      My experience with the store in Plymouth, IN is an embarrassment to the entire Lowes company. They refused to take away my old fridge because they were all fired and a third party vendor was taking over for deliveries. They said they weren't breaking their backs to take my refrigerator since it was on a second story home. I asked to be rescheduled then because I had paid the $40 fee for removal. I asked for Thursday and then it was scheduled for Saturday that week. On Saturday I got no confirmation and I called the store and was informed it was changed to Sunday. I explained I attended church on Sunday why was it changed from Saturday; especially since I requested Thursday in the first place. On Sunday I stayed home from 9-1 and no one showed up. I called Lowes and they gave me the number to the third party vendor who after being on hold for 27 minutes I gave up and called Lowes back. They then informed me that the truck was back and the drivers said I was not home. What a bold faced lie, I was home the entire time. The store was nothing but rude and I finally gave up and asked for my $40 back. That is what they wanted the whole time as they had no intentions of picking up the old refrigerator. Very disappointed in this store and its employees.

      Lowess appliances and warranty service is a absolutely joke! Purchase a washer and warranty that broke and had to be replaced. **************** sent a gift card to replace my washer so I purchased a $1,000 washer and another warranty which broke a year later. I have been without a washer 3 months now, two repair companies and 4 visits later I still have no resolve but finally told my washer is not repairable. Called and spent a hour in a half with three different employees and was hung up on 31 minutes into the first call all to be told I still need to wait a few more days. All while the contract states if the washer can not be fixed within 45 days its to be replaced. This is utterly ridiculous and I will NEVER purchase another appliance or warranty from Lowess again. Your lack of customer service from the warranty department will eventually ruin your business if you dont get a handle on it soon.

      The assistance in the store was great, but what was promised was not delivered. I was told that if we disconnect the gas line to our old stove or one will be removed in the new one would be placed in the kitchen in the old spot. We did pay to have the old one removed and we did go the extra step and moved the old stove to the garage.But what happened was not what was promised. Firstly the driver was over an hour outside of the four hour window they gave us that he was coming. This delivery driver was from Xpo. He came and dropped off the new stove pallet and all fully boxed did remove the one we paid him to remove from the garage and told my husband good luck. This was not what we were told. Had this been what we were told we wouldve paid for the install even though my husband is licensed to do the gas install.As a result, I had to quickly hire a plumber to come out on his day off and install the stove as my husband cannot lift the stove due to a neck injury.We had to further take the pallet and box to the dump to dispose of it.I called lowes and got a supervisor who acknowledged that things were not done as promised but she did not offer any assistance.She said I should call Xpo which I did and was on hold for an hour.This is not acceptable nor is lowes taking any responsibility.Do not advertise free delivery if you are not going to do anything more than a drop off. There was no advantage to buy from Lowes then I couldve bought from Amazon. Further I wouldve paid for the full install had I known they were just dropping it in the garage and not doing what they had promised they would do and no one was around to deal with it. I called again this morning and got a new one I was on hold at Lowes for about 45 minutes. This is not acceptable. I paid the plumber $250 to bring in the stove as well as tipped him for coming on his day off short notice. I would like to be compensated for the $250 I had to pay the plumber unexpectedly and let everyone know

      I purchased a dryer on 08/30/2022. The dryer was delivered on 09/04/2022. but the installation team did not bring what they needed hook it up. They did not bring a elbow duct or a 3 prong cord for the dryer to work. Lowes sent 2 sales associates to my home to complete the hook up. The dryer worked for 3 days and stopped. Lowes then told me after 48 hrs I had to speak with the manufacturer who was whirlpool. Whirlpool was Unable to provide a service call until September 22. Lowes already had my money. I did not understand why someone couldnt come to fix my dryer that I only had less than a week. I ended up having to call an appliance repair person which will cost me $120 just for a diagnostic not including what I will have to pay to fix. This experience with Lowes is a nightmare. I dont suggest anyone purchase anything from there it is really difficult to get any kind of assistance once they have your money

      It has been over two months that I contacted Lowes that the fence they installed that the gates needed replaced. Lowes doesnt do anything to help. You have to do all the leg work!!! Still nothing is being done.

      WARNING TO ALL HONEST MINDED PEOPLE ABOUT LOWE'S AND LOWE'S.com After 40 years of purchasing from Lowe's. We will never shop there again, Lowe's stated their policy to me on call Lowe's.com , "We have the right to change the price on any product at any time."Attached is proof of what I experienced the week of September **** 2022 when trying to purchase online September 6, 2022. While looking to order Vinyl Flooring that had a sale that read ENDS SEPTEMBER 12. Right in front of me the page changed, the Sale price was gone.Keep in mind this was September 6 and the advertised sale was until September 12 So I called Lowe's.com and they said "We have the right to change the price at any time." And they could do nothing for me, So I asked my local Lowe's store manager in person. "I have heard of this but I can not do anything to help. It is a Lowe's.com issue. Besides the days I spent stressing over this thinking I had lost my mind with the disappearing Sale price.This is fraud, sleazy business practice that should never be tolerated. It is a clear to me, modern web practice of Switch And Bate.One would hope after spending our hard earned money this company would be rich enough to have fair policy's, But no they do not. So help me and yourself to not allow Lowe's to continue these horrible policies. We will never spend another dime at Lowe's, hope you do the same. Thanks

      Please beware of how crooked lowes has become! Me and my husband purchased a 3,000$ washer and dryer from this location and we purchased an extended warranty that lowes provided and sold us on. It came in real handy when the washer flooded my whole laundry room a week after we purchased it. Lowes came out and replaced it. Fast forward a year later. Our washer once again is not working. We called the protection program (extended warranty) and it directed us to whirlpools warranty department. Which is fine, but then whirlpool directs you back to who the warranty was purchased with!! So its a circle. We tried calling and of course hour long hold times for anyone at lowes. So we visit the store and they informed us that since we didnt have a 9 digit code from the receipt, from last year! They would not honor the warranty and could do nothing for us. I even explained we already used this warranty once. I brought bank statements, documents of the warranty given to us, and it was like I was speaking to a robot who could only say, I cant help you unless you have the 9 digit code from your receipt. A side note for the store manager ***, your assistant manager *****, should not be in this line of work. Its obvious ***** cant handle these types of discussion and preceded to tell me in front of my kids, husband, and anyone else close that he deserves respect, and if I had a nicer attitude he would help me. I was not out of line, aggravated, obviously. I waited for help for almost an hour last Sunday, on top of all the time I already wasted getting this straightened out, AND not having a working washer with a family of four. What a joke!!!! I called my bank and issued a fraudulent claim against lowes and explained they wont honor their warranty because I dont have a receipt. I can only pray the bank can get better answers than me. Either honor the warranty or give me my money back!

      Purchased a GE washer and dryer from Lowes. The earliest they could deliver it was five days later. They said it would be delivered on a Sunday between 9 AM and 1 PM. We got a call at 2:30 PM on Sunday stating they were 10 mins away. We left our friends house and met them there. They delivered and installed the new appliances and left. We turned the washer on and water began pouring out from underneath it. We called the delivery guys back. They came back and said the washer was bad. They called Lowes several times and no one answered. Then the delivery guys just left without saying anything. We called Lowes several times. On the fourth time someone answered. They told us they would put us on hold for a second. Then the phone started ringing. They transferred us. It rang and rand and rang. No one ever answered. We have a brand new washer that doesn't work and can't get a hold of anyone to resolve the situation.

      Purchased a refrigerator at Lowes in *********, ** and paid for the water line which was supposed to get me the free install. Bought on a Saturday and was supposed to be delivered on the following Tuesday. That didnt happen, so Wednesday was the next option. That didnt happen either. Then Friday nope. Then came Sunday. They actually showed up! I had to take my back door off the hinges, so it would fit. They had to remove the fridge doors also. While all this is going on, they never looked at the old fridge. The issue they had is they they cant touch a copper line. The water line I bought screws into that line. Isnt that the install I paid for? While all this is going on, one of the installers asked to go to the bathroom ( not number 1! Nasty! ), the other guy scrapes his leg somehow and come into my kitchen and grabs a paper towel and wets it in my sink to clean blood off of his leg. Called the store to get a resolution to all of this and they had zero desire to remedy anything. The only option I had left was to ask for a refund. I guess well see if I have any trouble with that. Just terrible service. Beware.
