      Bought a washer that has a major issue within the first 25 days and when I went to Lowe's and spoke with a manager she said "sorry not our problem after 48 hrs". The worst customer service ever. We room NEVER use ******************** again.

      I worked at Lowes for two years almost three @ *******************************************, this last year was the worst year of all, Lowes management does not care about their employees mental health, instead of coming up to me and asking me what was wrong they sat me in the office and said that I was "lacking". as I was the only other fulfillment associate plus one other that was actually working their butts off, and struggling mentally and they did not help what so ever. instead of the managers doing their jobs they would sit in the offices or stand around just talking about non job related stuff. it took 15 minutes plus for management to get off their butts when they were called to assist with customers.I was a very respectful employee but they expected to throw me on delivery without giving me the proper training and then me telling them no they got mad. as an employee I have a right to say no if I do not feel comfortable doing something I wasn't trained properly on, but want me to come to them about not being trained, like im sorry but if you paid attention more to what your employees are not trained on instead of sitting in the office watching the cameras and spying on your employees you would know what we were trained or not trained on. ************************************************** has a joke of a management team and they need to do better for their employees and customers.

      While working at Lowes, I was told by my ASM that I had to be able to handle a certain amount of sexual harassment. I have PTSD from lets just say trauma in the past. So to hear my manager, say that I had to accept sexual harassment, blew my mind. So I accepted the sexual harassment to work there for the six months that I did work there but then while working there, my manager told me that I could apply for the Store credit card with my email.. which I did and I didnt get approved so I waited and I tried it again and I didnt get approved and because I did this a couple times they fired me. So I was fired for doing something management told me to do. Why was I fired you ask? Well thats because management got caught got in trouble and they needed an escape goat so they use me so putting up with the sexual harassment was all for nothing. Do not get a job at Lowes. They will use you in every way possible mentally physically and sexual harassment. I worked at the Lowes here in *********, ****** on ********************************************* supervisors were allowed to bully and harassed their crew and then laugh about it openly. The new operational manager, ******* was openly having an affair with ASM ******.. meanwhile the associates are begging for their help. Management is nowhere to be found. They also had me work one hour off the clock one time because I clocked out an hour early and instead of clocking back in to finish my shift as I should, ASM ******** told me no continue working and then clock out again so if I were to have become injured Off the clock, that wouldve been really bad. Another reason they are letting me go actually is because I got injured picking up a set of cabinets and theyre trying to cover it up so they can have a good safety record.

      I am a long time customer who has a large open credit line. I was blocked from using my full limit while in the store. I had to use another card to pay for my home project materials and lost my discount. I was instructed to call the fraud department. I did and the computer verified they blocked my card although I had a large balance on my card. I wasn't allowed to talk to a person. You can't file a complaint online. I called customer service and the representative didn't identify herself, refused to take the complaint, and then ended my call so I couldn't leave a review. I will be shopping elsewhere if I can't use my credit line. Horrible service from the home office and credit service.

      I bought a Generac generator from Lowes May 5 2024. I paid almost $12,000.00 cash for it. On march 6 2025 the *** shut down the electricity for repairs. When I got home I had no electricity because the generator was not working. I called lowes they refered me to Generac who sent out a tech from power line. The tech said the generator was install wrong. I again called Lowes and they said they had no problem with the installers. I should call Generac. I told them I bought it from Lowes and they needed to get this situation corrected. They did nothing to help. I had bought this generator because my wife had ALS and had equipment that had to be able to run as needed. Lowes said it wasn't their problem. They were satisfied with the installer. The installer sent people out. A1 installers people admitted the Generator was installed wrong and even had been wired wrong. They opened it up there was water in the carburetor. I had to call many time to Generac and they sent Power line out to check. They have agreed to install a new one and have it done correctly. Thru this whole thing and the many calls I made Lowes did not help in any way leaving me to deal with this situation on my own. I told them that the bad wiring job put myself and anyone in grave danger. Lowes just smiled and said it is not their problem they have had no problems with their installer. The people that are installing the new generator says that install does poor quality work. Lowes has been a favorite store for me. But in the future I will never walk into a store that doesnot stand behind their products. To leave me to fight with a big company like ******* is very bad business. ******* is taking care of the problem after many pictures and inspection of the generator by a qualified company. Lowes need to take better care of their customers. Never again will I deal with dishonest lowes. Please address what I ask make them accountable for their actions. Thanks ******* ********

      Ordered a ride on mower and bagger on 04.05.2025 for delivery on 04.12.2025 between 11-3. Took the day off on 04.12.2025 to be home for the delivery. The texted me 3 different days verifying when I was home and to confirm delivery throughout the week. Was randomly checking my email at 830am and they had sent me an email saying the delivery date was pushed back to Tuesday 04.15.2025. No call or text about the change so if I didnt check my email by chance I would have been home with my thumb up my a** all day with no mower. Called delivery customer service and after 5 minutes waiting for someone to pick up a lady answered by waiting customer service. I told het that I needed it today because I took off work and she replies, immediately, Ill get you a manager. Waited on hold for another 35 minutes for a manager who said something about assembly pushing back the delivery and nothing he could do. Let him know about his agent and he said I think I know who you are talking about and would say something to her. Cancelled my order and going to **********.

      HAD A FRONT DOOR AND SCREEN DOOR INSTALLED ON MARCH 20 AND STILL NO RESOLUTION TO PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION. SCREEN DOOR RETRACTABLE SCREEN NEVER WORKED AND HAS DEFECTIVE LATCH AND RETRACTABLE SCREEMN. MAIN DOOR WAS SCRATCHED DURING UNPACKING OF THE PRODUCT AND INSTALLER PUT STRIKE PLATE IN WRONG PLACE FOR DEADBOLT HAD TO REINSTALL IT, PUT PUTTY IN FRAME TO FILL IN. LOOKS LIKE S*** AND SPENT $5500 FOR PROJECT

      I ordered some materials from Lowe's on line. I paid with a credit card, entered my address as it is on the credit card, and checked the box that delivery address was the same. The credit card was accepted, so the address was initially received by Lowe's correctly. On the day of delivery, we received a call from the delivery men. Somehow the address was changed to an undeliverable location. Their policy was that they had to return the product to the store and we had to reorder. They were supposed to refund our payment. That didn't happen. Instead, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, AND reach out to Lowe's TWICE before they initiated the refund. However, even though the delivery fiasco and subsequent return was completely their fault, they did not refund the delivery charge. Order from Lowe's at your own risk.
