      So frustrated that if I could give negative stars, I would! Went in on Friday to purchase a dryer, let the sales associate talk me into a washer and dryer - dryer wasn't in stock - sales person stated "no problem, we can get it from another store and have it delivered on Monday." Great - agreed to it and the deal felt simple and quick...I was also told delivery would be easy and would call 30 min. out. Get a call Monday that dryer is not in stock but coming in on truck on Wed. and would be delivered on Thursday. Sales associate even called to apologize and stated she would take $100 off for the inconvenience, okay no problem, nice gesture and preemptive customer service. Waiting for a call on Thursday, apparently instead of the store phone number and the 800 number that they called from on Monday, they called from an 833 number which my phone thought was spam. They leave a door hanger with the super useful "Sorry we missed you" "call the store to reschedule" called the store 5 times, was hung up on, transferred multiple times, waited on hold for 20 minutes and was told a manager would call me back after I spoke with a manager. Called again and was given more run around about re-scheduling a delivery. It's now 30 min. before they close and was again told we will give you a call back - I still don't know when these appliances will be delivered and I am beyond frustrated, this is one of the worst examples of customer service I have experienced. Too bad, the sales associate seemed to do a nice job but the delivery experience and the customer service are a huge disappointment. It's my fault, I should have reviewed the Yelp reviews before making this purchase, buyer beware!

      Very unresponsive. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message they never call back. We have tried to get a storm door installed for appropriately 11 months now. First time, installer showed up and didnt have the correct parts, next time parts werent delivered when the door was SUPPOSED to be and the installers were; ***** hadn't delivered the door. Lastly, when the guy had the door parts, door wasnt here so the door had been taken and returned to stock or resold. It was a custom door so they didnt know what happened to the door after that. The Sales Rep at Lowes Store is not to blame, they have been excellent about following up and staying on the contracted installation company. Its the installation company that they use. Summit Installations is absolutely the worst; terrible customer service and response. Lowes really should change the company for their installations. This makes for a bad reflection on Lowes Store. *** made multiple calls and left messages to the installer just to come MEASURE for the THIRD time for (1) storm door; cant reach anyone. Recording says, No one available please leave a message. This has been going on for 11 months to get the same storm door measured and installed. Measured twice 11 months ago, no door and the job is still not completed. They are suppose to come measure again for the third time; I left messages for (3) days now for a return call to arrange another measure they are unresponsive. . with no call returned call as of late.

      My spouse and I purchased wood-like tile flooring and new baseboard on 06/06/2022. Installation did not begin until 08/08/2022. We paid Lowes $25,219.98 upfront. The receipt specifically states the contractors would remove all old flooring, install new flooring and baseboards and haul all debris from premises. The day before the project start date the lead contractor told us that the refused to remove the carpet due to animal urine (the soul purpose for flooring replacement, promised by Lowes and stated in our contract) My husband, son and myself spent hours ripping up carpet, pulling staples and hauling the debris ourselves. Lowes still charged us for this service. Then, the contracting company told us we needed to leave our house for 2 days, this was not discussed prior resulting in us paying 600$ out of pocket for a hotel room. When we retuned home we noticed the tile was grouted in the incorrect color. This is 100% Lowes fault, not the contractors. they supplied the wrong grout and I have the receipts to prove this. This forced the workers to redo all of the grout. In doing so, they left lips, bumps, bubbles and an uneven grout job. Next, Lowes was set to deliver the baseboard but when it arrived it was the wrong one. 2 days later they delivered another set of baseboard which was again the wrong one. The Lowes floor manager tried to tell us we were wrong but AGAIN, I have receipts. 3rd times the charm and they finally sent the correct baseboard but they did not haul the incorrect product. I have piles of useless baseboard collecting dust in my garage. Now, the contractors ruined our stairs by cutting 1.5 inches off the nose due to a total miscommunication (they do not speak English and translation was accomplished through ****** translate). They laid the tile poorly on the stairs as well. They became frustrated and abandoned the job. There is a lot more but I am out of characters.

      Just awful. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! I bought a Whirlpool fridge for an apartment in Oct 2019. I have had 3 service calls in less than 3 years and the A&E technician cannot figure out whats the problem. I called in early June 2022 and still have not been able to get it repaired for the FOURTH time. The Assurant rep who set up the appointment with A&E put in the wrong phone number (so I was never contacted about the appointment time) and the wrong address so the technician came out to my house ( not to the address associated with the appliance)! Im beyond livid. So I have to wait another week to have another incompetent technician fix my fridge. Unbelievable. Clearly lowes doesnt give a c*** Buyer beware: according to the extended warranty, you cannot get a replacement unless you have 4 service claims for the same problem.

      Store is less than useful. Thier extended warranty is a joke. Mangers not helpful at all. My dryer has been broken for 2 weeks. I bought an extended warranty with it. I contacted the warranty dealer. Made two appointments both which resulted in no call no shows. Warranty provider is giving me the run around. Store manager says ***** is nothing he can do. They tell you how great the extended warranty is...get your money....and you get nothing. Stop advertising your way over rated warranty. Is it terrible. Nothing but a 300 dollar headache. Lowes should be ashamed to offer this horrible service to customers paying thier hard earned money. I will never buy another appliance from lowes ever...much less give two thoughts to thier warranty. I would give a negative 100 stars if I could.

      The delivery service and drivers are the worst knowledgeable personnel that I have experienced ever! They are not customer service focused. The delivery drivers are lazy and do not know proper installation.

      Lowes sold me a Midea refrigerator last august. In October it started getting really loud. Called warranty people probably 120 times Was told the noise was normal. Called every day for 4 weeks to finally get them to get a technician out there to look at it. He showed up unplugged it and the noise of course was not there. It happens as it is cycling through It sounds like a donkey is being tortured. Because I did not return it in 30 days I was told too bad called corporate office today and was told nothing could be done. The fact that I am a very unhappy unsatisfied customer means nothing to them. Have spent since then about ****** dollars on building material but you can bet not at Lowes. Plan on buying a freezer soon but you can bet it wont be from lowes. Even filed a dispute with the credit card company and that went no where. Called the credit card company to ask where I could send my cut up card. They gave not a care **************** I ever dealt with. Sorriest refrigerator I ever owned. No more of my money will ever go to this company

      I had to cancel this warranty as Lowes installed the ring dishwasher in my home and since the serial numbers didnt match I was told I had to cancel it. I sent an email as instructed on 7/22 requesting a refund. I finally got a response on 8/18 stating it had been processed and was being mailed. On 9/5 I still had not received my refund. I emailed them again (same email thread) and was told they are backlogged and it hasnt been processed yet. They will get to it as soon as possible and process them as they were revived. Going on 7 weeks and I do not have a refund. There is no person I can speak with I have to do everything via email. This is poor customer service and I will not do business with Lowes or their protection plan ever again. What a joke! All I want is my refund.

      Wall oven install, returned text from contractor vetted through Lowes to confirm 10am-2pm window. Installers never showed. Said they tried to call even though a text to confirm date and time had been sent days prior. Ordered kitchen cabinets on same day as wall oven. Specs not followed. Installer had to enlarge space in cabinet to accommodate wall oven that I have since returned and have purchased from a small local business with favorable user ratings. I will no longer be shopping Lowes.
