      I was doing a return and did not have my receipt. Sometimes your credit card will pull up your purchase and if not, you are out of luck. Fortunately, I found my receipt, and was able to return my unused merchandise. The credit card I attempted to use to pull up my purchase was on the receipt so I wanted to take a moment to inquire why it wasnt able to pull up my purchase. I was going to recommend she have a manager use it as an example for their IT department to see where the glitch was. She interrupted me in mid-sentence and said I know what you are going to say and there is nothing I can do about it. I said, You didnt let me finish. She then doubled down that nothing I could say was going to change anything. I told her that she wasnt providing good service by not allowing me to talk. She turned away from me and looked up and started flickering her eyelashes and tapping her foot in a dismisiv3 fashion, This went on for ***** seconds. I was dumbfounded by her silent tantrum. I asked to speak to her manager. She responded that I could do whatever I wanted to but that she was done with me. She then left me at the register and began walking away. I asked her for her name and she refused to turn around or give me her name. I asked other employees to help me locate a manager. I explained what happened and he made sure my issue on the return was resolved and committed to talking to her after I left. Since I wasnt convinced that he was the manager or that this would go anywhere, I am writing this review and giving Lowes a review of 1 star. This occurred at the **************************************************** location at 18:53 on 2/725. Another employee said the customer service **** name was Cece. I felt disrespected and humiliated in front of my team. I should ask that the ******** team at this location is great and I will continue to shop here for now and see how things go moving forward. Please watch the surveillance video as it will back up my story.

      They are dishonest, misleading criminals. I will never walk into one of these stores again. They say they will correct something they messed up but will not follow through. I highly recommend never doing business with Lowes.

      I bought a refrigerator and a stove. I was instructed to empty my refrigerator a few hours before my delivery time so it could defrost. I did that. Upon delivery the stove was ok. They took my old refrigerator and loaded it up in the truck. The new refrigerator was used, dented up and scratched all over. I did not accept the delivery. The delivery driver said he would have another refrigerator sent that night. Having to call lowes customer service several times they told me I would not be receiving my new fridge until sometime on saturday which is 2 days away. So now I have a floor full of refrigerator and freezer food, probably $400 - $500 worth. They refuse to compensate me for any of this loss even though It was an issue on their end that caused it. Very unprofessional. I will be using ********** from now on. Terrible customer service.

      I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lowe's that I feel compelled to share. I encountered what seemed to be a classic case of bait and switch and false advertising. On December 2, 2024, I ordered a Microwave Wall Oven Combo online after mine broke on Thanksgiving Day. After several delays in delivery (December 17th, 25th, January 1st, 4th, and 18th), my order was suddenly canceled on January 23rd without explanation.That day, I reached out to **************** to find out why my order was canceled. After putting me on hold many times, they finally said that the item was out of stock and that I could opt for a similar but significantly more expensive alternative. This felt like a clear bait and switch tactic. Moreover, the original product continued to be advertised on their website as available, as well as the manufacturers website and various other store as available, which is misleading and a prime example of false advertising.Despite reaching out to customer service three times for a resolution, their responses were unhelpful and dismissive. This experience has left me frustrated and distrustful of Lowe's practices. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure honest advertising and reliable stock information in the future. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious when shopping here.

      My husband and I purchased a wall oven mid December and mid January the installler came out to measure and insure the oven we picked would fit. We had to pay an additional 900 to have it installed because they had to make some cuts. We paid it and set a date for installation. They came out and brought the new oven, took out our old and then said "it won't fit". They took our old oven gave us new measurements to be used when looking for another oven. We went back to Lowe's that day and picked a much smaller oven. Lowe's said they would send specs to installer for a new quote. Two weeks later many calls and now the installer says that oven is too small and they are unable to accommodate the installation. We asked for our old oven back, but now they say it was recycled! Worst experience ever, will not be buying from Lowe's.

      I will never shop at Lowes again and tell everyone I know not to shop there either! Bought a brand new washer and 1 week later its broke! Didnt buy the extended warranty because I didnt think I would need itstupid me! They didnt tell me I only had 48 hours to return it or I probably wouldnt have bought it there. That is such a rip off not standing behind the products you sell!!

      Lowe's Home Improvement has an unknown return policy on appliances, maybe other items too. When you charge on a Lowe's credit card, it is a different return policy than other cards. When using a typical credit card the return POLICY IS ONLY 48 HOURS! I purchased a ** AC / Heating window unit for a rental property. The unit did not work. When I wanted to return it within 11 days, I was told NO. Lowe's said I had to contact **. They would not stand behind the product, nor was willing to help. The would even give me GE contacts. I'm done with Lowe's.

      Lowes does not stand behind the products they sell. Unless you pay an additional 200 dollars for extended warranty. Paying 700 dollars for an appliance then have to pay another 200 to make sure the product will be honored if anything goes wrong is not right. Definitely very upset that they will not try to help resolve the problem. They said it's not on them it's on Frigidaire, which also will do nothing

      My wife and went to Lowes to purchase a washer machine, after we purchased the appliance walked out of the store to get my truck to the loading area, soon we starting walking out of the store we noticed a shopping cart resting against my new truck which it caused a damage to the rear door. We talked to one of the store (Lowes store in **********, ********) managers about the incident. He said that he was filing a claim with their insurance company, took my information (no formal complaint form offered). The incident occurred on 11/11/2024 but until now havent heard anything from Lowes. It was a windy day so it was a negligence from part of the store to take care of the shopping carts. I always been a customer of **********************.

      Purchased Whirlpool Range from this Lowe's. Employees in appliance department were friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased Whirlpool due to their reputation. Customer was notified of 30 day return policy. Upon first use of the oven, the oven did not work. Unfortunately, the first use was when the oven was 38 days from delivery due to customer being ill with COVID. Visited ******************** and explained the situation at 39 days. Told they were unable to help and customer should contact Whirlpool.Whirlpool sent repair people 3 times over 3- 4 MONTHS and the oven needed new hinges, thermal strip reapplying, electrical wires (under the back panel) were not screwed in place and finally a new element.During the 3-4 months without a working oven, sought help at this Lowe's more than once to help customer with Whirlpool as Whirlpool did not seem to care and would not replace this oven under warranty. Lowe's would not help. Wrote up issues and given to store manager, emailed to appliance manager, months later still no response.Customer did not want to write a bad review but want to prevent others this frustration.
