has to just set in the front of the store or in our vehicle while the other one of us can only do some of the shopping. And usually both of us want to shop separately for our own products .I would think that the store should have a adequate number of working scooters for more than one handicapped shoppers. Is there any ADA *** that concerns this type of service ?We have had to go to other area Lowe's locations to be able to both have a scooter to shop together. The Ozark location is closest store to our home and we would love to be able to patronize them and both know there's adequate scooters for more than one customer. Thank you for your time.

      Date of transaction: 07/07/2021 Amount Paid: $823.18 Committed: I was supposed to get a store credit from Lowe's Nature od dispute: The store told me that they cannot handle a store credit issue past 90 days of purchase. I called customer service and was told that this issue must be handled by the store manage. I've been bounced back and forth between the physical store and customer service. I was told by customer to provide my bank statement as proof of purchase. I was bounced back to the store. They are refusing to address the issue. I spoke to a customer rep today 10/19/2023 and I was told that they do not have an expiration date for a store credit. I am mentioning this because you will see on the uploaded picture of my store credit that there is an expiration date. I do not believe the store was equipped to handle the distribution of the store credit. My receipt is blurry due to its age. I put it under a UV light to pull as much information as I could. I have also provided my bank statement for the original purchase date and amount.
