      I couldn't be more frustrated then I am with the Lowes CenterPoint store at this time. There was a time this store seemed to run efficiently but it has steadily gone downhill to the point of ridiculousness! The latest issue is that I purchased a dishwasher for deliver and install and the store was a no call, no show on the delivery day? I have called repeatedly and the answer is always the same. "We can't get anyone at the store to confirm the product is pulled for install. I then get assured someone will call me back and for the last 3 days, ***** At this point I have spent close to $800 and don't have a clue when my dishwasher is coming. Horribly ran store and noone even seems to care at the store.

      I recently had a flooring install that was horrible. Everything from ordering the correct material to shipping and to installation was screwed up. Installation was supposed to take 2 days and turned into 2.5 weeks. My mother had to move out of the house, and my kids had to sleep on the floor. I contacted customer service during this time and was told that I could be compensated for all the errors but not until installation was complete. Lowes offered $330 in compensation for a $13,000 installation. I tried to contact a manager but no manager would return my call. They increased the compensation to $700 but still would not contact me. I asked for a 20% discount, which I believe is fair. I have requested that someone in customer service explain how the compensation is figured, but have not been contacted by any manager in charge. Lowes was once one of my favorite stores but will never get my business again. As bad as the installation was, the customer service is worse.

      i do not recommend lowes services. their expert in store recommended a hisense dishwasher for me. i also signed up to have lowes come in and install my dishwasher. i took the day off to have the installer come in, and when he got to my house, he immediately said the dishwasher would not fit, he barely even looked at the area. the installer also advised that it was a good thing this dishwasher didnt get installed because it is a "piece of s***" ( actual quote). in hindsight, i think that the installer just did not want to install the product. after this failure, i contacted lowes and had to get the charges taken off of my lowes credit card for services that were not provided to me. lowes was not that helpful in resolving my issue. i do not appreciate this experience, i now have a bad taste from lowes. do not recomment.

      ?On August 5, we ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator, a ******* washer, a ******* dryer and two pedestals. The order was initiated online and finalized on the phone. We were closing on our new home on August 15th and delivery for the pedestals was scheduled for August 16th and the rest would arrive on the 17th. Because of my error, the payment did not immediately go through, however, that was quickly rectified and we were told delivery was to occur as scheduled. I had not received a new email from Lowes and decided to check the order online. The online invoice showed that the order had been canceled. We again phoned Lowes and were told that there was nothing to worry about and that the order had been reinstated and would occur as scheduled. This is where the entire delivery process became a nightmare. On August 16th the pedestals did not arrive and we called Lowes and after being transferred several times, we spoke to ******, from the ********* Store in Tennessee. Of all the people we spoke to, he was the most helpful. He explained the pedestals were rescheduled for delivery on August 24th. On August 17th, the refrigerator, washer and dryer did not arrive as scheduled. After calling Lowes once again, we were told they would be delivered on August 19th and were given a window between 10:30 and 2:00. However, the refrigerator we wanted could not be delivered until September or even October. We told the person on the phone that this was not acceptable. Our son went to the ********* store and with the help of ****** and the sales person purchased a different refrigerator. It was loaded on a truck and at home the professional movers who were unloading our Pod, helped unload it. . On August the 19th the washer and dryer did not arrive. We called Lowes and were told that they would be delivered on the 20th. On the 20th they were not delivered and when Lowes was called, The excuse was that the washer, dryer and pedestals needed to be delivered on the

      I had a traumatizing day when this awful person delivered my appliance..Upon leaving with the old appliance he opened his mouth He said ignorant, obtrusive, demeaning, arrogant, uneducated, racist harassing things to me.Really??? Is that what lowes is all about? Making customers feel degraded?He asked me if I live alone. ( what for), none his business. He asked me if I had ever been with a mexican. (So inappropriate and nothing to do with delivering my appliance). This guy sounds like a pedophiler Then he went on to notify me that my name meant something very vile in spanish. (I'm not Spanish and it doesn't mean that in my language. The customer service said sorry, the store manager never called.The police said no crime was committed.I have it on my security camera and I am waiting for some compensation.

      Lowe's rebates are a complete scam! Based on remise alone they will make you **** down your rebate. I have waited 3 1/2 months for a rebate that should have been completed within 6 days at most. Shop elsewhere and do not fall for false rebate claim promises! This rating is really like 0 stars.

      Lowes ******************************** installed a Whirlpool Stacked washer and Dryer on July 19, 2022, in our cabin. During the installation, the floor was damaged. We created a claim, Number *******. Lowes has requested multiple pictures of the damage which we provided along with two quotes for the cost of the repair. The Lowes installers also inspected the damage and provided a report. Lowes AGREES the damage was done during installation. We are still fighting with Lowes for a settlement now over 6 weeks since this run-around began. We just cannot get the issue settled.Sincerely, **************

      On July 11, 2022, I bought a ceiling fan from Lowes, which I paid $134 for. I put the ceiling fan in my guest room which I very seldom go into, So two weeks ago I went into my guest bedroom and tried to turn on the fan with the remote control because thats the only way it can come on so I turn the light switch on. The fan came on thats how the electrician turned it off , I cant turn the light on I cant change the speed of the fan its just $134, ceiling fan that I cant do anything with. I called the store they told me theres nothing they can do about it because its over 30 days old and I didnt buy a warranty, I called the corporate number and left two messages last week and no ones returned my phone call. I missed a the part, I did call the parts department they sent me a new remote control and that doesnt work either so Im stuck with $134 ceiling fan that I cant operate.

      I wouldn't even give Lowes 1 star!!! Bought a ******* refrigerator in October 2020 and took out the warranty as well. What a run around!! Called Lowes and they were RUDE! I told them the refrigerator was not cooling and they said to contact the warranty company. The warranty company had no record of my purchase. I asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold for 10 min!!! They told me they couldn't get someone out to even look at it for 2 WEEKS!!! Then they proceeded to tell me it would be $300 to just walk through the door and that didn't even include any repairs. They also said if the repairs weren't covered under warranty I was responsible for payment. So why even take out a warranty!!! I ended up having a 16 month old $1,500 refrigerator hauled away when I decided to just go buy another one at a reputable company!! STAY AWAY FROM LOWES!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!
