      Terrible experience buying a GE fridge from Lowes. First delivery attempt I made myself available to be at home - but they "forgot" to order my fridge. Second time - the delivered fridge was severely damaged (upper and lower righthand corners crushed, inside shelf is broken) and I am promised an exchange. Third time - the delivery driver does not have the promised fridge on the truck. Fourth time - delivery driver is a no-show. It took a month and eventually I gave up on trying to get a new fridge and I tried to get a refund. This took countless hours and calls with customer service. The store staff AND corporate customer service apparently have NO ability to even phone their own warehouse. Avoid Lowes! The experience was a nightmare for my family and we still don't have a working fridge!

      Purchased $5k worth of appliances with a 5 year extended warranty. My refrigerator went out and I'm told I'm SOL for 2 weeks until they can get a technician out. No concession in the meantime. I guess I'm supposed to live without a refrigerator. Manager of the store is absolutely worthless. Offered to let me buy another refrigerator in the meantime. Piece of s*** Don't waste your time buying appliances here. I'll never spend another dollar at lowes ever again.

      I bought a wall oven from lowes. Lowes didn't have the option for install so I had to find a third party. My wall oven was installed. But it wasn't flush at the top on one side. This wasn't due to the install, because the screws the installers use are by the oven door. So I call lowes and they said because they didn't install it I would have to call the manufacturer. I told the lady that install wasn't offered for this product. She said there wasn't anything they could do. I was upset that a product I paid almost a $1000 dollars for they wouldn't stand behind. They just passed me off to the manufacturer. They should stand behind every product they sell. This will be the last item I will ever buy from lowes. I told the lady that and she didn't even respond. Bad customer care.

      I don't know where to even start with all the trouble I've had in just the last 3 months. I first bought a washer and dryer with the 5 yr warranty and was delivered the wrong washer. I thought by just keeping the washer to save them and us the ****** and mess was an easy solution since all the difference was the one I had originally ordered had the agitator and the one delivered didn't. Everything else was the same. But boy was I wrong it has been a ****** just to get the warranty changed to the model number of the one I kept. They want us to do all the work bc of their mistake and when I went to the store to get a print out on the new washer I was told it was taken care of and then the Manager walked away. I still don't know if it was handled properly but I have kept all the emails and documents saying it has been. And just this week I went back thinking it was a one time incident but boy was I wrong. I ordered a ******* stove and refrigerator that was suppose to be delivered today and guess what all I got was a refrigerator bc they said I took the stove the day of the purchase. So I have to personally go pick up the stove or go without one for 2 days. This place is totally messed up and someone needs to straighten it out. I paid over ******* for these 2 items and now have to use my gas and pay someone to unload it when I do get it home. This is totally messed up!!

      The corporate management with Lowes needs to step in. The delivery nighmares are ridiculous and avoidable. Its not a hard job. This is why they call it a scheduled delivery. No show, no call, items just lost and no one knows. As a company they need to evaluate their relationship with XPO Logistics, who is another problem to deal with. It must be great to get paid for a job youre not doing.

      Wow! I thought my Lowe's experience in *******, ** would be shocking but after seeing these reviews it's obvious this is just the way they do business.In a nutshell, we had four dryers and two washers delivered over a two week period before we received two that actually worked properly.The delivery guys scratched our hardwood floors in two areas and they drove their truck through my front lawn, leaving a thirty foot trench. We are waiting to be contacted by their claims department.The credit for the first dryer we returned has never appeared on my card in spite of the store general manager telling me that he had personally checked to make sure it was issued. After three weeks, I've had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company.I called Lowe's ***************************************************************************************************************************And certainly no one has said "I'm sorry."

      I ordered a range on August 16th. I was to be at the store on August 30th. I didn't receive any communication from the company till I called on August 30th. I called from August 30 to September 2. Every time I called I got a different story on where the stove was. I finally got an employee that wanted to help on the 2nd. She found that there was a confirmation that the stove was delivered to a warehouse in Washington. But after being received in Washington it just seemed to disappear no one knows where it went. The recommendation was to cancel the order and start over with 20% off the cost. Even with this offer they still couldn't tell me an estimated dste for arrival. What a joke... all I wanted was to know where the stove was and when it was coming. I did cancel the order however I did not reorder. Lowes and Lowes.com has no customer service and will give you the run around. They claim they can't see where the product is in transit. The solution will be to just cancel and reorder so you are waiting a month + for your order.

      Refrigerator was ordered July 21. I have been getting the runaround since they delivered a broken refrigerator August 21. They have $2400 of my money and no one in the store or warehouse can tell me when they can put an order for a new refrigerator in the system and get it delivered to me. When I try to call warehouse, no one answers. When I call the store, again, no one answers. I have called both places many times since Aug. 21st and have never gotten through. I was on hold 2 hours & 20 minutes a few nights ago and finally drove over to the store while I was still on hold. Men were standing around in the department talking. Everyone in the store puts it off on someone else at the warehouse. Why cant they follow up for their customers and make sure the warehouse does their job? Shouldnt Lowes employees be able to communicate with the warehouse to make sure orders get placed and delivered? How difficult is that? It should not be up to the customer to continually try to reach someone at the store or warehouse to get some help. Ive even spoken with the store manager and department managers, with no luck. They just say theyve sent 2 emails to the warehouse. Never again will I purchase from Lowes once this gets settled.

      Lowes tells cashiers to sign up customers who don't own a business to start a business account for their store. Unethical because these people don't own a business, don't sign for any credit card and then one is sent in the mail based in ******************* it's a credit card not a rewards card. Don't fall for their unethical behavior.

      Made online purchase that claimed the order was approved and then waited over 2 days for confirmation email and nothing. Then called ***** number and all I got was automated message stating they are working on the order. Then called store directly they looked it up and said order not completed something must be wrong with credit card. They proceed with another purchase done over the phone but I would have to call there online number next day to cancel the previous order. No other local stores had item in stock. They also assured me that they had not 3 but 5 of the items in stock cause I was driving 1 1!/2 hours to pick up items. Then I spent 40 hours waiting on the phone for credit card company to find out it has nothing to do with my credit card. Next day I spent another 45 minutes on the phone with ***** Lowes just trying to figure out what happened to original order and they blamed it on credit card, and finally canceling the order. Next day I drove 1 1/2 hours each way to pick up items I get there and they say sorry the items they had are damaged!?! They had all my contact info they could have called to let me know not to come to store. I will avoid Lowes at all costs so unprofessional.
