      Unfunctional life due to Lowe's, I would give less then 1 start if I could. I ordered & paid for Diamond Brand cabinets to be made, delivered & installed by Lowes in Sept. '24. as of 3/9/25 I am still WITHOUT a kitchen. I have an autistic child that needs to eat & function without unnecessary distractions, When cabinets first arrived at end of October, many were damaged or all did not come, had to wait for over month to get replacement cabinets. 11/11/24 installers came to install, more cabinet where found damaged, poor workmanship, incorrectly built where shelves are not level ( so they can not function) within cabinet, paint inperfections, cratches, chips, they look like they are not first quility products ( but you pay top dollar). during installation, installers damamage my newly done ceiling by chipping a piece out when moving cabinets, plus tons of hand prints on white ceiling. They made every attempt to cover up damages or adjust shelves to hide issue. the day installers came everything that was damaged was suppost to be reorder ( it was not order til 2/10/25) by installers. after lowes repeatedly told me its been ordered. All of lowes employess tell you they are expiditing the order, when in fact they all reading the same script. Over these past month dealing w/Lowes, they called frequently but nothing happens. I ordered 4 appliances from Lowes, 1st delivery 3 out of 4 came damaged, they offered a discount to take them, I refused, 2nd delivery 2 out of 3 where damaged (different damages) 3rd delivery 1 out of 2 came damaged. On 4th delivery the 1 product came damaged again. on the 5th delivery finaly had all 4 item i order the 2 months prior. what a night mare!!!!! support small business in your local area, the headaches from Lowes is not worth it. buying my kitchen from Lowes has cost me more from having to eat out over these months about $10,000 since we can not cook in our kitchen or do dishes without a sink. Buyers beware Lowes does NOT Care about u

      About 10 years ago I bought my husband a screwdriver set from Lowe's Home Improvement store. This set was chosen as there was a hassle free lifetime warranty on them. ****** tools had a decent reputation as well. Fast forward one of the screwdrivers broke. My husband brought it back to the store, answer do you have your receipt? Nowhere on the packaging does it say you must have a receipt to use the lifetime warranty. **** called Corporate and ****** and neither will stand by their product or warranty that they tout! Epic fail Lowes.

      Review for Lowe's, ****************, ** I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Lowe's, at ****************, **. A week ago, I had no issues getting my 2x4 lumber cut into the exact number of pieces I requested (2 cuts per 2x4) and paid for the service. However, when I returned to the store after a week, I had a completely different experience.After spending 30 minutes selecting the cleanest 2x4 pieces, the store manager, *** A, denied my request for cutting the wood . I explained that I had received the same service a week ago and paid for it without any issues. *** A insisted that cutting wood was too time-consuming and took staff away from their workimplying that it wasnt worth their effort.After multiple requests, he finally agreed to cut the wood but asked me to mark on the wood for the cuts. I explained that marking the wood myself would result in incorrect cuts because after the first cut, the wood needs to be remeasured due to the material lost from the saw blade. Despite this, he refused to proceed and ultimately denied the cutting service altogether, even though it is an advertised service on the stores website.I ended up wasting my time driving to this store and carefully selecting my lumber, only to be denied the same service I had received just a week earlier. The only difference? This time, the store manager, *** A, was involved. This is not the level of customer service anyone expects, and I am very disappointed with my experience.

      I decided to purchase and install windows from a reputable major corporation. However this has been the worst experience, with ongoing issues with expensive leaking/noisy Milgard Tuscany windows. Orders were mis-manged - they had to review and redo the orders three times, in which windows showed up during the install missing grids and the wrong size. I was asked by their sub-contractor (who absolves himself and his company from any issues) to review the windows before his guys made another pickup. The windows were incorrect, damaged and some had to be reordered. At this point waiting another 8 months for the windows to appear seemed very daunting and we were at wits end. The store managers had indicated that they would make this correct, and provide compensation at the completion of the install. We decided to proceed with the install - as they were going to charge us for the windows whether or not they installed them, and drop them off at my house. That was the other issue, their installation department wanted to direct ship the windows and supplies to my house. This is during the rainy season, unprotected and exposed to the elements. Otherwise they would be stored inside my home rendering my home unuseable. How could they dump all the materials without verifying the state, condition and correctness of their order? We did not know what to do and where to go to for help. I was unable to contact any customer service representative, district manager or otherwise, only the store where these bad events were generated.But the nightmare does not end here. The installation was shoddy, missing insulation and finally they are leaking. The screen door does not lock, and the windows rattle. I had Milgard come out and they indicated that these issues were related to the install. I've sent so many emails, calls and talked to the assistant manager (****** then ******, ****), no response as of yet.Lowes unresponsiveness is alarming for a large corporation.

      Horrible attitude by manager. I went to one location, bought a power tool and they didnt have the other power tool that I wanted but they referred me to the ************************ store. After driving there, they couldnt find it but there was another one in different package (had hard case instead of soft case but all the rest was the same). I asked manager if he could sell this one at the others price. Blunt no, which, okay. I explained that and associate and I searched for the one that they showed in stock and that I was referred by the other store, he said not my problem. That was this evening on 2/28/25. So I returned the power tool that I bought at the other location at this location. No more business for Lowes, Ill buy it somewhere else.

      I purchased a Vevor Ice Maker from Lowes Improvement Store on August 09, 2024. In December 2024 the ice maker quit working. On December 17, 2024 I was given at the ***** Florida store in the appliance department the phone number to call for warranty. I was told by the warranty that I would be getting a gift card for a replacement with 5-7 days. This did not happen. I called them again and was told they were emailing to me that day. That did not happen. I went to the Ocoee store and the manager gave me another website to put in a claim. I filled out the claim form and sent of copy of my store receipt. Nothing happened after receiving from them many messages saying that then would contact me 1-3 days. I called the same Lowes manager, the appliance manager and the Pro manager to ask for help. They all told me that they could not help it was between me and the warranty company..I told them that I gave Lowes the money not the warranty company. I emailed Mr. ****** *******, Lowe's CEO twice and got no response. I am a Pro customer and will never ever buy anything from Lowes again. They do not care about their customers. ******* *******

      Terrible delivery service. Purchased 5k worth of appliances, and can't get a working fridge. We are on our 3rd fridge delivery. The delivery person said " it's your problem now" after delivering a fridge that would not stop beeping because they carried it in by door (watched via door cam) and the sensor kept going off due to the door alignment being off because of damage!2nd fridge delivered with dent in door.Waited 30 minutes on hold for manager and no answer.

      If I could give no stars I absolutely would. My husband and I placed an order in February 9th to have tiles delivered on February 19th. Well that day passed and I called looking for an update and they stated itll be delivered the following day. I have called both the store and the customer support line to get an update and I keep getting promised the same thing we guarantee itll be delivered tomorrow. Well here we stand on February 26th no delivery no tiles no updates. Keep in mind I have no received any updates on my products. Well I call in again to support to be told they dont even have the full amount for my order which is why its been delayed. ***** from customer support advised that its because they dont have the product. Why has no one informed me of this every time I have called in. I requested to speak to a supervisor and she repeatedly kept denying me to talk to anyone and kept giving me excuses as to why she couldnt transfer me and that the supervisor would say them same thing. I repeated myself 6 times before she got the memo. I have now sat on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for a supervisor. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I dont recommend using Lowes for anything at this point. Id rather pay three times the cost to get my things done and delivered correctly. And before someone from Lowes tries to make a comment that this is fabricated I have phone calls and text messages to provide. **** the manager made excuses as well and explained that Lowes originally messed up and didnt update the system. I explained very frustratedly how this is unacceptable and he told me to just cancel the order and theres nothing they can do. Terrible terrible company. Did not try and make anything right and resolve the problem.

      I purchased a stackable washer and dryer for ******* on Jan. 26th 2025 cash at Lowes sf bayshore blvd store and the unit didnt fit long story short I have not yet gotten my money back it was a gift to my daughter they said I had to wait to get my refund that the delivery drivers had to return the product before I get my refund! Next day Im told no email was sent out stating theyve received the product everyday until the 4th of February I was told they sent out a Lowes gift card. I stated well where did you send it and I spent cash I didnt want a card cancel that and I was told it couldnt be cancelled because it was in route smh I then said whered you send it because I never gave anyone a address on me? I got no where everyone from management to supervisor are willing to help and understand I need my ****** I was told on the 6th of feb that ***** delivered the card on the 3rd of February and left package in mailroom/ lounge area I knew days later this the ghetto theres not going to be anything there although I still went to check. Upon returning to Lowes that day I learned they have someone on camera (man) and his license plate that came to the same store and spent ***** out of the ******* I got police reports and claims its going on 1 month in 2 days Ive still havent gotten my refund
