1 starI bought a refrigerator last year. I also bought a 3 year warranty. My fridge stopped working 15 days ago. 2 service technicians failed to show up to a between 8-5 appointment. I lost work due to this. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Review fromJennifer S

1 starMy husband I purchased custom shades from the Lowes on ****** in ****** **. We spent around $3600. They were installed in March 2022 - the installer who was on his 2nd day on the job, had to borrow a screwdriver and a level from us to install. Several blinds are too narrow and don't cover the window, several valances at the top dont fit. It's mid-september 2022 and they still have not made this right. We keep getting bounced between the store and the installer company, Meanwhile our shades look like s*** They continually tell us someone will call to schedule and they don't call us. 09/09/22 they were supposed to call but didn't. Today, 09/12/22 they were supposed to call by 5pm but didn't. No integrity. Liars cheaters stealers. We want to rent out part of our house on Airbnb but can't do that because the shades are not ok. I would never do business with them again. Pay more and go to company like 3-Day Blinds. They cost more but you get what you pay for. I would not give them any stars.Review fromMary P

1 starOn August 24, 2022 I was needing help in the electrical department so the cashier called for assistance. Ten minutes later no help showed up, so the cashier once again called for assistance. Fifteen minutes passed and still no help. I told her I felt no one wanted to help that day and the cashier said, " We are busy doing inventory today." I asked, "Too busy to help a customer?!!" So I left and got help at another store. Today, September 12, I ask for assistance at Lowe's and waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. I went to customer service and asked to speak to a manager. The clerk made a call. Nine minutes later,, she told me the mangers were busy in a meeting and I would have to wait until their meeting was over. I asked for the name and phone number of the District Manager of Lowes. I called when I got home and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I then spoke with a surprised corporate secretary informing me I had contacted corporate. I asked to speak with someone in charge of the *****, **. store. She put be on hold and 45 minutes later, **** in appliances at the *****, ** answered the phone! Unbelievable!! This business sounds more like a three ring circus that an established business. I hope they treat their employees better than they do their customers!TReview fromHelen R

1 starTrying to buy a dishwasher. Terrible service and very frustrating! On hold for over an hour and no one could help. Kept putting me on hold over and over again because no one could answer a basic question about installation. Kept telling me I had to pick up dishwasher at store, when I ordered and paid for dishwasher, installation, and delivery online. Would give a minus score if I could.Review fromJackie F.

5 starsLowes is NOT A COMPANY of integrity. They have you PAID FULL SERVICE before a job is completed. Then they give you VERY POOR SERVICE, LIES, and WILL NOT RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS OR EMAIL!! They contract the work/ job order out to a 3rd party (SERVICE PRO) and they also provide **** POOR SERVICE. Lowes / Service Pro sent ONE installer to put down ceramic tile on 2 bathroom floor, 1 washroom floor, hardwood on the bedroom floor and closet, and hardwood on the cat walk. Everything that the first installer put down had to be taken up / replaced / re- done because he did a RUSH JOB and it was installed INCORRECTLY!! Not done PROPERLY!! After I informed Lowes / Service Pro on the second day, that the installer needed help with this job. I was told by Service Pro that he was their BEST!! But the BEST turn out to be a NIGHTMARE!! IF you have a choice, DO NOT HAVE LOWEs INSTALLLING TEAM (Service Pro) to do ANY work at your home. I hold Lowes ACCOUNTABLE BECAUSE LOWES IS THE ONE THAT I PAID IN FULL FOR A POOR SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. A FOUR day job that I was PROMISED THAT WOULD BE COMPLETEDLY by Aug. 18 ..(Started Aug. 15 to Aug. 18), it is now Sept. 12 and they are still installing hardwood floor at my residence. One of the managers that works at Lowes stated I work at Lowes and wouldnt have them to hang a picture on the wall for me because our SERVICE is just that BAD! Did you not READ THE REVIEWERS before you came here. Now you know thats bad business if their own management team makes a statement like that!! So again, please dont get broken promises and lies because you will end up being VERY disappointed from a BIG COMPANY LIKE LOWEs!!Review fromCatherine O

1 starMy experience with the store in Plymouth, IN is an embarrassment to the entire Lowes company. They refused to take away my old fridge because they were all fired and a third party vendor was taking over for deliveries. They said they weren't breaking their backs to take my refrigerator since it was on a second story home. I asked to be rescheduled then because I had paid the $40 fee for removal. I asked for Thursday and then it was scheduled for Saturday that week. On Saturday I got no confirmation and I called the store and was informed it was changed to Sunday. I explained I attended church on Sunday why was it changed from Saturday; especially since I requested Thursday in the first place. On Sunday I stayed home from 9-1 and no one showed up. I called Lowes and they gave me the number to the third party vendor who after being on hold for 27 minutes I gave up and called Lowes back. They then informed me that the truck was back and the drivers said I was not home. What a bold faced lie, I was home the entire time. The store was nothing but rude and I finally gave up and asked for my $40 back. That is what they wanted the whole time as they had no intentions of picking up the old refrigerator. 1 starLowess appliances and warranty service is a absolutely joke! Purchase a washer and warranty that broke and had to be replaced. **************** sent a gift card to replace my washer so I purchased a $1,000 washer and another warranty which broke a year later. I have been without a washer 3 months now, two repair companies and 4 visits later I still have no resolve but finally told my washer is not repairable. Called and spent a hour in a half with three different employees and was hung up on 31 minutes into the first call all to be told I still need to wait a few more days. All while the contract states if the washer can not be fixed within 45 days its to be replaced. This is utterly ridiculous and I will NEVER purchase another appliance or warranty from Lowess again. Your lack of customer service from the warranty department will eventually ruin your business if you dont get a handle on it soon.Review fromMichelle B

1 starThe assistance in the store was great, but what was promised was not delivered. I was told that if we disconnect the gas line to our old stove or one will be removed in the new one would be placed in the kitchen in the old spot. We did pay to have the old one removed and we did go the extra step and moved the old stove to the garage.But what happened was not what was promised. Firstly the driver was over an hour outside of the four hour window they gave us that he was coming. This delivery driver was from Xpo. He came and dropped off the new stove pallet and all fully boxed did remove the one we paid him to remove from the garage and told my husband good luck. This was not what we were told. Had this been what we were told we wouldve paid for the install even though my husband is licensed to do the gas install.As a result, I had to quickly hire a plumber to come out on his day off and install the stove as my husband cannot lift the stove due to a neck injury.We had to further take the pallet and box to the dump to dispose of it.I called lowes and got a supervisor who acknowledged that things were not done as promised but she did not offer any assistance.She said I should call Xpo which I did and was on hold for an hour.This is not acceptable nor is lowes taking any responsibility.Do not advertise free delivery if you are not going to do anything more than a drop off. There was no advantage to buy from Lowes then I couldve bought from Amazon. Further I wouldve paid for the full install had I known they were just dropping it in the garage and not doing what they had promised they would do and no one was around to deal with it. I called again this morning and got a new one I was on hold at Lowes for about 45 minutes. This is not acceptable. I paid the plumber $250 to bring in the stove as well as tipped him for coming on his day off short notice. 1 starI purchased a dryer on 08/30/2022. The dryer was delivered on 09/04/2022. but the installation team did not bring what they needed hook it up. They did not bring a elbow duct or a 3 prong cord for the dryer to work. Lowes sent 2 sales associates to my home to complete the hook up. The dryer worked for 3 days and stopped. Lowes then told me after 48 hrs I had to speak with the manufacturer who was whirlpool. Whirlpool was Unable to provide a service call until September 22. Lowes already had my money. I did not understand why someone couldnt come to fix my dryer that I only had less than a week. I ended up having to call an appliance repair person which will cost me $120 just for a diagnostic not including what I will have to pay to fix. This experience with Lowes is a nightmare. I dont suggest anyone purchase anything from there it is really difficult to get any kind of assistance once they have your moneyReview fromDarlene T.

1 starIt has been over two months that I contacted Lowes that the fence they installed that the gates needed replaced. Lowes doesnt do anything to help. You have to do all the leg work!!! Still nothing is being done.
