1 starABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE!! I would give no star at all if possible. Purchased a dryer on Sept. 5 and was promised delivery for the next day 9/6. Took a day off work for this. Never received information on a delivery time so I called the store on 9/6 at 10am. I was told there was a mix up but they would get someone to bring it to me ASAP. Waited until 1pm and started calling again. Took until 3 to reach an actual person. Was told then they had a truck problem and couldnt deliver it. I had never been notified of the delay. Promised delivery the next day 9/7 between 4-8pm. I arraigned for someone to be here then because I could not miss work again. I got a call at 12 they were on the way. Scrambled to get someone here to let them in. They delivered but refused to hook up the dryer. We hooked it up when we got home and it would not turn on. Spent almost 2 hours again to get someone on the phone. I was promised by the ** that it would be replaced the next day on 9/8. Nobody ever called to verify a delivery time. When I called I was told it was added on too late and would be delivered on Friday 9/9 between ****. Had someone come to stay at my house again for us. No delivery ever came. When calling the store again, I was told there was no delivery scheduled because they didnt have that dryer in stock anymore. Again, I was never notified of the delays. I was then promised that for all my trouble, they would upgrade the dryer and have it delivered 9/10. I advised them we were supposed to be going out of town and would like an early delivery. I was told it would be requested for first delivery. By 1pm we still had not gotten it. Called again and finally had the delivery driver call back and say he wasnt told about the urgency of our delivery. I have never had such an uncaring, difficult experience in all my life. Multiple times throughout the week I was told a manger would call me back, that never happened. I will never shop this store ever again!!Review fromVivian R

1 starI bought a stove at Lowes on July 26. My family picked it up and installed it. I bought an extended 3 year warranty. I used the oven three rimes in a month the last time I used it was on August 26. One month from buying it. I had baked a quiche. Removed it from the oven. Closed the door. Sat down and ten minutes later heard an explosion and glass. I opened the oven door and the inside glass of the oven door had shattered I called Lowes and they arranged for a repairman to come out. When he came he called ******* and Lowes. On the order he wrote physical damage. Lowes will replace or reimburse my money. I have called the store numerous times. Having the phone ring for 5 to ten minutes before anyone answers. Then they pass the complaint on to someone else They picked up my stove to return it to the store. A week later now September 9,2022 i still have no stove I was there at the store yesterday and was told to call a number on their brochure. I called and it sent me to a website The website told the account can not be found I have been to the store numerous times. My total bill for this stove was $900. I recently moved and have spent over $2500 at Lowes. I am also a widow on a fixed income. I will not be doing business with Lowes ever again I pray this gets settled soon. 1 starSo my wife and I needed a refrigerator quick,Lowes website claimed we could get one as quickly as 3days. So we bought 1 online. Come to find out the delivery won't be for about 2 weeks. So I called my local Lowe's to cancel the order. I was put on hold 3 separate times, each at leat 15 minutes long of a wait time. Just to be told that since I placed the order online,I'd have to cancel it online. Not only was I not given the option to do that,the online agent that I spoke to told me that I had to speak to their "cancelation team" and they've already left for the day. So after talking to 5 people,1 of them a manager, I still haven't been able to cancel my order.Review fromDiana P

1 starNo one in their right mind would use these people. The managers just smile and say "oh yes I will do that" and then don't. I have been waiting for a washer to be delivered for 1 month. Just got a call from the delivery man that he was in Virginia and could not get here. I have gotten emails to rate how the delivery went....what delivery. I have spoken to various managers who do not have a clue. I guess it is what it is but my advice is to stay away from Lowes.. On this site one must provide a star rating. 1 starI ordered a "White ***** Security Door", a "Keyed Entry *************** Pack", and a "White ************** Door Weatherstrip" on Aug. 14th on their website and payed for truck delivery. The first 2 items were delivered on Aug.18th but the 3rd item (the weatherstrip) was missing. The truck driver said it was crossed off their list of items to deliver. I called Lowe's Burbank customer service Aug. 19th, they said it would be delivered the next day. It was not delivered, I called them again and they said it would be delivered the next day. It was not delivered. Each time they sent me an email confirmation that the item would be delivered the next day. This went on for almost two and a half weeks until Aug. 31st. The item still has not been delivered. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I'll never buy any thing from Lowe's ever again.Review fromBrian Y

1 starIf I could put "0" stars, I would!!! I purchased to have a fence installed 2 months ago. I have tried numerous times to reach out to the sales rep, who I personally worked with, the local store, as well as the corporate office for updates on the project. They tell me the installer, National Fence, will not respond, so there is nothing they can do. I've requested a new installer, but they tell me they don't have one....I ask for a refund, but they won't process one. They have basically taken $6,000 and have "washed" their hands of the project. DO NOT SHOP OR HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH LOWES!!! THEY ALIGN THEMELVES WITH SUBCONTRACTORS THAT DON'T SEE JOBS THROUGH AND LOWES DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBLITIY. 1 starSo frustrated that if I could give negative stars, I would! Went in on Friday to purchase a dryer, let the sales associate talk me into a washer and dryer - dryer wasn't in stock - sales person stated "no problem, we can get it from another store and have it delivered on Monday." Great - agreed to it and the deal felt simple and quick...I was also told delivery would be easy and would call 30 min. out. Get a call Monday that dryer is not in stock but coming in on truck on Wed. and would be delivered on Thursday. Sales associate even called to apologize and stated she would take $100 off for the inconvenience, okay no problem, nice gesture and preemptive customer service. Waiting for a call on Thursday, apparently instead of the store phone number and the 800 number that they called from on Monday, they called from an 833 number which my phone thought was spam. They leave a door hanger with the super useful "Sorry we missed you" "call the store to reschedule" called the store 5 times, was hung up on, transferred multiple times, waited on hold for 20 minutes and was told a manager would call me back after I spoke with a manager. Called again and was given more run around about re-scheduling a delivery. It's now 30 min. before they close and was again told we will give you a call back - I still don't know when these appliances will be delivered and I am beyond frustrated, this is one of the worst examples of customer service I have experienced. Too bad, the sales associate seemed to do a nice job but the delivery experience and the customer service are a huge disappointment. 1 starVery unresponsive. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message they never call back. We have tried to get a storm door installed for appropriately 11 months now. First time, installer showed up and didnt have the correct parts, next time parts werent delivered when the door was SUPPOSED to be and the installers were; ***** hadn't delivered the door. Lastly, when the guy had the door parts, door wasnt here so the door had been taken and returned to stock or resold. It was a custom door so they didnt know what happened to the door after that. The Sales Rep at Lowes Store is not to blame, they have been excellent about following up and staying on the contracted installation company. Its the installation company that they use. Summit Installations is absolutely the worst; terrible customer service and response. Lowes really should change the company for their installations. This makes for a bad reflection on Lowes Store. *** made multiple calls and left messages to the installer just to come MEASURE for the THIRD time for (1) storm door; cant reach anyone. Recording says, No one available please leave a message. This has been going on for 11 months to get the same storm door measured and installed. Measured twice 11 months ago, no door and the job is still not completed. They are suppose to come measure again for the third time; I left messages for (3) days now for a return call to arrange another measure they are unresponsive. . with no call returned call as of late.Review fromFrances P. 1 starMy spouse and I purchased wood-like tile flooring and new baseboard on 06/06/2022. Installation did not begin until 08/08/2022. We paid Lowes $25,219.98 upfront. The receipt specifically states the contractors would remove all old flooring, install new flooring and baseboards and haul all debris from premises. The day before the project start date the lead contractor told us that the refused to remove the carpet due to animal urine (the soul purpose for flooring replacement, promised by Lowes and stated in our contract) My husband, son and myself spent hours ripping up carpet, pulling staples and hauling the debris ourselves. Lowes still charged us for this service. Then, the contracting company told us we needed to leave our house for 2 days, this was not discussed prior resulting in us paying 600$ out of pocket for a hotel room. When we retuned home we noticed the tile was grouted in the incorrect color. This is 100% Lowes fault, not the contractors. they supplied the wrong grout and I have the receipts to prove this. This forced the workers to redo all of the grout. In doing so, they left lips, bumps, bubbles and an uneven grout job. Next, Lowes was set to deliver the baseboard but when it arrived it was the wrong one. 2 days later they delivered another set of baseboard which was again the wrong one. The Lowes floor manager tried to tell us we were wrong but AGAIN, I have receipts. 3rd times the charm and they finally sent the correct baseboard but they did not haul the incorrect product. I have piles of useless baseboard collecting dust in my garage. Now, the contractors ruined our stairs by cutting 1.5 inches off the nose due to a total miscommunication (they do not speak English and translation was accomplished through ****** translate). They laid the tile poorly on the stairs as well. They became frustrated and abandoned the job. There is a lot more but I am out of characters.
