1 starThey have taken away the in-store credit. Which is such a joke now? I am very upset. I purchased seven tubes of adhesive that I was told was for what I was working on. I attempted to use one of the tubes and it was not the correct product. I took the unused ones back along with the receipt. I grabbed the correct tubes and proceeded to the customer service. I simply wanted them to ring up the ones that were correct. Take the ones that were wrong off of them so I could pay the difference in cash. They said they can no longer do that. They had to put it back on the card, no matter what even though it was a gift card. What a joke. I literally can walk out of the store with the items in my hand, staring at them laughing because they are not allowed to do anything I could steal them with no consequence, But if I want to buy them, I have to go through all this stuff and get s**** screwed. They are not about the customer anymore. Im also a gold status member, but that didnt matter. From now on, I will use Ace Hardware or true value because they still believe in customer service.Review fromDiane C

1 starI ordered a dishwasher online from Lowes last Saturday to be delivered Thursday. I planned to stay home for the delivery. That day, I got a call around 10 from the installer who said there was no dishwasher for them to pick up, so I called Lowes and spent about 45 minutes on the phone to find out where it was. The agent said they had no dishwasher. While I was still on the phone, I got an email from Lowes saying they had had the dishwasher since the day I bought it, but the installer tried to pick it up in the wrong place, so I called the installer back. They contacted Lowes who said there was still no dishwasher. A few hours later, I got a call from Lowes, and they said I could reschedule delivery for next week, but they still might not have the dishwasher, so I cancelled the order. Thankfully, I found the same dishwasher for $100 cheaper, and it will be delivered Monday.I will no longer buy appliances at Lowes.Review fromJanette D

1 starI ordered and paid for a dishwasher Feb 14th. Was told it would be delivered Feb 21th On Feb 19 the I received a message that it would be delivered on the 20th, in order to receive the Order I had to cancel TWO Dr, appointments. The dishwasher was not delivered! This morning (21st) I received a message the delivery would be between 10:50 and 2:50. Didnt happen! When I finally reached someone one at the store I was put on hold and cut off. I called back and was told the delivery was changed to end of day. I was not notified of the change. The associates were rude and could care less about customer service? I am 86 and disabled or I would go to the store and find a manager to talk to. Good luck with that.This is unacceptable and not my first bad experience with Lowes I will never buy anything from Lowes again!Review fromTara M

1 starBUYER BEWARE!!! Lowes is ONLY good for small things that you can bring home the SAME DAY! Save yourself a huge headache. In the store, the associates were helpful, kind, and friendly throughout the process. When it came to the actual delivery, it took WEEKS to get two appliances in my house. They left the original refrigerator and put the new refrigerator in the living room!!! Apparently, they hadnt been trained to get it in my kitchen. When they sent someone else, they got it in the kitchen, but left all the trash in the kitchen!!! Whyyyy?? Not to mention, the person who was suppose to install the dishwasher blatantly told me that he was not coming, even though it was in the time frame!!! When someone finally came out, the dishwasher was damaged!!! When I called them, customer service was like oh just keep it and well give you 10% back!!! Absolutely NOT!!! It took a total of 4 1/2 weeks to FINALLY get everything in proper order. Also, I was promised $350 back for the inconvenience I NEVER GOT THAT MONEY!!!! I will NEVER buy a major purchase from Lowes again! Please spare yourself the time off youll need to take, the headache of unprofessionalism, and disregard of the money/time spent dealing with this terrible company.Review fromPrecious L

1 starMy wife and I purchased new cabinetry from Lowes on S. Eastern in ********* in October of ****************************** early December. The order was missing a few pieces and we contacted ******* who had been working with us to order the pieces and fillers we needed. A month went by and I attempted to contact ******* via email and phone. Crickets. I called Lowes and spoke with customer service week of January 6th, ******************************************** a few days. When nothing arrived, my wife and I went to Lowes and spoke with a manager about our situation. Finally on 1/14/25, ******* responded to my email and stated our order has not yet shipped and she will be reaching out later with a more concrete date. On 1/30/25, ******* sent an email stating our order would be delivered on 2/1/25. Our order arrived but the filler pieces were missing. Now it is the middle of February and I have attempted to call Lowes and speak with managers, with cabinetry, and I have sent multiple emails stating our issue. All we need is the rest of our cabinets! We PAID IN FULL in October for a brand new kitchen that my wife and I were excited to design. We are disappointed with the lack of and miscommunication we have been receiving from Lowes. I have spoken with two managers and they have offered no compensation or any help. ******* seems to be the only one with the ability to access our order and make any changes. This entire process has been discouraging and has been costing us more money overall. Today, after attempting to call Lowes and speak with ******* or any managers, I was only able to speak with customer service. We have called the regional office as well and no one ever answers, seems to be a common theme. I have sent an email to ******* today explaining the exact items that we need. We thought this would be a smooth process. It has been terrible, and I now I have to reschedule of the rest of our countertops that were supposed to be finished this Friday.Review fromJoAnn W.

1 starLowes installation of my GE double wall oven is the reason for this complaint and review. The installer, a third party, CRST would not install the trim kit to finish the install stating it was out of their realm to work with brick (on the top) where there is a 2 inch space. No one looked or measured before the install. After speaking to the store, Lowes install several times, provided photos, the only thing that they offered as a coupon for liquid nails. 1 starI had a refrigerator delivered and "installed" on 1/24/25. The installation was never completed, they knocked a big chunk out of the door trim bringing the refrigerator into the kitchen (didn't bother to say anything) they left my kitchen a total wreck and did not put my door back on the hinges. I have been contacting Lowes continuously since 1/27 and have been getting the run around each time I call. Since Lowes has changed to contractor installations the work has been complete junk. I will never do business with Lowes again because of their installation issues. Buyer beware, pay a little more at another dealer and save a BUNCH of headaches and hassle. 1 starSold me a washer and had it delivered. Delivery team was incompetent and kicking the bottom price of cardboard off of the washing machine. I was watching them do this and knew it was going to end bad. After installation I asked for them to test the washer (as I knew it was going to leak). They refused to test the washer and installed it and told me to call back with any issues. I proceeded to test it myself, and they rushed out of the door saying they had another delivery. A few moments later, the washer was pouring out water from beneath where the agitator connects. They have someone coming out Monday to replace it. However, their delivery team is horrible. 1 starI was doing a return and did not have my receipt. Sometimes your credit card will pull up your purchase and if not, you are out of luck. Fortunately, I found my receipt, and was able to return my unused merchandise. The credit card I attempted to use to pull up my purchase was on the receipt so I wanted to take a moment to inquire why it wasnt able to pull up my purchase. I was going to recommend she have a manager use it as an example for their IT department to see where the glitch was. She interrupted me in mid-sentence and said I know what you are going to say and there is nothing I can do about it. I said, You didnt let me finish. She then doubled down that nothing I could say was going to change anything. I told her that she wasnt providing good service by not allowing me to talk. She turned away from me and looked up and started flickering her eyelashes and tapping her foot in a dismisiv3 fashion, This went on for ***** seconds. I was dumbfounded by her silent tantrum. I asked to speak to her manager. She responded that I could do whatever I wanted to but that she was done with me. She then left me at the register and began walking away. I asked her for her name and she refused to turn around or give me her name. I asked other employees to help me locate a manager. I explained what happened and he made sure my issue on the return was resolved and committed to talking to her after I left. Since I wasnt convinced that he was the manager or that this would go anywhere, I am writing this review and giving Lowes a review of 1 star. This occurred at the **************************************************** location at 18:53 on 2/725. Another employee said the customer service **** name was Cece. I felt disrespected and humiliated in front of my team. I should ask that the ******** team at this location is great and I will continue to shop here for now and see how things go moving forward. Please watch the surveillance video as it will back up my story.
