      Do not waste you time buying appliances from lowes there delivery team is very difficult, disrespectful and makes excuses on why they can't deliver your package!! I have spent over $800 on a appliance I never got. I wasted two full days that I could of worked but waited for them to not even show both days!!! They told me Saturday they would come, didn't! Then told me Sunday 2pm-6pm. Got a call around 12:30pm and was told they are 20 minutes out. 20 minutes pass nothing. Eventually I get a call saying they couldn't because of signs saying not commercials vehicles yet four houses down there are commercials vehicles building new houses, commercial cement truck in and out of our neighborhood..Disgusted by the lack of care and respect!! I will NEVER SHOP there again and suggest others not to unless you want to waste your time, money and efforts to get ready for it.Pictures show no signs saying you can't come into our neighborhood. I know they can drop off people's orders everyone in our neighborhood has at one time had furniture or appliances delivered!!!!

      There's a reason this company has such a terrible rating for reviews and complaints. Beware and do not do business with them. I came so close to getting scammed. I talked to a sales rep at their corporate offices for nearly 1 month about getting vinyl siding installed on my house, but suddenly she didn't answer my calls or emails. A couple weeks later a different rep was working with me and she'd sent a sample of 2 siding colors, the house got measured via an app, and an actual contractor came out to look at the house. I looked him up on BBB and there were no complaints, but the company had only been in business for one year. When I mentioned that to the sales rep, she reassured me that Lowe's only hires qualified, proven subcontractors, and that the job would have a lifetime guarantee on product and workmanship. Then she mentioned that they would need to install new gutters in order to make the warranty on the siding valid. That would be an additional $4,000. None of the other siding contractors I'd consulted had said new gutters would have to be installed, not even the one Lowe's had sent out. The rep told me they were going to have a labor day sale and I would get 30% off the labor, but I'd need to order soon. The other BIG red flag was they required 100% of the cost up front. Even the BBB cautions us not to do that. Since I was dealing with a huge national corporation, I thought I'd be covered. I was a few days from finalizing things when I thought I should check them out on the BBB website, just to be sure. OMG, I couldn't believe what I saw. I read through dozens of the complaints and comments and the same themes were repeated....Lowes doesn't stand by their guarantees, they either don't deliver the right materials or delivery is delayed, once they have your money they don't respond to your calls. The contractors do a crummy job or don't show up at all. Customers wait weeks and months to get the job done. Thank goodness I found out in time!

      I purchased a dishwasher from lowes on line. I had a licensed and insured plumber install my dishwasher. At time of installation, a leak was detected from the bottom of the dishwasher. I called lowes for a service call. A lowes tech responded but stated that he could not fix it because the problem was internal. Another appointment was scheduled for another attempt to fix the problem. When the tech responded, he stated that a part was needed and a agreement was made with a service call scheduled after the part was delivered. At the time of service, for the dishwasher with the part already delivered, the appointment was completely non existent in the system. All together, its now close to 2 months with a Whirlpool dishwasher that has been sitting in my kitchen without usage. The dishwasher cost over $600 dollars. I feel betrayed and cheated from lowes. Numerous calls to the main headquarters on SC and the store nearby have been placed without anything being done.

      I will never ever buy any major appliance from Lowes again. Spirit Logistics is horrendous and I am exhausted trying to get a ******* dryer switched out that they damaged during delivery. Not only did they damage it, they did not install the pegs and they ruined my premium corkboard flooring that I ordered from Lowes which was only installed 4 maybe 5 years ago. They are not accredited by the BBB and have horrible reviews and you still use them?!? This delivery was August 6th and after a plethera of calls, I still dont have this resolved. I sincerely hope you pull the records of my order so you can read everything and then, youll understand the true depth of my frustration. I have now been on hold again for 35 minutes listening to the worst, staticie music. Listening to that alone will unnerve anyone. Find another company or stop delivering! Additionally, I recently applied for a credit card which is the only one that Ive applied to online in a long time. I was alerted yesterday that my social was found on the dark web. Coincidence, i think not. I had plans to replace my whole kitchen with Lowes but I can assure you after this experience that I will not be doing it through Lowes. If Lowes cant hire a reputable company for a dryer delivery, I sure wont chance the installation of a new kitchen. Comsider that card and project closed! If I could leave zero stars, I would, but I have to give you an undeserving star.

      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE!! I would give no star at all if possible. Purchased a dryer on Sept. 5 and was promised delivery for the next day 9/6. Took a day off work for this. Never received information on a delivery time so I called the store on 9/6 at 10am. I was told there was a mix up but they would get someone to bring it to me ASAP. Waited until 1pm and started calling again. Took until 3 to reach an actual person. Was told then they had a truck problem and couldnt deliver it. I had never been notified of the delay. Promised delivery the next day 9/7 between 4-8pm. I arraigned for someone to be here then because I could not miss work again. I got a call at 12 they were on the way. Scrambled to get someone here to let them in. They delivered but refused to hook up the dryer. We hooked it up when we got home and it would not turn on. Spent almost 2 hours again to get someone on the phone. I was promised by the ** that it would be replaced the next day on 9/8. Nobody ever called to verify a delivery time. When I called I was told it was added on too late and would be delivered on Friday 9/9 between ****. Had someone come to stay at my house again for us. No delivery ever came. When calling the store again, I was told there was no delivery scheduled because they didnt have that dryer in stock anymore. Again, I was never notified of the delays. I was then promised that for all my trouble, they would upgrade the dryer and have it delivered 9/10. I advised them we were supposed to be going out of town and would like an early delivery. I was told it would be requested for first delivery. By 1pm we still had not gotten it. Called again and finally had the delivery driver call back and say he wasnt told about the urgency of our delivery. I have never had such an uncaring, difficult experience in all my life. Multiple times throughout the week I was told a manger would call me back, that never happened. I will never shop this store ever again!!

      I bought a stove at Lowes on July 26. My family picked it up and installed it. I bought an extended 3 year warranty. I used the oven three rimes in a month the last time I used it was on August 26. One month from buying it. I had baked a quiche. Removed it from the oven. Closed the door. Sat down and ten minutes later heard an explosion and glass. I opened the oven door and the inside glass of the oven door had shattered I called Lowes and they arranged for a repairman to come out. When he came he called ******* and Lowes. On the order he wrote physical damage. Lowes will replace or reimburse my money. I have called the store numerous times. Having the phone ring for 5 to ten minutes before anyone answers. Then they pass the complaint on to someone else They picked up my stove to return it to the store. A week later now September 9,2022 i still have no stove I was there at the store yesterday and was told to call a number on their brochure. I called and it sent me to a website The website told the account can not be found I have been to the store numerous times. My total bill for this stove was $900. I recently moved and have spent over $2500 at Lowes. I am also a widow on a fixed income. I will not be doing business with Lowes ever again I pray this gets settled soon. I have been without a stove for two weeks now!

      So my wife and I needed a refrigerator quick,Lowes website claimed we could get one as quickly as 3days. So we bought 1 online. Come to find out the delivery won't be for about 2 weeks. So I called my local Lowe's to cancel the order. I was put on hold 3 separate times, each at leat 15 minutes long of a wait time. Just to be told that since I placed the order online,I'd have to cancel it online. Not only was I not given the option to do that,the online agent that I spoke to told me that I had to speak to their "cancelation team" and they've already left for the day. So after talking to 5 people,1 of them a manager, I still haven't been able to cancel my order.

      No one in their right mind would use these people. The managers just smile and say "oh yes I will do that" and then don't. I have been waiting for a washer to be delivered for 1 month. Just got a call from the delivery man that he was in Virginia and could not get here. I have gotten emails to rate how the delivery went....what delivery. I have spoken to various managers who do not have a clue. I guess it is what it is but my advice is to stay away from Lowes.. On this site one must provide a star rating. Why as they do not deserve even a fraction of a star

      I ordered a "White ***** Security Door", a "Keyed Entry *************** Pack", and a "White ************** Door Weatherstrip" on Aug. 14th on their website and payed for truck delivery. The first 2 items were delivered on Aug.18th but the 3rd item (the weatherstrip) was missing. The truck driver said it was crossed off their list of items to deliver. I called Lowe's Burbank customer service Aug. 19th, they said it would be delivered the next day. It was not delivered, I called them again and they said it would be delivered the next day. It was not delivered. Each time they sent me an email confirmation that the item would be delivered the next day. This went on for almost two and a half weeks until Aug. 31st. The item still has not been delivered. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I'll never buy any thing from Lowe's ever again.

      If I could put "0" stars, I would!!! I purchased to have a fence installed 2 months ago. I have tried numerous times to reach out to the sales rep, who I personally worked with, the local store, as well as the corporate office for updates on the project. They tell me the installer, National Fence, will not respond, so there is nothing they can do. I've requested a new installer, but they tell me they don't have one....I ask for a refund, but they won't process one. They have basically taken $6,000 and have "washed" their hands of the project. DO NOT SHOP OR HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH LOWES!!! THEY ALIGN THEMELVES WITH SUBCONTRACTORS THAT DON'T SEE JOBS THROUGH AND LOWES DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBLITIY. I guess it doesn't matter to them, as long as they got their money
