      I think you're return policy of 90 days is ridiculous. We buy things for upcoming projects when on sale or when we have a little extra money to spend. Things often change once the project is started and adjustments have to be made. I understand not getting a cash refund once your "generous" 90 day return policy has expired, but on in store credit? That's absurd! ******* now has all our future business. They will give you in store credit after 90 days. You customer care is a joke.

      Title: Completely Unprofessional and ***************** $34K in ******* to My Custom Cabinets I am absolutely furious with Lowe's and their third-party delivery service. I hired Lowe's to deliver and install a microwave and trim kit, and the result has been a complete disaster. The third-party delivery team they sent caused severe damage to my high-end custom cabinets, putting 31 holes in them. My cabinets were carefully crafted and glued together, meaning the damage cannot simply be fixed replacing even one causes a ripple effect through the entire ************ make matters worse, when I reached out to Lowe's, the third-party company lied about their actions. They claimed that they were only in my home for 2 minutes, attempting to downplay the damage and avoid responsibility. However, I have video proof that they were in my home for 30 minutes more than enough time to have caused significant damage.Despite this clear evidence, Lowe's and their third-party delivery company's insurance denied my claim. The damage to my cabinets totals a staggering $34,000, which is the estimated cost to repair or replace the custom cabinetry they destroyed.This experience has been an absolute nightmare. Lowe's has shown no accountability, and I am left with severely damaged property and a denied claim, despite providing proof that their team was responsible for the destruction.I will never trust Lowe's with any future purchases or installations again, and I strongly advise others to avoid using their services unless they want to risk dealing with unprofessional and dishonest contractors who don't care about the damage they cause. This has been a complete failure on Lowe's part, and their lack of responsibility is unacceptable.Stay away from Lowe's if you value your property and expect decent service.

      This store is one of the worse Lowe's stores. You cannot get any attention to your concerns. It seems as if no one cares. I call and call and yet nothing has happened. they tell you they are going to do this or that and yet when you check back there is no record of your issue. I am just absolutely frustrated with dealing with this store. I have been trying to get a service completed since September of 2024, it is now March 2025.

      The **** Lowe's of **************, ** I made a materials purchase to be delivered to my home. I got a call from The LOWE'S OF **************, MD the night before the delivery to confirm WHERE I wanted my materials left. IN MY YARD! I PAID $90 FOR DELIVERY TO HURT MYSELF MOVING THE ***** I PAID TO HAVE DELIVERED from the public street to my yard. WHAT I COULD MOVE!Delivery 1 - The driver got smart with me and told me he wouldn't be delivering it into my yard. I told him I paid for it. Again he said no. He took the materials back to The LOWE'S OF **************, *********** 2 - I CONFIRMED I PAID FOR THEM TO DELIVER IT IN MY YARD. I WAS TOLD NO A SECOND TIME BY THE DRIVER. HE LEFT MY MATERIALS ON THE PUBLIC STREET AND I MOVED MY OWN *****.The "manager" and the assistant "manager" are TRASH and useless tools! THEY DID NOTHING TO MAKE THINGS BETTER, TO FIX IT, TO DO ANYTHING!!!!Spending that much money to be treated so disrespectfully... this is what you get when you spend money with a company that does not respect Black people - it shows in the culture at The LOWE'S OF **************, MD in how they do everything. I will be keeping my Black dollars in my community and where I am respected.

      I was sold a defective refrigerator that is know to be defective. There is a class action lawsuit regarding this same refrigerator and complaints on the BBB about this refrigerator. It is a Frigidaire LFTF2045VF model. The defrost mechanism for this refrigerator was defective right after the 90 day period where I could return it. I only had the refrigerator for over 3 months. Now I am going to have to wait a least a week for the part to come in and will have to defrost my freezer 3 days before they come out again. I will have to go without a refrigerator for over a week. Now I am stuck with a defective refrigerator. I e-mailed the salesperson who I bought the refrigerator from and have not received any feedback about it and what they can do. AS of 2-12-25 the defrost timer went out. Made several attempts through ************************ where I was instructed to call to have it service. A repairman was sent to my home on 2-19-25 *********** and diagnosed the problem. After then there has been three different times has been assigned to repair my refrigerator and each time the appointments were cancelled. No explanation only text messages so unprofessional. I have a taken a loss of food value which no one has asked about that. As of today 2-27-25 I still dont have a working refrigerator. I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance again.

      If you have in mind to get new windows in your home, I recommend you not to do it at Lowes. They put five new windows in my home and, right from the beginning, the windows started leaking water, I contacted Lowes, and they send somebody three times already to fix the problem unsuccessful. I couple day ago it was raining and, again there was water coming into my house from one of the windows, I went to Lowes and complained about it and now they are telling me that the work was done two years ago and therefor they cannot come and fix the leak. My advised is if you don't need to replace your windows don't do it and, if you do run away from this company.

      Their warranty reimbursement program is a total scam. They first promised me 50% reimbursement for whatever the total amount I paid for the replacement parts for my fridge and then they later said it would only reimburse me for $100 after I paid $460.97!!! Then of course No supervisor on duty to talk to and representatives reply is SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ?!? Im definitely canceling my card with them and taking my business elsewhere cuz its not right and totally unfair and unacceptable. Had I known how their reimbursement policy really worked I wouldve never done business with them!! Another disappointment and ****** learned.

      Lowes Generac install/zero interest financing. Upon ending period of zero finance charge, they charged us interest for the original price of purchase and adding $6,000 to the total bill. We had paid ** in 18 months time and now have had all of that wiped out and owe double the previous monthly payment. Its like the balloon payments of 2008 that tanked the housing market. Buyer beware, prioritize paying these off or face huge penalties. This should be illegal!

      Order screen doors online on 3/08 or 03/09/25. The site stated ********************************************************************* around 3/14/25. I received an Email on 3/13/25 stating some items were ready for pickup. I go to the Lowes store and only the handles for the doors are there and the customer service said the doors wont be in until 04/11/25!!!
