      0 stars please and thank you. There employee in tile and bathroom should be fired as there non existent. They were called on the loud speaker and there radio 4 times for over 30 minutes. Never responded or showed up. Today's date is 3/14/2025 and i got there at 9:15am *** left at 10am. So whoever was working then shouldn't be there. Other employees saw me there looking around and never asked for help. Only when I went to 3 employees to ask for help all they did was get on the radio. ********** is WAY BETTER

      Bought a washer and dryer from this store and purchased a 5 year warranty plan. Had an appointment set up with Lowes contract appliance company for 3/12 from 12-5pm. A lady from Elite appliance repair called and change the appointment to 4-6 on 3/12. They never called again or showed up. My wife took off from work and lost work time to be there and this is how we were treated. Completely unacceptable! Do not buy one of these plans or purchase from this store. Complete scam

      I was ripped off with the installation of flooring. Lowes has a service agreement with Service Pro. I am paying over $7,000 for laminate installed on my stairs. Service pro contractors used a staple gun to attach the stair rails. Large puncture hole can been seen on each stair. After they came out several times to fix them, they ended up inserting putty in the holes. The warranty was only for a year and by that time , the putty started to come out of the holes. I contacted Lowes who told me I only had a year warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. I am still paying on the flooring and they look terrible. Please , please don't let them do this to anyone else. I am a approaching retirement and is afraid to walk up and down my stairs.

      I ordered a washer and dryer and was told they would be installed on my existing pedestals. When the delivery arrived, they said they would not do that. I called the store and while on the phone told the installers to just install without the pedestals while I sorted out with the store. While still talking to the store, the delivery people loaded up my new washer and dryer and left without a single word. Lowes delivery customer support told me the store had changed our delivery date without asking me. He then told me the store would call and set up a new date. Over an hour later and I still dont know what is going on. No word from Lowes on anything at all.This is worse than poor customer service, this is a pathetic excuse at a money grab.

      ******! Laminate Flooring Nightmare!! I paid $ ********!! I never report or leave bad reviews. I feel, I should warn anyone against using Lowes and their Sub-Contractor Ultimate Home Flooring! If you decide to hire them for your flooring needs, take pictures of before and after. Especially, Appliances. It will be their word, against yours. They left behind a clean up nightmare and I am still repairing the aftermath. The Trim installation, TERRIBLE. They sold me 22 tubes of caulk! Yep, 22. They over sold me so much stuff in my quote, that they didnt even use. If you want your refund, you can take it all back to the store. Keep in mind, I had Baseboards and Quarter Round Trim and I own a small SUV, no way of returning. Still in my garage. They had someone come out and measure, so no reason for all extra product. I ??% will NEVER use them again and I will share my experience to anyone wanting to use them. The entire process from start-finish (I am still repairing) Almost 4 months! Last but not least, they managed to break a toilet ****** and some pipe. I had to call a plumber for those repairs. I have a couple of dings in my Black Stainless Refrigerator only a few years old. Apparently, they took the word of the Installers who had to use their phone to interpret to me. They claim they were already there. I sent a recent zoomed in before picture, I had of the Refrigerator in the background and then after. I purchased a heat gun and a dent remover suction cup to lessen the glaring dings. Of course, they are on the water dispenser side. I noticed it immediately, after they left. I am VERY meticulous and have a touch of OCD, I notice everything!! I wish I had walked in the kitchen before they left. Honestly, I just wanted them out of here! They were here almost ********************************** my Bedroom, since they were working on the entire 1st floor. They rushed the job, I was told, it will take 2 days to complete. I hope this helps anyone considering using them!

      Unfair treatment about a purchase of a 2in1 GE machine that cost me over $2040.00. They would not allow me to exchange for a GE washer and dryer. I do have a Lowe's credit card, I thought they would at least allow some credit to me. This is LOWE'S on ******** in ************.

      Unresolved Damages and Malfunctioning Dishwasher Installation Order #XXXXX Lowes Installation Support, I'm writing again to express my frustration regarding the unresolved issues with the dishwasher installation performed by Lowes. I contacted Lowes on multiple occasions and have yet to see a resolution.I purchased a GE dishwasher (Model #GDT630PYRFS) from Lowes (Store #****) on 10/20/24, the installation was completed on 10/28/24. Unfortunately, the installation resulted in significant damage to my kitchen, a malfunctioning dishwasher, and overall poor workmanship. Key issues:1.Damage to Kitchen Wall/Cabinet: The installation process caused visible nicks and scrapes to the kitchen wall and cabinet.2.Dishwasher Door Malfunction: The dishwasher door hits the rubber side seal when I pull out the tray, making it difficult and inconvenient to use.3.Damage to Cabinet: The cabinet used for storage was damaged when the installer removed it during the installation.4.Improper ***************** Tray Side Handle: The dishwasher was improperly mounted, with exposed holes covered by plastic caps, and a necessary metal bracket was removed, which compromised its stability.5.Visible Damage to Dishwasher Sides: The side panels of the dishwasher were removed during installation, leaving noticeable and unprofessional damage that the installer attempted to cover up.Despite these issues being documented and shared with Lowes and CRST, I've received no resolution. I've had multiple conversations, emails, and visits to the store, including a visit from a CRST technician on 12/26/2424, who assessed the situation. It is now well into 2025, and I have yet to receive the proper action to resolve these concerns.I am requesting:1.Replacement of the damaged dishwasher with a fully functional unit, as per my original ************** of Damages: I expect all damages to my kitchen, including the wall, cabinet, and other areas affected by the installation, to be repaired.

      I had purchased a ************ generator and less then 30 days it was giving me issues. I contacted Lowe's and manufacture and was told nothing can be done. Over $1,200 spent and nothing can be done is outrageous!! I even purchased the extended warranty with Lowe's.

      I purchased this Project Source filter #******* from Lowe's **************, and it says it replaces the LT800P but it will not s**** in at all. The worst part is that Lowe's will not let me return and pay the difference for the ****** model because I tried to install it and they can't 'resell' it. How can I know if it works if I don't try it? Why would you want to resell something that doesn't work??? They seem to care about their profit much more than customer satisfaction! I promptly found the ** version on their shelf for twice and much and paid for it, just to make sure that the issue was the product and not my fridge - it worked fine of course! I was told to contact the manufacturer. I can't really blame the manufacturer because sometimes things just don't work right. But I bought it from Lowe's, so I would expect THEM to contact the manufacturer and make sure I leave satisfied. I went to BBB and learned that they are not accredited - and I can see why! I wonder how ********** would have handled this situation. I guess I may find out because that is where I will be spending my money from now on!
