      0/10 highly dont recommend they put me thru a horrible experience and I still need my money back for the unacceptable charges that was already paid for. I was set to get my washer and dryer I picked out at the store paid for and hookups April 2nd then april19th was delivery and the day came they were bringing 2 washers with 2 washer hookups. I called them they stated I never purchased a dryer, they stated they swapped it out for the dryer never got the washer that day. They stated everything will come Monday so when Monday came I didnt get the washer I got the dryer. The young man that hooked it up didnt understand why I didnt have a washer so when he called he asked them about it and they told him he was not supposed to hook up my dryer just drop it off in my apartment. So being the nice man he was he went in and hooked it up because the people that was bringing the washer was not going to hook it up either. This was so frustrating and cost me additional money after moving. Then Tuesday comes they finally delivered my washer and all I got was Im sorry for the inconvenience!!! Wow! Horrible! I will never do this again and this is my first purchase from them

      Premier Services Group is the installation partner for *****. They are a contractor who sub contracts out work. They have terrible communication, and they do even worse work. I purchased a door with professional installation from Lowes. What I got was a defective door that was still installed by ***. The weather stripping was damaged and the installers didnt say a word. They also left spray foam insulation sticking out of every corner of the door and scratched my new k*** because they didnt install it properly. The installers also left scuffs on my door, and didnt center the door in the opening, so I have excessive shims on one side of the door. They also send their own installers to assess the complaints about the work, so essentially they get to QC themselves. The installer who left my damaged and scuffed door in place was the same guy who came back to ***** the damage. No apology, no sorry for mistake. When I asked who was replacing my door handle that he damaged, he said it was Lowes problem. Premier Services Group relies on the fact that they have a built in customer base through Lowes, so customer service and quality work is not something they worry about since Lowes will keep feeding them business. I wish I had never done business with Lowes installation services. The owner of the company came out to do my door measure and didnt mention his measurements were completely different than the contract I signed with *****. He also said I would be getting a custom door even though there was an almost 2 inch gap all the way around the frame in the rough opening. This company is a joke.

      ***********, I apologize that the installer did not notice the damaged product until he was already installing the door. Unfortunately this was a manufacturer defect and not an installation related issue. I am aware that you canceled your purchase and were happy that the door was removed from your property. Thanks,

      Even if it was a manufacturing defect, the installers should have noticed and reported the issue instead of leaving and pretending not to see it. This also doesnt address the issues with damaging the door handle and poorly installing the door in the first place. When the door was removed, I also discovered the installer did not put down a moisture barrier or sealant under the door, so over time moisture would have eventually damaged the door.

      Purchased a ***** tool over the weekend. Opened and placed in my tool belt for work on Monday. Tool kept shorting out, purchased another from another business to get through the work week. Took the broken tool back and would not refund the money nor replace with the same tool as I did not keep the receipt. I do not believe most working construction men want excess garbage in their tool belt. 30 bucks now because they sold me a non working tool. I was almost made feel as I did something wrong since I paid cash.

      Don't buy from lowes I bought lumber to build a deck and not even 2 months a ***** dollar deck look like garbage and can't stand to look at it reach out to lowes customer service and also the store mangers about it and they wouldn't do anything to help me so I'm telling my friends and family not to use they because of bad products and don't stand by what they sell

      Ordered same day delivery water heater. Two days later it still hadnt arrived. The third day I called to get delivery status and the customer service *** said the order had been cancelled by someone in delivery without ever contacting me. I had to go through reordering the water heater again for same day delivery. The day is nearly over and Ive heard nothing from the delivery people. Very poor service and communication.

      If I could give ********************************* Surfaces of ********* **** their 3rd party fabricator / installer zero stars I would. I ordered 2 countertops & a bathroom vanity on July 17, 2024 the final installation was completed April 11, 2025 - 8 1/2 months later. Not one part of this project went smoothly or timely. Once measurements were done I was contacted to approve change orders (i.e. changes that would increase the price of the job). None of these were necessary in my opinion & finally Lowes did not charge me any more.Installation was a mess, once it was finally scheduled I was contacted & told they wanted to move it up a week. I could not accommodate this request. On the date they wanted to move the job up to they called me to tell me they could not do the job on the original date & still scheduled date as they didn't have the material. A month later the installation was done. They chipped one of the pieces on one of the countertops & the next day the other countertop shifted so the seam was uneven. The bathroom vanity backsplash looked like amateurs had done the work. They came & fixed the countertop that shifted & took out the other one & were to recut one of the pieces. When they finally came back to re-install this top it was not cut correctly as the installers could not get it to fit correctly & they took both pieces back with them. They did bring pieces to redo the ************** kept these. During this visit they also damaged my cabinets.They finally came back again 8 1/2 months after the start of the project & re-installed the top & also fixed the backsplash - but the installers had not even been told about that part of the ******* I'm trying to get a partial refund for all of the ******************************* is not responding. In fact when I called the week after the installation the national *** told me the job wasn't even marked as installed.This same fabricator apparently works for ********** also from what I've been told.

      They charged me for $275 installation of a microwave which took them 2 months to get, then while installing they hassled and got me to pay another $165 in addition because install was "so hard" in their opinion. Not an honest, ethical, honorable establishment-I would avoid at all cost.

      Purchased a range. The day after delivery the ** was connected. Waited 3 more weeks for the refrigerator to be delivered. Was out of town 2 of those 3 weeks. When I could finally try cooking on it, I learned the burners had high/medium but no low/simmer. The small oven works fine. The griddle cooks cool and doesnt always shut off when turned off. The large oven cooks 45 degrees cooler than set and requires the convection fan to be on to heat up part of the difference, I called for warranty service and was told that was how it was designed and to set the oven higher. Called Lowes to return it and they said the 48 hour return window was past, so Im stuck with half a range.

      Terrible service. I contracted a window installation with them in January 2025 and they assigned it to *************************. It's mid-April and I still haven't gotten them to finish the job. They've been delaying the stucco installation for over a month. They haven't shown up on scheduled appointments, and to date, I haven't been able to get anyone to give me a concrete or face-to-face answer. It's been a nightmare.
